We found what we were looking for, but we were never able to find an actual best buy sales person to help us. Once we accidentally asked someone who turned out to be a cleaning person, then we asked 2 others who each (though wearing best buy shirts) were contractors. That was really frustrating.Definitely not the Best Buy of days past.
My son wanted a PC and we found the one he wanted online at Best Buy. I chose the option to pick up his PC at the store. This was my first experience with NOT going inside and purchasing an item, so I was eager to see how it would go. After paying online, I received a text message that I could pick up our purchase within 45 minutes to an hour. I was sent instructions on when to go, what to do when I arrived, and where to park. Once I arrived, I followed the link and made them aware I was at Best Buy and gave them the numbered parking spot where I was located. They immediately texted back and said my purchase would be brought to me in approximately 3 minutes. ...The link itself started the 3 minute timer. I did not get the item brought out within the 3 minute countdown, but it was not far off. The wait was no longer than 5 minutes. The employee that brought out the PC asked where to place the item (backseat, trunk, etc) and he was very polite and professional. The entire experience was perfect. Best Buy did an amazing job at keeping me up to date, literally by the minute, of everything that was happening. 5 stars for sure!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THE BEST BUY SERVICE PLAN OR THEIR PRODUCTS!!!! I purchased my laptop from Best Buy and their service plan. I took my laptop in for repair four different times with the same issue. Each time I got it back it worked fine for a few days and then ask me to install an operating system again. I have now called to set up an in-home appointment 6 times. I finally got one. Wish me luck.😠
Wonderful customer service even though they were short staffed. I bought all my appliances here because they had a much better deal than other places. Wes handled my transaction and was very knowledgeable about appliances and the protection program offered through Best Buy. The interest free financing was a bonus.

I go to Best Buy for all my tech things! Especially cell phones. Ive always received unbiased, educated information about the various products available. They will even recommend other places if they feel you would get a better bargain there. That is honest salesmanship, and I greatly appreciate that.
By far, the BEST of the Best Buy’s that I’ve been to. In particular, the Geek Squad from this location. They actually care and strive to fix your issues and needs. I’ve used them to hang many tv’s, set up a home movie theatre, set up my Sonos and diagnose audio issues in a new home we purchased. In particular, Billy is the man! He’s on top of it and has been a life line in not getting frustrated by too much existing technology in my new home and follows up better than just about every other service person I’ve been working with. That’s saying a lot. The in store is very helpful by looking up questions and finding products in a crazy Covid world. They find top of the line products and have communicated well. I’ve gotten my new washer, dryer, dishwasher and televisions here and I’m happy with the reasonable prices. Top marks for this Best Buy in Pensacola!
I can never get to the isles that I want to purchase from, because this location ALWAYS throws extra stuff to block the whole isle. This is the worst Best Buy.
Their prices have always been on the higher side but I used to think it was worth it due to the excellent customer service and a lenient return policy. But my last few times in there I was followed around by no fewer than two employees clearly trying to see or catch me shoplifting or something. They sere really bad at their jobs and if I was going to shoplifting those guys would havel better chances catching a cold than a shoplifter it made the whole experience way uncomfortable.. I know I have tattoos guys but its 2021.. Ill spend it on cheaper electronics and possibly even get ANOTHER tattoo.
Bought a 400 dollar modumrouter and purchased a 4 year extended protection warrenty for 30 dollars. Found out the wifi does not work on it. Within the time frame its still covered under standard warrenty. Yet when I go to exchange it for being broke out the box it ate up my extended warrenty. So essentially I wasted 30 dollars. Decided to not buy another 4 year warranty just in case I risk it being broken out the box again and i waste another 30 dollars. So my recommendation is buy the product. Test it out and make sure it works fine at first, then buy a extended warranty for it, if thats even an option.
All the employees were very friendly, and super helpful. Tracy especially was super helpful, she helped my husband and I get a great deal on a gaming laptop he had his eye on, and she was very kind throughout the whole process, she really went above and beyond. There was also another employee that went out of their way to help us locate and get an instant camera, I unfortunately did not catch her name. But overall we had a great experience shopping at this location.
Kinda slow on service. Seemed to everyone up there had a attitude the prices are still great tho. If your in a hurry I wouldnt run in this store to grab what you need better find a better place

Good place to get and see up to date items. A mecca for all your electronic gadget needs. Still a little pricier than online stores, but worth it since you can actually see and touch their products
I bought a new phone here. Lisa helped me and she was wonderful. I already knew what phone I wanted and Lisa got my service switched over to my new phone in a very reasonable amount of time. My whole experience was pretty fantastic, just what Ive come to expect from Best Buy.

