My favorite Starbucks in town! I always place mobile orders, and even though this location can be pretty busy at times, my orders are always ready in good time and taste great. I look forward to my orders at this location. Great job everyone ❤️

This Starbuck was really busy A friend of mine had ordered me the grilled cheese crispy, pumpkin spice latte And a cheese muffin. It was going to take me 2 hours to get there and they graciously saved the order and waited till I got there to make it that was awesome.. That is great service

Starbucks located at Sacred Heart Hospital, Pensacola, Florida really needs to be revised, with better personel, they need more training and have the capability to know when a pastry needs to be pulled because it is hard as a rock. They need to learn how to put the various beverages together for the public.The food and beverages at Starbucks are already costly so it would make having to pay a mini fortune a lot easier if the quality of your food and beverages were up to par.

They were quick with the service as I went into the store. The line at the drive through was really long at around 7:15 am, so be aware. Also tough to get into lot for parking spaces as it is very small.

Excellent Starbucks! They actually gave me a small gift card when something that was part of what I ordered wasnt in stock. The drive thru is always quick and almost always courteous.

Wanted a caramel frappe with some extras and it was delicious. Guy at the window was super nice.

Im not a fan of Starbucks, its just to confusing. I like coffee and french vanilla creamer. I dont know how many shots that I need of the creamer.

I am a picky person so I dont go out much. I come in here and used to get my drink perfect. Whoever worked this sunday morning got mad because she had to remake my drink. It was made wrong because she didnt read the no ice part. Instead of just remaking it she poured the drink into another cup and added more sweet cream. There was barely any coffee in it. I went inside and asked for it to be remade and got attitude. She didnt even speak when I said thank you. For someone who is picky, I dont recommend this place on a sunday morning. For people who just want it the way it comes this is perfect for you!! I, however, will find another coffee shop to go to.

I usually go to this Starbucks and I am very much aware of the shortage they have. However, for me to place and order and instead of communicating about what I wont receive, I did not receive at anything at all. No apology or gift card from the company. Very much disappointing.

This was the absolute worst location I’ve ever been to.I got the pumpkin spice frappe and they gave me theApple one and they messed up my cake pop and theDrinks were watered down and gross

Only had one functioning restroom. Employees supporting barista dont pay attention to where customers are. Always take everything to order waiting area on counter. Masks not enforced in this facility. Go at own risk.

I love going to Starbucks for a treat every now and then. I dont go all the time, but I always enjoy it when I do. The drive thru was quick and the employees were super friendly and efficient. They made sure my caramel macchiato was exactly the way I like it. I like the new cups they have too. They are insulated very well in my opinion and the top stayed on tight. Cant ask for anything more than that when you get coffee, right?

Drive thru in not too easy due to the drive way being short and customers being forced to wait on street when busy... But they made my drink fabulous..

Ordered Iced Mocha, got white mocha. Manager went above and beyond by correcting my drink and offering me a free Starbucks gift card, very generous. I was willing to accept the white mocha but the manager insisted that i allow her to uphold company standards. As always, I had a great experience.

Speed of service ranked a 5 star rating but the 2 coffees I got in drive thru explained it all. And a 2 start is it. The picture shows my White Chocolate Mocha - half a cup with hardly any whipped cream. I understand there will be a lottle less coffee but a whole half a cup? Really? And the Caramel Macchiato with EXTRA Caramel, I was told it tasted like it came outta convenience store. .... First time in 6 months I went thru that drive thru...probably be another 6.

I love Starbucks but I definitely wouldnt recommend this store. Sierra and Mercedes are VERY rude and they dont like to correct mistakes on customers drinks. I have had 2 encounters and they were both unpleasant experiences. Today my drink was way over blended and watery. She looked at me and said I dont know what you want me to do and walked off. This particular store really needs to work on CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. This is definitely not a good look for the franchise.

If Starbucks is ro far this is the only other coffee shop I go to there coffee is good 👍

I for one would love to thank Rob for all his warm welcomes whenever I come in Monday - Friday . He’s always genuine and kind . I have never seen this man not smiling . Then we have the adorable Molly, she is such an angel sent from up above . She surprised me one morning when she knew exactly what I wanted . These two individuals really make it feel worth coming to this location . I went from being a regular at the Starbucks in the mall, once everyone left the originals I stop going to Starbucks . Now that I’ve found two individuals who make me feel important lol I and now a regular at this location and I love the services !!

