Ive been coming to this store for years. Anytime I don’t know now how to do something, they will come out and and help you with your problem. They are all definitely knowledgeable and willing to help u out.

Extremely helpful at this location. Keith helped me change my battery and I was in and out in a flash. Wonderful experience will return if I have any more issues with my car.

They are always helpful. Today I needed new wiper blades. They helped me find the best ones for my car and installed them. So thankful, because I wouldnt have been able to put them on.

Amazing customer service. Arrived after getting jumped nearby due to weak battery. Right away they tested it and recommended replacement. The entire process from purchase to free replacement in the parking lot was seamless. Also took the old battery for free recycling. Highly recommended!

Love this store very knowledgeable employees here I’ve been to many Autozone stores across U.S this one let’s just say it’s on point 90% of the time.

Went here to ask about a fuse for my truck. Acted like they didnt care, yawned in my face. Said they werent allowed to get in the car with no other suggestions as to what to do. This isnt the only auto parts place to go to. Definitely use another place.

Nobody helped me and when they did, they were impatient and left. Had to ask for someone to check me out. Handful of employees and nobody in store. Pathetic.

I went there and picked up a starter. Got the right part the first time unlike other parts stores in the area. Everybody was helpful and knew what they were talking about. I will definitely go back for my auto parts needs.

Just want to say. Love seeing women working in autoparts stores. I teach as many women as I can to work on there own car. But if you dont have the basic knowledge of cars, you shouldnt be on the parts counter

Extremely helpful staff. We must have went though 7 windshield wipers, bit found the right one. And they even have a discount for the time it took.

I came in this morning with my 4 year old and 9 month old to get new wiper blades put on my car. As soon as I began to speak, my 4 year old started throwing up everywhere (parent life, right??😅). Needless to say, wipers did not happen today lol. But the 2 associates I dealt with were so sweet and helpful. I wish I would have gotten their names, but I wanted to say thank you to the older gentleman and to the lady that helped me this morning. Thanks for being so understanding and kind! Will be back to get those wipers lol.

Normally I have a good experience here. They are always willing to help, whether it is helping check codes or assisting putting in a battery. They go the extra mile. I will say the last time I was there it took an abnormally long time to get basic parts-for brakes and oil change. Not sure if there are new people or new management. It took almost an hour. I am hoping it was a fluke and isnt usual.

After an epic fail from AutoZone on Navy Boulevard manager of AutoZone on 9th Avenue was awesome today ignition point she went above and beyond Purdue teas to help me find a radiator cap. Her name is Boone and she needs a raise in my opinion! she is awesome!

Placed an order at 4:15 and was told that I would receive an email when it was ready. Well, at 7:46 I had to call the store to ask if my order was ready. Some employee with an I do not care attitude answered the phone and quickly put me on hold forever to finally tell me that my order was ready. There was no apology for the lack of concern that I never was contacted but yet acted upset that I bothered him. What a joke. Wish I had never bought from this establishment!!!!!!! I am so angry with how businesses just do not care anymore how they threat customers. Will definitely share my experience with others.

I came to the right place when I needed to change my battery. We were due for a change since our battery is old and we really dont know how old it really is since we bought it used. I had to jump it twice this year and it was recommended to me that it was time to change it. We stopped here at Auto zone and I had a coupon off I could use since I had sign up to receive promotional coupon I could use. We went in there and greeted by Mr Byron. He was very friendly and helpful and was also happy to install the battery himself. I didnt mind since I also knew how to install it. But he insisted. He was also knowledgeable in all the things my wife had questions about all that pertains to automotive. I will come back again and buy all my automotive needs here.

10/28/2019-Kudos to Linda who took GREAT care of me this morning! I was having car battery issues and she took care of me in less than twenty minutes. I had gone elsewhere that morning (a local competitor) and the person must have been new because she wasnt sure what she was doing. The total opposite w/Linda! She diagnosed the issue and had a new battery installed in minutes. She also has a FANTASTIC personality! Thank you Linda! Auto Zone should be VERY proud to have her working for them!

I like this AutoZone store. The staff is always friendly and willing to help you with whatever you’re looking for. They hooked me up with exactly what I needed and I ended up being like $2 and some change short and the manager was like don’t worry about it. As long as you stay a customer it’s worth it. He’s a good guy and definitely won my business. I don’t get my auto parts from anywhere else. Thanks!

Really great store. The guys that work here are very helpful. More than once they have helped this damsel in distress. They can check you car with their little computer and also install lights and batteries etc. I like this Autozone.

I was in from out of state and pulled in really quick for them to test out my Check Engine Light. The guy was really nice and helped me out. He told me what the issue was and even price checked items for me. The location was off the major road and easy to get in and out of.

Store was clean, the ac works and the employees wear there uniform. Thats about it. If they could get the average customer wait time under 30 minutes itd be a miracle. Bring a chair and a drink. Watch a movie on your phone while your in line and look at people looking at computers while the line grows longer and people walk in yell aww naww and leave just as fast.

Make sure you go to the main district one so you can get the part without having to go to another store

They were so quick and helpful in helping me figure out what my check engine light was all about for free and printed what the codes meant while also printing the part prices. The gentleman also offered recommendations on what i should do in terms of replacing the other to save on labor costs. Id highly recommend this location. Thank you so much for your kind help. These ladies and gentlemen always go above and beyond. I have been there several times, every experience has been fast, efficient and friendly. This past Monday I was on a wild goose chase for a battery for my Nissan. Two Walmarts with snarky customer service later I come to this place knowing Im going to pay more. But it wasnt that much more and I didnt have to wait 3 hours for them to install it. In fact I didnt have to wait at all. And everyone that was working seemed to actually like their job and each other. For now on you guys will be my first stop. Thanks again! Corporate give them all a raise please.

I just want to shout out Allen (I believe) who helped me! I came in needing new headlights, and I had no idea how to replace them and he did it for me. They have good prices on Mobile 1, 5 qt. jug, motor oil & oil filters. They dont have No Trespassing or Private Property signs, but they referred me to Home Depot or Lowes.

The employees are eager to help you. Very nice and clean store, inside and outside.

The older gentleman “manager” is very unfriendly and very unwilling to help. If you walk into somewhere and obviously need help, you shouldn’t feel like an inconvenience or a burden. Nor should you feel dumb for needing help and asking questions. Receiving a response to a question such as “well, that doesn’t help us anyone...” is just rude. The younger man clerk was somewhat helpful, but still very unwilling and seemingly inconvenienced to show me what it was I needed. There was a female “manager” that heard the whole conversation and didn’t offer any sort of assistance or provide any input. I was later informed at check out that both the older man and woman were his “managers” which seems sad because it makes me understand his hesitation to want to help me as well. Very disappointed.

Always receive quality service here. The staff, on several occasions has talked through my issue or project with me and laid out the cost for each option so I can make the best choice for my budget.

Great service as long as you dont let the women wait on you she will give you the wrong part almost every time. Even when you take the old part in. And when you tell her its the wrong part with both new and old laying side by side she will argue about it.

The manager Linda needs to work on customer skills. I dont know why when I ask you how you are doing why you blankly stare at me. Not to mention Linda was rude when I was trying to talk to her about getting a diagnostic test on my car which I thought was a normal thing. I took my car and went elsewhere.

Mechanics charge you $50 to run the code on your vehicle to see whats wrong. AutoZone does it for free, and generally walk you through what might be wrong. I could not recommend them more.

Went in to get a gas cap guy helping was in my opinion trying to put me down. I guess he doesnt understand that some women know their way around under the hood of a car. I will not go back to this store, Ill go to the one off 9 mile.