This Best Buy Store in Cordova Mall is outstanding on service. Besides the usual expected big ticket items, they have a variety of little accessories. Always ask for what you are looking for, because the employees know their inventory & if they dont have exactly what you are looking for, they will recommend where you might get it. I was looking for a 90° angled Bluetooth receiver (without a pigtail cord) for my old cars stereo line input to the radio. They only had the ones with the pigtail, so they referred me to online shopping & even compared it to Amazon for the best deal. I appreciated that extra service. I also purchased a great mesh network extender (simple to use & affordable) which gives you seemless wifi with no hassles in selecting routers in week spots of your home. Being a retired engineer, Im an avid online shopper for high tech, but a reasonable cost. I found both at this store. Some sales assistants are not as knowledgeable as others. So dont be afraid to ask for further assistance from someone else who may assist you better.
Recently moved to Pensacola. Have been to this Best Buy multiple times over last several weeks purchasing major items and minor items. Has been a great experience overall. Great, knowledgeable staff, have been exceedingly helpful. Thanks. One star removed from perfect, as apparently management has decided NOT to enforce the stated (and the parent companys) mask mandate. Either its a requirement or it is not. Enforce it, or stop claiming you require masks to shop in the store.

Theyre very pricey but have anything you could need Electronics wise however their clearance section is pretty decent as long as you know what youre looking for you can find some pretty nice deals in there

I called the day before and asked for an item (TRS to TRRS adapter) and was told they did not have it in stock. Even had a friend stop by and look for the item and speak with a salesperson inside. She showed them a picture of the item that we were looking for.However, later that night, I saw that they had the first item in stock, so I went on and ordered it for curbside pickup. However, the check-in system did not work so I had to go in to get the item.Staff was knowledgeable at all about this item, either in store or at call center. Also, as I was leaving others had pulled into the curbside pickup parking and were trying to connect to the system.

Needing but one small item, I found everything I was looking for quickly, although I did leave wishing that there were more competition items to compare and to consider purchasing.Being approached in asking if I could use help, my experience with service was pleasant and friendly.
I had a laptop issue but Tate is awesome. He asked questions, he listened and helped me. He explained all options and gave me an idea of the worse case and best scenario. I walked in kind of disappointed about my laptop but his customer service made me feel a lot better. Best Buy Tate cares about your customers and is an asset.

Helped me set up a card in 2 minutes so I can pay monthly payments on a new laptop! They explained the specs for me since I had no idea lol. I’ve had many great experiences with this department store, and even though they may be attempting to sell you a product, more times than not they aid you in some way so that you end up getting the best bang for your buck.
Their customer service needs some work but their return policy is great.I stood at an empty kiosk for about ten minutes. I noticed one employee was busy with a customer, but one arm-tattooed individual was preoccupied with staring at his phone as he walked in and around the kiosk, never once acknowledging me. I was finally helped by someone passing by who directed me to what I was looking for and made some good suggestions.The product ended up not working for my needs but the return/replace process was a breeze.
They may have a slew of product to sail. But their customer care representatives have alot to learn. Everyone looking busy, but thats because they are on their phones texting and playing games so we ended up with poor service.

Customer service was okay best. I ordered some stuff online that i was supposed to be able to pick up in an hour and they didnt have the items in stock. My options were to cancel the order and go in to the store and shop, (which i did). Or wait for the items to be shipped. They said they emailed me, but it didnt show up until after Id left. Best Buy, i know youre a big box store, but at least make sure your inventory is right. I needed what i needed today.
Excellent customer service. Robert picked up and held my order in customer service after reciept so thay it did not get restocked on the shelves. As I was not able to pick up for 12 days after reciept! Thank you.

Overall, my wife and I were only impressed by the sales associate who helped us purchase a new Macbook and the staff that verified our purchases on the way out. The area around the restrooms smelled disgusting like the sewer pipe backed up. Also, one of the employees at this store thinks hes all that and a bag of chips because he owns a blue Dodge Charger that he likes to race on public roads and speed in the mall parking lot. Sorry people but someone needs to put him in his place and make him realize that his actions when wearing the Best Buy brand reflect directly on the company. This store does not enforce the company policy of having customers where masks when they visit the store.
I had a remote start installed. The installation process was less then three hours,and I love that I cant start my vehicle from inside my home. A bonus, the worker I didnt get his name. He was a blessing. He love his job and it showed. He had Awesome customer service skills and explained things about my car even my 11 year old son knew how to operate my car. Best Buy is a rip off. I purchased a smart TV with a five year GEEK SQUAD warranty. The TV went out due to a power surge. The Geek Squad claimed they couldnt do anything with it (absolutely pathetic). Instead of refunding my money, I was given a store credit. Forcing me to spend my money with them.

Best Buy in Pensacola is the Bomb! Generally, they provide consistent good service. Tonight our experience was exceptional. Christopher helped us in our purchase of a coffee machine and a ring doorbell (and scheduled it for installation). This sales rep was super sweet, helpful, and genuine. Also, my daughter recently had a new sound system (for her car) installed here, and they did an outstanding job on that! Some weird loose wiring occurred on her headlights after the sound system install (not that it had anything to do w/ the installation) and the pro that did the install happily repaired the headlights! They are a busy store; I’m impressed with their customer service, sales, and professionalism. Thanks Best Buy, Keep up the Great work!

