If you’re looking for a great vehicle and a low-pressure salesman- go to Anderson Subaru and talk to Adam. I dreaded car shopping and had put it off for some time. Adam listened and understood that I didnt want to be pressured or followed around the parking lot. He knows his Subarus and was a wealth of information on the features. He took the time to answer my questions and helped me zero in on the car I wanted. Even though the car with the features I wanted wasnt on the lot, Adam searched for one at other locations that fit my requirements and I now have a cool new Outback. He was honest, informative, professional and very kind to this crazy car buying gal. I talked to him 3 different times in maybe 2 days with questions regarding the car (from another dealership!). Great service
Purchased a Subaru 6 months ago and had scheduled the first service appointment then and put it in my phone calendar. I get a text at 10am the day of the appointment saying my appointment was at 10:10am...I had in my calendar that it was at noon. No email confirmation or call, just that one text...10 minutes before the appointment. Disappointed in the notification system for sure.
