Staff was helpful to find the book I was looking for after I showed them the book I was looking for. They couldnt find it off of the name. My daughter was so excited about all of the books they have. She was adamant that I had to get her a school workbook.

I really like this store. I can go in and get lost for hours (if I let myself) among all the books! Its so wonderful to be surrounded by all that reading and information. The staff is also very nice and informative.

We like coming here to relax, have a cup of joe or tea. We like browsing thru the books of old and new to read of interest to our child. Sometimes we find something we buy a book or a toy. Really nice place to find something quiet and the smell of the coffee isnt too overwhelming.

This is a beautiful store. A lot of space, a big cafe, and massive selection of books.

I feel bad not giving them a 5 star just because its sad that internet sales are killing places like this.... but their prices are just a little too inflated on some products for 5 stars.... otherwise I love this place. Always trying to promise myself more time to browse whenever I do make it in there.

John and the lady that works behind the counter, I cant remember her name, are very helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to just about every generé of books. Im usually in the business section, John was a big help in that area as well. I think everyone should be shopping here at least once a month as reading and learning keeps the brain sharp.

I always enjoy coming here. It is a very peaceful and calming place to go when you need to get in some reading or studying.

Big box book store & Cafe. Went to check out and had to use register at Cafe because it was the only one working in the store, with 5 minutes to closing. Prices werent posted on specials which reminded me why I hadnt shopped BAM in 20 years.

Donna, an employee at the store 6235 N Davis Highway in Pensacola on would not stand quietly for 20 seconds to let my 68-year-old mother explain what book she wanted. After about seven minutes of patiently and persistently working to get Donna to actually help, it turns out the book was in stock, despite Donna’s insistence that it was not. Donna needs training on how to actually help customers.

One of my favorite places to go. The staff is amazing and not pushy about anything. They are always there to help with every question. If one doesnt know...they will find one of the other associates who lives and breaths the subject.

I went to BAM today specifically to purchase Mothers Day cards for my daughters and a friend. The Mothers Day card selection was very small. They didnt have any cards that fit the categories I wanted. That was very disappointing. Granted, its a book store and not a card store but if youre going to sell cards then have a good selection or dont sell cards. So I recommend go to BAM for books but not for greeting cards!

Its a great quiet place to study, browse a few magazines, and grab a fresh cup of ☕. They have free WiFi so its perfect for the college student looking for a place to cram for that next exam or collaborate on the upcoming project.

They didnt have some of the stuff I was looking for and most of the movies were used. I like to buy new stuff since people dont take good care for stuff

Honestly, one of my favorite bookstores I have ever been. Andrew is one of the raddest store managers to exist and is the most polite and charming of them all. Linda and Donna the other managers whose got Andrews back are like organizational geniuses who are capable of making the store look as beautiful as the Hanging Gardens of Babylon. My man John, has more know how and knowledge than the Library of Alexander and can help you find whatever book you need. Gina, behind the cafe always pushing out coffees faster than flash is my favorite barista in town and is always whipping up the freshest of brews. I love this store and the people and have been going here for eleven years and will continue to do so as long as Im in the area. That is how customer loyalty works!

I always love coming to this books store. They have so many different kids books that both of my girls love going through. The educational supplies and toys are fantastic as well. Just wish there were some seats over in the kid section so as parents were looking at books they could have their kids sitting at the table with an activity. I have come across a lot of parents using the bookshelves to hold books or tablets for their kids as they continue to shop, but then have to keep moving their kids because another person is trying to grab a book behind where their kids have set up shop. Overall very family friendly, and the employees have always been very willing to help when asked a question.

Great place for books, collectibles, magazines, you name it. Store adapts well to trends and will order things to your home if they don’t have it there. Younger guy with a bunch of tattoos and nose piercing has been there a long time and is super helpful and can find almost everything in the store in no time at all. Cashier with long hair and beard is very personable and good at his job. A lot of the managers have been there since they were just part time cashiers so they are super helpful and knowledgeable. Gina in cafe is so nice. I have been coming here for years and will keep doing so.

I took my daughter there to buy her a book. I paid with a credit card they took my card and used it to sign her up to get magazines a Special offer I said No .Today i find a charge on there from them. I call them and talk to the manager she gave me a 1800.# and said I wish we knew who did it they would get a strong talking to in my opinion and I will check with the sheriffs office Monday thats credit card fraud so a strong talking to will not suffice so if you go to Books-A-Million on Davis Highway Pensacola Florida do not use a credit card pay with cash only or save yourself the risk and go to Barnes & Noble

This is the best Books a Million I have been in. It is massive, clean and has an awesome collection of books. There is a cafe and great kids area. The aisles are long and wide. This is a great bookstore experience. The people are friendly and helpful too!

They had so many amazing books

The condescending, rude man( the only one that could do a return, I suppose he was a manager), and pushing of magazine sales has ruined me from shopping in this store. This employee was rude to the customer that checked out before me also!

They had just what I was looking for.

I went in looking for a specific book for my 1 year old. An associate saw I looked lost, dropped everything she was doing and came to the rescue. It was so nice knowing that they truly care about the customers needs. Kudos!

I decided to partake in the buy back book program and the experience so far has been great! Allan, the guy in charge of it all was really nice and gave me exact reasons why he could or couldnt take certain books. Everything made sense and it was a very smooth process. Havent gotten my pricing yet but will update and let you know!Update: they offered $20 for around 50 books. No deal.

I loved this place. As a book lover I was in awe of the sheer size of this place and the number of books in here. Other than that the staff are nice. I would definitely come back and I recommend you to come here if you’re thinking about it. You won’t regret it.

I bought a book a few days ago and laid down tonight on my day off relaxed in my bed and the pages are falling out of my book. I’ll be calling tomorrow to see if I am able to exchange it for another copy and pray I can find my receipt.

This is one of my go to places when I have some time to sit and read and have a cup of coffee. (Not enough of those times, is there?) There is a group of comfortable chairs and sofas. They are popular, though and you cant always get a space there.They have an absolutely huge magazine selection. Better than B&N. There are both new and used music selections, with lots to choose from. They also have tons of miscellaneous little items. Its a good place to find little fun gifts. Oh, and books.