Such a great experience; I just had to leave a review. I was blown away by the professionalism of the staff and the cleanliness of the store.So I bought an air fryer two years ago and remembered for some reason I purchased an extended warranty on the appliance. I have never made an extended warranty claim on anything. Especially the non-in-home calls. Most non in home claims have to be mailed back to the manufacture. Too big of a hassle.So I thought, what the heck, lets see what BB does with a 2yr old (well 23 months two week old) air fryer claim.It was a seamless transaction. No push back, no questions; I was in and out 5 mins.For some reason, while other employers are having trouble finding an employee with a pulse, BB has seemed to have found a source where Disney and Chick-fil-A get their employees. Super professionals, good soft skills, good eye contact, engaging. I think this has a lot to do with management. They are setting the standards and leading by example. And I would call the general manager of the day. I think his name was Stephen (not 100% my visit was on 8/5 around 3 pm just in case BB reads reviews). He was called to approve the transaction. Again engaging, polite, and professional.In the market for big-screen for this fall and will be back to BB and have full conference in the stores management and extended warranty coverage.Oh and as mentioned, the store is impeccably cleaned.

Skeleton store of empty shelves. I guess they are depending more on online traffic and not stocking for in-store purchases. I went online while in the store linking at security camera options and the delay in arrival had me go elsewhere. I want to shop local yet situations like this do not allow it. Many upgrades in the store in to display new items but when product is not available its a waste

Delivery is now recognized as valuable by society since COVID and rightfully so, but for we the disabled delivery is and has been essential to our survival. While I could espouse further, that being said I had the ultimate pleasure of delivery by literally the 2 best delivery guys ever. After 2 absolutely horrid experiences with lowes and home depot respectively both of which resulted in refunds I had to wait for checks for, I opted a last ditch effort purchase with best buy. I bought the 3k worth of appliances online. I received emails the whole way and the items were delivered as promised on the scheduled day. Sounds so easy doesnt it. Because it was. The guys got here and quickly surveyed the moving plan, executed it flawlessly with grace and friendliness. I mean give these 2 guys a raise immediately or a promotion for an outstanding job well done. They should be teaching others about customer service. It is highly underrated and these guys shine

A year ago our appliance set delivery was delayed by months. And then we received what was clearly a “open box” dryer (we of course ordered a brand new one).Now, a year after that, they delay my iPad delivery by days. Not shipped yet, no estimated delivery date, no nothing. And I’m leaving the country in 2 days. Trying to cancel it, I go to the store only to find that the clerk is unable to help in any way and gives me the ONLY option - to call corporate.What a disgraceful way of doing business.

I had a good experience here. Evan was very knowledgeable and helped me pick out a laptop. I was on a budget and the laptop I wanted wasnt in stock anymore so he found a comparable one that was actually better/bigger and only $50 more in cost. I found a similar laptop on Walmarts website for about $30 cheaper but decided not to get it, as I know that Walmart usually doesnt have what I want in store. I opted out of a protection plan just due to it being a quarter+ the cost of the laptop which was not in my budget at the time.
Priced are high but thats technology. Ive bought quite a few big ticket items from Best Buy and they havent failed me yet. Store is always clean and the staff are very helpful

UPDATE: After contacting corporate and their saying they couldn’t help me, I went to the store again in person. The woman that helped me at the register was quick, efficient, and processed a refund for me. She was friendly and personable. I have changed my rating based on this employee and her help. I am still frustrated that corporate/customer service was unable to do anything, and therefore, I had to return to the store in person when we are supposed to be staying home and distanced as much as possible.Went to the store this evening to pick up an online order at 6:40 PM (I know, 20 minutes before close but I legitimately thought they were open until 8). It was a gaming headset but they were unable to locate the item in the store after 30 minutes despite me receiving the email that it was ready for pickup. I was offered to have it shipped instead but they told me I would have to cancel then receive a gift card then use that gift card to reorder the item. That seemed like a hassle so I decided to cancel the order and reorder it later. I was told by the representative I was good to leave and she would cancel the order for me. When I got home, I got a confirmation email that said I had successfully picked up the order which I definitely did not. Would not recommend this location.

This is a very busy store and its often difficult to get help finding what youre looking for. We left the store w/o purchasing the item. I ordered exactly what I needed from Amazon and had it on my doorstep in two days. Unfortunately, this has happened to me several times when trying to shop at Best Buy. The store is clean, well-lit and when you can get someone to assist you, theyre friendly.
No customer again. Staff sitting instead of getting up to assist. I had to go up and ask for assistance. I walked my service for assistance right out their doors. Thank you for non service. I will not be returning for any services.

From the second I walked in Eric helped me! I was in from out of town and needed a laptop charger in order to work remotely in the AM. Eric was super helpful and even had me plug my laptop in to ensure it was charging. Thank you, what a relief. We had to drive 25 miles but it took 40 minutes to get to the store one way and I was putting ally my hope into the fact that they would have what I needed. This is what hospitable service looks like!
DO NOT BUY THIS PIECE OF JUNKI got stuck with paying for this unit after they sent me 2 defective units and wouldnt give me a refund. They are from CHINA and have the WORST customer service ever. You cant get through, they wont respond, and you will get shafted. Best Buy should take them off the shelves.
