From making an appointment to installation, they were professional and efficient. They even neatened up the wires to my dash camera (which they also remounted with the new windshield). I highly recommend using them for any glass replacements

I have had several windshields replaced over my life and before I met Tiny and Sons used to think it was difficult. Now that I know Tiny and Sons all I do is place a call and they come out and service me. The staff is really friendly and the company is always involved in the community. I will continue to use them for my auto glass and refer others to them as well. Did I mention they have the worlds best auto glass cleaner?

Tiny and Sons (Peter and Eddie) worked diligently to find a rear quarter panel replacement window for my vehicle. There was only (1) in New England and they were able to get it quickly shipped from the dealer and installed less than 24 hours after it arrived. The gentlemen who came out to install the window were professional and quick. Did a great job at cleaning up the glass. I really appreciate their help! Would highly recommend.

After having having my passenger side window replaced the window button on driver side does not work. They did have someone come out to my house and check it however all they did is push the window button and stated it’s the motor All the other buttons work perfect and all the other windows have no problem. The man was dismissive didn’t even look at the window or wires or the door in which the glass was replaced. I gave them a bad review and within 2 hours they called me back stating they want to rectify the problem and would call me tomorrow morning. Stated I need to take down the bad review in a bullying tone. Well that phone call never happened. So my negative review will stay up.2 weeks later to call to rectify the situation. Well after all that I just wanted to inform them and anyone else who may have this problem the window was off track and there was a screw missing missing can’t believe they said they would fix it and didn’t and now my insurance company has been informed 2 month later what was promised by the tiny and sons to fix it and they never came out or contacted me again

Unfortunately I’ve had to have my windshield replaced twice in the last year. The team at Tiny and Sons couldn’t have made the process more seamless for me. If/ whenever I need to have my car’s glass repaired or replaced in the future I’ll be working with them again.

It’s pouring out and my there’s no water coming in my truck for the first time in probably twenty years. Ya they did! Courteous, professional and kind. Being from Quincy I always used Settles, but now on the south shore I’ve had Tiny’s do my work and I have no regrets. I still after 50 years go to Gino’s for my haircuts though.

Very helpful group of men/women helped me with my right mirror within seconds (just a quick pop with my glass in the mirror.) but was quick and helpful.

I have had windshields replaced in the past by Tiny & Sons and the quality of their work has always been perfect. I recently had a rock crack the windshield of my brand new 4Runner with less than 300 miles on it and it needed to be replaced. There is only one company I would trust that will make the windshield look like it came right out of the factory and that is Tiny & Sons. Picked it up yesterday and as always, the workmanship was flawless. Thank you.

Car repairs can surely be a hassle. But not when it comes to Tiny & Sons. 100% hassle free. Peter, Deanna, and John all gave excellent customer service. Peter even gave me the name of a trusted insurance company for a new policy quote. (I expressed my dissatisfaction with my current company.) They were also excellent. I plan on accepting their quote for a new auto policy when my current ends!! Deanna was efficient with making my appointment, following up to confirm, and making payment arrangements over the phone. John installed my windshield. He was curtious, arrived early, and made me very comfortable and aware of everything he was doing! Oh, and the complimentary can of glass cleaner was a wonderful added bonus! Thank you Tiny & Sons. I can rest easy on my up coming road trip knowing my family and I are protected and safe. I dealt with a kind woman, Cheryl, on the phone. She ordered my windshield and set up an appointment for the company to come to my house and replace the windshield in my car.Two kind hardworking men showed up at my house at exactly the time I was told they would arrive. Their names were Michael and Matthew. It was a hot day but that didnt slow them down! They two men were professional and hard working! They gave me a window cleaner and actually preserved the stickers I had on the windshield.I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone.Kudos to the all the hard workers at Tiny and Sons! Please of you are in need of getting a windshield replaced go with these guys. I have tried most of the bigger companies in the past and tiny and sons are hands down the best. They have replaced multiple windshields at my work for the box trucks and recently did my personal vehicle. The lady when I called to set up the appointment was very nice and they had someone come out that Friday. They did a great job and were finished quickly. They even give you a can of foaming glass cleaner. They have a customer for life with me

Best on the South Shore no doubt. You want pros to do your glass? Come here- in and out AND they have a “man cave” a room with a big screen tv and leather couches and lazyboys. Go to Tiny——“His boys do a good job”! Just listen to WATD and you’ll be well informed. Also—-great staff super organized!!!

I have had them replace windshields on both of my jeeps, and my girlfriends BMW convertible and they do great work. No issues with glass quality or rain sensors (which have both been issues with the mainstream companys). I recommend tiny & sons to anyone when it comes up, thank you!

Very professional from the nice lady on the phone i scheduled with, to the two gentlemen who did my windshield replacement. Came out to my house and did it in the driveway in about an hour. Did a great job and i couldnt be happier. Highly recommend.

Not many businesses that you can recommend as highly as this one. Have used them several times and they are indeed the best. I first learned about them by asking who I should use, from a friend who worked at a high end foreign car dealership. He spit out the words Tiny and Sons before I even finished asking the question! That dealership no longer exists, (Autohaus in Cohasset), but Tiny and Sons is a good a ever.
