Horrible customer service! I went in at around 4pm today and I wasnt greeted. The girl behind the counter was facetimeing someone the entire time. She was so preoccupied that she didnt once ask me if I needed help which I did..... I put everything back and went to the one on 9mile. I wont be coming back if this is how they handle things.

The customer service bad . Employee who was not on the clock sat there and ran a transation for a lady who was not from here accused the lady of try to steal and made a comment about the language that she spoke, I was on the other side store and heard what was going on. Second when ever i was running my transaction cashier sat there talking to the same lady who made the racial comments and on the phone will she ran my transaction, and then after 2 mintues of talking on the phone she sat hold up let aunthat lady transaction like it was an inconvenience for her . Those the worst service I seen from this location

They need to employ people who can do simple maths..... 7.10 added to 4.25 is 11.35So if I return all the products Im supposed to get back the amount of money I paid altogether......can believe how stupid the girls at the sallys on Creighton can be.....So u all still owe me 3.00

Its a regular Sallys. You get what you pay for but the staff at this location were very nice which is kind of unusual for Sallys.

Staff was pleasant and very helpful. Will recommend and return.

Terrible client service... Have no knowledge of their products...try to sell only Sally products, which I tried and it was horrible...

Lady who rang me out was rude an unprofessional. Whenever you asked her a question she is very short with u.

Im admittedly a little biased, Im a stylist. Its frustrating to see non stylists tell people what to buy. Ive seen a lot of jacked up hair from Sallys employee advice.
