I want this review to be for anyone that is on the fence about getting work done here. I’m not from the area but I saw positive reviews and figured I’d try to get work done here. After talking with the manager, he answered all my questions and provided a cost effective solution. It was a little tricky to get a schedule set to have the work done due to the business of the holiday but the manager was able to get me in as soon as he was able to and I’m satisfied. The install was done fairly quickly and well. The tech that worked on my car explained everything that was done and how it worked. A day after I had asked about an issue I thought I was having which they had me come back in and immediately got it fixed within minutes. Overall, satisfied and recommend to anyone that is looking to get work done. The price was fair and I didn’t feel pressured to buy more than I needed.

Its been 2 months now. Ive called/ stopped by at least 6 times. Every time they write down a quote, re-examine my truck and then never follow up. Its groundhog day.

Great place for anything car audio. Everyone else in town was either way over priced or didnt have time to do my install. Great group of guys thanks again. Would recommend them to anyone in Pensacola.

I have been trying for 3 weeks now to buy a stereo for my truck from them. Lee the owner I presume checked his stock, computer and told me they had what I was looking for. I have called them twice since only for him to say he was waiting on his assistant, I guess to come back to work. I have not had one call back from either one. I guess theyre not worried about selling car stereos, though its in their name.

Lee was patient and very thorough he went above and beyond my expectations!! I would recommend these guys anytime for your audio needs you wont be disappointed!!!!

I hate leaving bad reviews. Called about a week prior to Christmas to try to get a new radio for my wifes vehicle (I honestly didnt think anything about it being a holiday). Talked to Lee about what was going on and what we needed. He took my name and number down and said if I didnt hear back from him that day to call the next day. I never heard back and forgot to call the next day, so I called the day after. He said that he was doing research on the issue and would call back. Waited until after Christmas and called back. He informed me that he already ordered the parts and he was waiting for another part to come in. HE NEVER EVEN GAVE ME A QUOTE. I explained this to him and he said he would get a quote together and call me back. Here we are 3 weeks later still waiting on a quote. I want to support local businesses but with customer service like this its hard to do. If you are that busy, you need to hire more people. Supply and demand

Lee and his staff were very knowledgeable and helpful with answering my questions on multiple visits. He took his time and asked questions that helped him put together a system that was within my budget without sacrificing sound quality. His installer did a clean install and walked me through the complete install answering all my questions. Also never had an issue with communication. Again thank you for a job well done.

Love this place

There’s a reason why Quality has been around so long. They installed the audio systems in 2 different vehicles of mine over 20 years ago. They set me up today in my current vehicle and nothing has changed. Lee will not sell you anything you don’t need and he will ensure the end result is exactly what you want. I couldn’t be happier with the new setup, and I’ll always recommend them for anyone looking to upgrade the sound in their vehicle.

Great Audio Place, I have a business of my own in town and will send everything i have to Lee and his techs. I am very happy with the install, My 2019 Sierra was there first one, with no little room they had there work cut out for them. Took a few days, but they got it figured out. Works great and sounds amazing. I checked all the prices LEE charged me and they are all in line with what you can buy online. Grade A Service 5 Stars all the way!

What a great place, Lee is very knowledgeable about car audio equipment. I am new in town and had to wait for the work to be preformed because I had no one to pick me up, Lee was more then accommodating with letting me wait at the store. BEST PLACE EVER!!!! The guys here are knowledgeable and very customer service friendly. They never try to upsell you or rip you off....you simply tell them what you want your system to do and they tell you what you need. Work ethic is amazing. I had 2 in-dash radios, a rear view camera, and a fully integrated car alarm system installed here in my car and my wife had her 12 sub and amp installed here. Even over 3000 miles away I can still call them up and they are willing to help me. All in all....GREAT PRODUCTS, SERVICE, AND PEOPLE!!!!

I was somewhat nervous because of the disorganized appearance of the shop and the slightly brusque manner of the owner (love his responses to bad reviews), but was later very pleased with my Kenwood stereo and the patience and concern of the owner. There was a minor problem which they immediately fixed; this was months ago and everything is still great.

I was finally able to reach someone on the phone, but I have to agree with Josephs review, they are hard to get a hold of. The Contact Us wasnt much luck for me either. I did talk on the phone after calling this morning and they were professional and answered my questions, but waiting for a response for over a week isnt professional. I heard theyre fantastic at what they do, which is why I reached out to them in the first place, but hard to tell if you cant use them. Unfortunately, Im hesitant to go here if I have to keep reaching out for my own business.

