I recommend their delivery service! They delivered doors and trim with great customer service. They set the materials up in an organized and protected manner. Great job!

Horrible company. Horrible quality doors and windows. They treat their employees like dogs and severely overwork them. They break many osha laws. Completely horrible. They deliver broken doors and blame it on the customers. Do not order from this company and expect quality.

The only experience we’ve had has been with their delivery driver. Unloaded a truck of material at 3:50. A.m.!This is over 2 hours before the state ordinance even allows! We live in a quiet place in the country.I would not have left this review if it weren’t for the the driver approaching us on his forklift and asking us if “we had a problem” when we parked on the street and at least 30ft back from the truck to get the company and tag info. The sheriff’s Dept. had to be called out.

They were great! I came in, ordered what I needed and three days later I picked it up. Everything was as I ordered. Thanks Tina!

I recently called Probuild about a faulty window they installed in my DR Horton home 2 1/2 years ago. I was told the window was not under warranty, but they would send someone out for $150 to determine if the window would be warranted. The $150 was for trip expense and not for any repair. I informed the person that I would have a local glass/window company replace the unit for about $150, and certainly considered their products and wanrranty useless.

Customer service from Janice needs some serious work! Needs to get her spoiled brat attitude in check. If you dont like your job, move on. Everyone has something going on in their own lives; no need to spill your unhappiness onto others while dealing with the public. Customer service may not be your thing. Wouldnt even give the one star but it would not let me post it until I did.

Am an employee for many years now. Used to be probuild and before Contractor Yard. Benefits got worthes with builders. I hope we can get 401 k bact to 4 %, get better rase every year and floating holiday and grandfather day back. This company is making much More 💰 and became number one in the market. Plus we working really hard all the time. Is not just about money is about our families. Thanks
