One of the worst experience at a shop I’ve ever had. They had my truck for 3 months ( it hard significant damage) only received one call on progress. When I got the call it was ready and I picked it up there was still damage not repaired. Tool box in bed of my truck had security strap cut and tools scattered some in a zip lock some just in the bed. When I inquired about the rest of the damage the advisor said he didn’t think it was from the accident. A phone call could have cleared that easily. They offered to get the parts have everything ready and I would leave them the truck for couple days. After 6 weeks and no call I called them. I asked for a manager on several occasions and he was always gone for one reason or another. Another advisor called me back and we talked about my issues. He said if I dropped my truck off on Monday he’d have it back by Friday at last eat. I couldn’t make it on Monday so Tuesday morning 730am dropped it off. Monday morning I called them to check on status got voicemail left message. At 430 I called again advisor says has my file in hand walking out to check on truck call me right back never called. Tuesday morning I called and got voicemail told them I was coming to get my truck stop work. Immediately got return call. Gave me all the reason for everything. I just want my truck. When I picked up the truck nothing had been done in the week they had it. This is a company who advertises top of the line service. Guess the bar isn’t very high.

Sometime after we dropped our vehicle off, we got COVID and they were so helpful with helping us exchange the vehicle without exposing anyone to COVID. Loved our experience and the car looks great! The parts took forever to come in- that was NOT World Ford’s fault- they kept me informed. They also had me bring my truck in, color matched the parts and had everything ready to install when I arrived. I was without my truck for a couple of days because of their proactive approach. Everything looked great when it was completed.

Tommy Woodward assured me that he could get all the parts and be able to perform any repairs needed on my Cadillac CT6. That was a straight out lie that cost me$70.00 for towing and another two weeks of an unexpected delay. I had to be the one who initiated the call to get an update on the progress. If you want to be lied to and screwed out of your money (Im a senior citizen so maybe Tommy thought I would just allow this rip off to be ignored) then go ahead and use them.

No follow through, no communication. Never sent vehicle to service after 5 weeks. Going on 6 weeks and still no update. No communication from advisor. Multiple messages and no response. Tried to send vehicle home and broke down. Promised there was nothing wrong. Never answered phone when we called about being broke down. Collision department couldn’t start vehicle either and admitted to never sending it to have any diagnostic testing on engine. Tried to send vehicle home with a broken clip and no quality control. Claiming it’s after market and doesn’t fit properly and the passenger side would be the same. Which it was not. One excuse after another. No quality control, no time management and never once sent to service for engine repair and said nothing was wrong and it broke down. What a joke, poor service and Incompetence in so many levels and still no diagnostic test or communication at 6 weeks.

They all communicate with each other creating a great atmosphere for the customer. I have always asked who is doing the work. You never here about the guys that do the work. My F250 was in an unfortunate accident Sept 6, 2020. I immediately knew i wanted World Ford to do the repair due to the aluminum body and my great experience with their service department. The experience with the collision team is no where near as nice. I dropped the truck off September 14, 2020 then hurricane Sally happened a few days later. That delay, i get.September 21, Progressive calls to inform me they and World Ford cannot locate the truck and wanted to know when i would drop it off, even though this was done September 14.September 23, truck located and approval given by Progressive for the quoted 9 day repair.October 1, supplement quote approved no new days added.October 13, 30 day rental is over. I am now out of pocket for rental costs with shop still having no clear time when they’ll be doneI had to call this shop every single day, never a proactive phone call to tell me what was going on. Finally we agreed the truck would be done October 27. During this extended stay at the shop, they were going to send the truck to service as well as get the bed spray liner done.October 27, i am on the way to the shop, call the check up and it is now delayed until October 30.On October 30 i arrived right at 1700 and the truck had just been completed. No time for service or the liner. 40+ days and the truck was barely finished. I would love to say I’ll have the liner done there but i cannot trust a single timeline they provide.I kick myself for going against the suggested Progressive shop and bringing my truck here. Out an extra $500 in rental, took a day out of book for the service and still no liner. Not what i expect from this dealer.May 17, 2021 Update:No one ever reached out like their comment said below, no returned calls from my voicemails. No returned calls from my emails to all different levels of management.

When it comes to having work done on my Mustang, warranty or not, I take my car to World Ford, and I always will! From sales to service to collision repair, these guys are A+ Tops! They always provide great expertise, top professionalism and the best courtesy ever! As with all my visits to World Ford, my visit to the Collision Center was yet another great experience! My repairs were done on time, for a great price, with quality work provided. In addition, they took the time to clean the interior and exterior of my car; a very nice added touch! Very few places today provide this type service. World Ford Collision Center definitely went above and beyond what I expected! I am extremely happy with my overall experience and I will choose World Ford every time! In my opinion, these guys are the BEST in the Tri-State area! Keep up the Outstanding service!!! 😊

Because of the experience we had during our last visit we decided to use World Ford Collision for this repair. Phil was great to work with. He kept me informed of everything that was being done to my vehicle. The only complaint I have is that our passenger side mirror did not get painted as I had expected especially with how much it cost to replace it. However, Phil did say he would take care of it later.I also had a great experience with Brandy in your service department. She was one of the nicest and most courteous people you have working there. You need more employees like Phil and Brandy.