My drink was perfect, staff was friendly, and the restroom was clean. Only drawback was not being able to sit there and chill awhile, but I get it. Not their fault, of course.

Everything is as expected from a Starbucks, just as they are in every other Starbucks in the world. Drinks were good, staff was friendly. Nothing exceptional, nothing under par. Only complaint was that one of the drinks had sticky caramel on the side.

I like a strong cup of coffee from these people on occasion. With cream and sugar, it makes it perfect. I will admit I couldnt do a steady diet of this stuff but once a week, I could do it. 😉 The service I get has always been exemplary and top notch. I will be back.

I must have called about 3 stores while also visiting 2 others and no one had the MADELEINES Cookies finally I called this location and the guy was extremely nice so I drove there and the customer service was fantastic, he knew who I was when I placed my order! Ordered two coffees and two sandwiches like we often do, but on this trip my white chocolate moca was the most disappointing and unbelievably bad coffee Ive ever received. Very disappointed and upset on this trip as I was looking forward to my coffee.

Ive been visiting this Starbucks regularly for several months now and every visit has been perfect. My order is always correct and the staff is always lovely and happy to share a smile with me. I never have to wait very long and the store is always very clean.

This location consistently gets orders wrong and some of the staff need an attitude adjustment. In particular the Karen with glasses

Great service at this Starbucks! Drive through takes a little bit but worth it! The only drawback to this location is how tiny the parking lot is so if you have a bigger vehicle its very narrow.

Starbucks never disappoints

Staff here is always friendly! They are happy to check on any menu item, or explain things. Drinks are always made to your specifications. I typically frequent the drive thru here, but have on several occasions had the opportunity to order in the store. There is always a great selection of mugs, Tervis, French presses, etc... the snack counter us always stocked, specials are easy to read.

By far one of the better Starbucks around here...and thats saying a lot since they all are good. They make the drinks awesome every time! Def recommend💜

Always awesome coffee. My big brother hates them but then hes a weak tea drinker. Brother wouldnt know a great cup of coffee even if you smacked him up the side of his head with a bag of roasted beans.

Ive been coming to this location for quite some time now. Unfortunately, I havent appreciated this amazing staff until I had traveled during the holidays. I had visiting several locations in Central and South Florida as well as locations an hour or so away. I was VERY disappointed in not only my coffee but especially with the customer service!The staff at this location makes my coffee just as i ask EVERY morning! I have never been disappointed. More so, the entire staff is warm, friendly, inviting, and courteous. I am always greeted with a big smile and how is your day. I never feel rushed or like an inconvenience. The other day my wait was a little excessive and my coffee was free of charge! I LOVE everyone staff member here and I will continue to support this location for life! Thank you all!!

Great drinks and wonderful service. The only got here is awful parking lot and entry and exit. Borderline unsafe as traffic backs up into the main road and light.

Partners were very friendly and helpful. My coffee was very delicious! They didn’t let my shots expire(which makes the coffee bitter). So thank you for that! Also, the store was very clean.

We did not have a good visit. Our order was taken by a new employee who may have been unready to be on her own. We extended understanding and helped how we could. Another team member came over and assisted her. Our order was wrong. I dealt with my drink as it was. My husbands order was completely overlooked while several customers received their orders. When he spoke up and the made it, it was prepared wrong. It was eventually made right and was delicious but instead of calling it out as ready, they left it sit until he inquired.

One of the best Starbucks in town. The staff is friendly and polite. The baristas do a good job making the different beverages. The brownies are awesome, especially warmed up. Its only fault is that it has very little parking, and it is difficult getting in and out at times.

Excellent cafe! The Baristas are all kind, courteous, and knowledgeable of their drink recipes. There is seating outside with umbrellas and an awning. There are four comfy leather chairs with two foot rests which a slightly cramped. There are three small tables, two long ones, and another specifically designed for wheelchairs. You can ask for a bag of their used coffee grounds for free to use in your garden. The food is okay as its only prepackaged typical Starbucks food. However, the drinks themselves are made with love.My favorite of all the Starbucks locations in Pensacola.
