The lobby is closed and they are open for drive thru only. Twelve dozen donuts were ordered and I had to sit in a significantly long line that not only wrapped around the building but bled into the street. This store would benefit from some sort of curbside pickup option. Whats the incentive to order ahead if youre just going to sit in the same line. Donuts were a success with my co-workers. Glazed donuts are definitely delicious. Prices have increased as it wasnt that long ago you could get a dozen for less than $10.00.
They have the freshest donuts and very friendly employees.I will always bypass Dunkin Donuts to go there.
Took an inordinate amount of time to get a hot chocolate and 6 pumpkin doughnuts plus 1 glazed and 1 raspberry filled.The got the order wrong twice.

Ordered online drove up, inside seating closed off. Drive through backed up. Got to window and was told my price for someone elses order. I said no thank you here fir an online order. Looked at me as if I had two heads. The iced coffee was just that. Brewed coffee poured over ice. So melted the ice, it tasted more like tea. Thought they had cold brew coffee.
Always good! Not good for you but worth the calories.

Krispy Kreme is a staple if you live in the area! Nothing like a couple dozen hot fresh doughnuts! I mean you literally raise your kids on these things and family outings to buy doughnuts and watch then cook. Especially in the winter, especially around Christmas.

Went through the drive thru and moved along quickly. The 2 chocolate glazed doughnuts tasted like they had been in the refrigerator and didnt taste fresh at all. I know they can do better.
Doughnuts were wonderful but service is questionable. Received wrong order- went back thru line and incorrect order was picked up and was told it would be trashed and correct order was issued. I was advised that she realized what she had done after I pulled away from the window . My question is should the doughnuts been taken back after they had been in my vehicle due to covid and especially since it was her error?

I went there in the middle of the afternoon when the hot and ready light was on and they told me that all I could get was the glazed donuts I couldnt get any of the kind so I said okay and bought two dozen two days later I went back to get more and it was in the evening late and they had a whole plethora of flavors go figure wonder why that happened? Because I said something to the girl inside the store and shes like thats impossible we dont do that.. stranger things
The sign and drive thru says 24hrs.Not the first time I been there and they’re Closed.Went across the street to Publix, they have better doughnuts.Try them..you’ll love them.

The night crew at this kripsy kreme is a joke. They dont care at all about any doughnuts they give you. You ordered 4 chocolate kreme filled? Here is the only doughnuts we have left. Thats it. No Im sorry we dont have that or anything. They will just give you a box of assorted doughnuts and act like they didnt know. Management really needs to consider getting a different night crew at this establishment.
Doughnuts are delicious as always, but the girls working the shift on 8/28/21 @ 1030 pm were very rude in taking order and at the window. I always come here, but from the attitude and rudeness tonight I believe krispy Kreme has lost my business, I will go somewhere like dunkin donuts who actually appreciate having customers.
I want to provide a great compliment to Ms.Mary. I actually never eat here but was sent to get doughnuts for family. She was very attentive and welcoming even though I didnt have my order ready as I should. Great customer service and excellent attitude.
I didnt like waiting because the cop in the car in front of me was playing with his sirens showing off with the employees for 11 minutes, but I love the donuts.
Donuts are good and fresh. First time inside. (You can go inside and watch them being made btw. )Down side was only the staff on duty.I counted 6 employees and watched as only 2 stayed consistently working, while the other four socialized. Didnt seem fare. I thought I should post, in fairness to the two solid works both, of which were on each side of the conveyor belt( A man who seemed to be the fryer and woman who was steadily boxing them) ☆Bravo you both deserve ☆☆☆☆☆ 5 stars!!

Ordered a pickup order to be ready at 11. The email states to follow store instructions for pickup displayed at the store, but there isnt any instructions displayed anywhere. Im writing this while in the drive through line at 11:30. Ive watched multiple families attempt to walk inside with small kids. Should be more visible that indoor seating is closed versus a piece of computer paper on the door. This is not the way to do it. Get to the window, dude is rude as hell. Said lord jesus as Im going through my wallet FOR HIS TIP. He did not get one. Screw this place.
Ive been going to this place for the last 29 years and its still just as good to day as it was back then. Highly recommend the carmel ice coffee to pair with the awesome donuts 🍩

Lobby still closed for no reason and google page is not up to date. Half the experience of having a real Krispy Kreme is inside the restaurant and not the drive through. Lot is not designed for every bit of demand to stay in the car and line up. Parking lot becomes dangerous and just plain stupid. With New CDC guidelines there is no reason for lobby to be closed. Will not return until it is.

Their original 3 in a box was Awesome however, for the first time their coffee was awful. It was strong and old. I shouldve went back while I was still in there parking lot but there was a long line in drive thru so I didnt. Oh well. Ill be back to visit them again.

Overly pushy cashier, ignored the first part of my order to focus on upselling. Fresh glazed was not even warm. Chocolate glazed custard filled were pitiful with barely a quarter size squirt of filling on one side of the donut.
The drive thru was great. Doughnuts are legendary. They need to hire more people to help out with the high volume

We like to come here every once in awhile when were in the mood for donuts and coffee, whether it is hot or cold. This place has changed over the years since Ive lived in Pensacola. Krispy Kreme has always been good and at times the service can have a long line and the staff can get overwhelmed. Other than that the size of the donuts are getting way too small than what it used to be.

I just drove to Krispy Kreme to get some donuts and they were not that good. Must have been made this time yesterday. The girl that waiting on me was having a conversation with someone else. I called and talked to Audrey who claimed to be the manager and she was not very apologetic. I wont be going back.

Drive they is open 24/7. I went there the other day and their system was shut down. I had no cash to pay with so they made a deal with me and I got my 2 dozen donuts. Nice workers and amazing donuts. Definitely worth stopping if the hot ones sign is on. I have gone here since I was in grade school. It’s so much fun watching the donut process. I usually get a dozen but rarely can I make it home without eating one or two.
Disappointed they werent making Reeses donut on Mothers day. Otherwise a good donut, but over priced. Still a Dunkin fan.
