If there was a 10 star option I would give it. Fluid damaged MacBook air came back to life. Previous shop charged for diagnosis and told me that it can not be repaired, but J&M fixed it. They also informed me regularly about the process. These guys really like their job! Thank you J&M!

I am so satisfied with this service! Apple wanted to charge me $1000+ to fix an old 2011 Macbook Pro 17. I found these guys on ebay, purchased the fix package for 1/10 of what apple was charging me, sent the unit to them and it was back in my hands in less than 2 weeks. It came back very well packed. I took my Mac A1466 to a local shop for liquid damage and they told me it could not be fixed as is and would need a new (used) Logic-board, est.$300. I retrieved it, and sent it across the state to another shop for repair. Six weeks later, bad news, NO can do. I was told to buy a new computer. I had it sent back. It arrived minus my Wi-fi card, some heat-sink screws and flex connector. It took two weeks to get those parts returned to me. Then MAGIC.. I found J&M Ind. It was like striking gold! I just want to say Thank you! I decided to do a repair on my own computer, and probably should have brought it to these guys to begin with. I was actually freaking out a little bit because I had the part to fix my computer, I replaced it, and broke something else. So I was worried and frustrated to say the least. Stoked I found these guys through a friends recommendation. I had my computer previously fixed by another company when Apple couldnt do the repair. The other companies repair worked for a couple months but the problem eventually happened again. I sent my computer off to J&M and I am very happy with their customer service and the fix they made. Just keeping my fingers crossed that I dont have any further problems.

These guys have probably repaired 100 MacBook pros and MacBook airs for me and sometimes they get backed up because theyre in demand and do a good work for a good price.

Mike and James at J&M industries are awesome! They are both professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. My Desk top computer recently stopped powering on, so I called them up. They said to bring it by and they would check it out. Within 5 minutes of meeting the two they had diagnosed my computers problem. They did a quick and easy fix and had my computer back up and running again. They were even nice enough to give tips on other computer details. They didnt even charge me for the work they did. Thats how I knew they were really good guys and authentic techs. I would highly recommend these guys! You can tell they love what they do.

These guys are pros. If your Mac is out of warranty, and has a board issue, please send it here first. Apple may quote you close to a grand for a board replacement, these guys can fix it for sometimes a fraction of the cost and most of the time, better than an Apple refurbished board. My office MacBook Pro took a deep sip of a triple Espresso. I tried the online suggestions for drying it upside down, not starting it for four days etc. Unfortunately the damage was done. It would not charge, would turn on only by being forced and then would run at a very low speed. I found J & M online and took a leap and mailed it from MN to their shop in FL. They were fantastic, they answered their phone when called (all three of the others I tried to reach never did) they gave an update, but most importantly they completely fixed it. Great job Mike!

Dropped my computer, but stated it was received like that. I asked for the box it came in to notify USPS of the damage and he could not find the box. I was in contact with him when he made no mention of the damage by the charge cord and I sent it to him because it would not turn on. He stated I could mail it back to him and he would fix(what he didnt break) HMMM!! Do not use this company. There are many more reputable ones out there .

These Guys know what they are doing and are very professional. I came in and bam my laptop is fixed.. but I guess it depends on the damage of your PC to get it done in a timely manner..but they are great either way. I will use them from now on for future repairs.

AWESOME experience. To start, they accommodated me with my schedule which was after hours (2Xs)because I was traveling. They did not have to but they did. Much appreciated. Secondly, when I described my iMac 27 issue, they felt comfortable with telling me that my written diagnosis from thegenius bar from the Apple store sounded incorrect.Apple diagnosed my issue as a bad logic board, J&M said it sounded like a graphics card issue. I dropped it off, 3 days later they had repaired not replaced the graphics card. It worked and my bill was 1/5 the Apple estimate. Very pleased all around.

**THE REPAIR SHOP APPLE DOESNT WANT YOU TO KNOW ABOUT** These guys are truly wizards... I took my 2011 Macbook Pro (which has about 7 years of my hard work/music production on it) to an apple-approved repair shop and all they did was waste my time and charge me about $300 for their attempt and suggestion that I buy a new Macbook…. Not only did J&M Industries fully repair the issue I was having & replace the graphics card, but they also replaced the fan and still only charged me for the GPU repair that I selected. I was astounded by the service I received, every bothersome call I made for ETA’s was answered within a few rings, or my call returned within minutes. It’s truly refreshing to deal with honest people that just want to fix the problem as bad as you do. I was a little nervous about sending my precious laptop across the country, but without any other options, I took the plunge and did it – I just made sure to pack my laptop carefully & securely with a laptop shipping box and took a precaution in taping all the seams shut because I know how careless mailmen tend to be. 10/10 service. Very happy customer!!

The guys at J&M Industries are skilled beyond anything youll find at your typical computer repair shop. Their specialization in Mac repairs is unmatched by anyone else Ive sought out previously. Ive now brought 5 of me and me familys Macbook Pros to them for repair ranging from malfunctioning GPUs to water damage to unknown errors, all of which were repaired thoroughly, quickly, and for money $100s less than other quotes. This group backs down from no challenge. Ive brought my laptops to other storefronts who have identified the problems, but they always suggest replacement over repair. These are the guys the storefronts contract to fix your computer but with a big markup on your end. J&M didnt have to replace nearly anything and instead did all the ultrasonic cleaning, microsoldering, and even chip reballing necessary to restore our laptops back to operation and thus save you a lot of money but not having to buy new parts. Turn around is fast and the repairs are more than fairly priced. If you have a malfunctioning Mac, dont think twice, think J&M Industries. They even take deliveries if youre from out of town. Cant recommend these guys more