Had an audio system installed in 1998. Google did not exist back then, nor did the reviews. Quality was great, I had an issue with the speaker box not allowing me to sit in a desired position. They fixed the issue. Not sure if it was them or me when it came to the measurements. Good to see they are still in business 20YRS later.

I have heard this place was amazing. I wish I could write a review based on actually having a sales experience. Unfortunately it seems they do not want my money. I called twice and spoke with a man who told me he would get back to me in a few days, but feel free to call him back. Both times he never called. I eventually went there in person and they were very friendly, seemed professional. He quoted me for work and said he would call and schedule me in a couple days. Several days go by with no call. I call back, he says a lady will call and schedule me in a couple of days. Almost a week goes by with no call. I called and got her on the phone, she says she will call me back to schedule in a few minutes. Hours later and I never got a call. Really? I am not going to beg someone to let me give them money for a service, there must be someone in town who wants to install speakers in my car for a profit.

I’m sure the guy is a nice guy but the place seems overwhelmed and very unorganized. Call trying to buy a speaker box and he says he will track it down over and over, but can’t ever actually give you a day or time when he will have one. There is probably 5 different places I could have chosen to order a box from but his seemed best quality so I chose them.After multiple calls it seems as if he doesn’t want my money. As he said the box will be here in a few days mind you this has already been going on for a week. So I said I just want to know when I can get the box and he basically says it will be here when it gets here and I’ll just sell it to someone else.

Just had a Kenwood multi-function unit put in with back up cameras on my van at Quality. What a good experience I had. Unit was quickly installed & works great. Ease of use & the learning curve of the unit was short. Two days later I decided to have a similar one installed in my Honda. Same experience again. I highly recommend this guys for anyone wanting a system installed. Even the price was right!

Have used their services several times over the years and they have all ways given professional insight and recommendations for all of my automotive electronic needs. On various automobiles I have owned over the years, they have installed many different electronic components - from audio/ radio equipment to radar detectors and cruise control - and have always had excellent results!! Had a appointment this morning at 10:30. I arrived at 10:20. Upon arrival I realized they didn’t open until 10:30 so I said fine I’ll wait a few minutes. There was also an employee standing outside in cold because door was locked. 30 min later still no one. I was hoping to give them my business but so be it.

These guys are For Real! Its a small shop, so sometimes you have to wait a few minutes to get taken care of. Trust me, its well worth the wait! They have done my last three vehicles, as well as some stuff for our bar. I am always happy with the quality of their workmanship, as well as the overall sound of the finished product.

They seem to have good prices and quality brands on hand. Lee is extremely knowledgeable and more than willing to design a stereo within your budget. I look forward to doing buisness with you Sir.

Took my car in today to ask some questions and ended up getting a new system put in. They were very knowledgeable and took care of everything fast and great ( I have a difficult car that they dont make a lot of aftermarket parts for). Would definitely recommend.

Great place! My radio went out, I had no idea what the matter was. It could have been anything, meaning someone out there could have charged me anything to fix it. The owner took the time to troubleshoot it and fixed it for no charge. Took less than 10 minutes. Thanks guys!

They pulled a wire out of my car and didn’t replace it. Has led to multiple problems including no headlights or turn blinkers. Refuse to fix it, they tell me they don’t know how that happened that it’s a common problem in my type of car to not have headlights or turn blinkers. Yeah, that’s obviously they’re pulling out of their rear because they don’t want to fix their mistake. Had to pay $400 to get this problem solved and fixed. Thanks guys.

These guys are great, you will most likely speak directly to the store owner when you go there, the staff is always down to answer any questions, i asked many questions i felt were very stupid and they were nice and answered them without making me feel like a total idiot, i highly recommend these guys, the will get you good gear within your budget, i had a full system done, and i cannot be happier, money well spent, go hear to get your car audio service you will not be disappointed

I had a problem that the unnamed large company whose name sounds like Beast Boy could not fix, and refused to even try. Quality Car Stereo is who they sent me to. QCS fixed it in no time flat for a tiny price. The quality and service were such that when I bought a new car, I drove it straight there to make the OK factory sound into something awesome. Lee, Chuck, Dan and the other guy whose name escapes me (sorry) know their business and made a list of options. I now have an amazing system. They installed it fast. The price was fair, and I could not possibly be any happier. When I replace my work truck in a few months, Im taking it there too.

I bought a pair of Skar sub from Lee that come to find out later were discontinued and highly marked up. I also bought an amp. Once I had everything installed I went back to Lee and asked him if he would tune my system because I just couldnt get it to sound right. So I sat there in the truck and watched and listen when I noticed he had set my subs to 200 Hz at that point I new I had made a mistake and had to leave when he finished I politely said thank you and left to never return and thats when I started Unique Sound & Designs L.L.C .