The only reason I didn’t give 5 starts was because I was originally told my vehicle would be ready around the end of the week and the date was pushed back 3 different times. However It might have been because of the fact that they couldn’t get the parts in from the vendor. Their service and hospitality was very good.

Car repair looks great, however the communication was horrible. If I didnt call for a status, I didnt get one. If youre going to tell your customers that you provide accurate status updates, then provide them without us asking. And be accurate. Telling a customer youre nearing completion and then taking another week to finish the fix when you projected only a couple days doesnt leave a good taste in our mouth.

If negative stars was possible, thats what I would give. Quoted 2.5 weeks, its probably going to take a month. I asked them to take their time and take more if they need it to do the best job possible several times and when I got my car back, the interior had all types of dust and debris from the work they were doing. A plume of dust literally came out of the car. The body work was intense and a lot of painting had to be done, and the paint has a bunch of bumps in it. There are places where they didnt paint and are pretty noticeable if its your car. There is left over residue/compound that I thought were damages that were just left on the car and never got removed.In the process of fixing my car, they damage my rear taillights. One has several scuffs and another one was completely cracked and my interior passenger side panel has a pretty big scratch in it. My rear spoiler was also scuffed up as well. More scratches around the car were also found that were not there before.This was given me back like this as a finished product. Dust so thick hitting the floor mats kicks up dust, particles and debris all over the place, and additional damage done to the car. Paint has a bunch of bumps and leftover compound on surface areas that could of just been wiped off. 0 inspections were made giving the car back to me.When you rush, this is what happens and despite me asking them to take their time and I didnt care how long it took, they rushed anyway. Once they were late on the car, they extended their time frame which I was fine with. However, they told me the car would be done that day for 5 days in a row. I wouldnt care if they were just upfront and saying we want to do it right, and were sorry we didnt meet our time frame but there wasnt any real honest communication on this issue. Customers run your business, not time frames.The guy who does the detailing mentioned they were rushing him to get it done and that was not what I asked for. If they were more honest and upfront about communication, we could of avoided some of these issues. Would of been nice to get updates with pictures everyday the car is in the shop like other shops do to let you know how your car is progressing.find someone else who cares that youre happy with your car and isnt trying to bang out quality jobs as fast as possible and makes sure customer communication is at the top of their list. I highly dont recommend no matter what your insurance says.

The day I brought my car in I was totally ignored for 19 minutes before someone asked me if I had been helped ! Really!? Everyone in office saw me or walked past me. Not even a Hello. Repair estimate was 5 days. Actual repair duration was 26 days. 2 weeks after I dropped my car off I called to find out what was going on because no one at World Ford had tried to contact me. I was told that the hold up was because my adjuster had not approved final costs. Why couldn’t anyone keep me informed? I am totally satisfied with the work that was done but I cannot find anything good to say about customer service.

I got my factory hood scoop replaced because it was lifting. The customer service was great and they fixed it under warranty without issue. However, when I got around to washing my car about a week or two later I noticed quite a scratch on my hood. I haven’t had the chance to take my issue to them, but a scratch like that on a nice car shows carelessness to me.

I would rate a 0 if I could, absolutely horrible service. Took them almost 2 months to repair my truck, kept claiming they had to put it on the frame machine. After they finally finished I was told the truck was perfect however it was far from it. My frame is still bent how it was passed by their inspector is beyond me, finally after spending well over $2000 in parts myself and installing them myself trucks runs and rides okay but the frame is still bent. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!

I took my Chevrolet truck there because I know Curtis Faircloth who is highly recommend body repair man who works there and after it took over 2-3 weeks what I thought all it was gonna take to fix it I was a little upset but when I did get it in 4-5 weeks and was told all the unexpected things that came up in the process it made a lot more sense that it took that long and World Ford has a body shop that has to go by specks that the eye can’t see if the work is done that precise. I am more than pleased that I took it there and hope I don’t have to again but will if I ever need that type of work done again. I brought my vehicle in for routine maintanance and asked to change my odor filter for AC. This was on September10 2019 in the process they broke my glovebox.I was told they would fix it and stated it should be there within 2days.I kept checking still not in.When it finely came in they said the second part was not in yet,that i didnt understand,because it was only one part,then i called back on Sept.18 left a message to return my call.At 6:30pm they told me to come in on monday after it was there fault and they said they would work with my schedule, i told them i would be there at 8:30am the next day,the girl said whatever your going to do what you want to anyway.Needless to say i will never be back there EVER. Rude people.This was in service department not collision.
