My daughter and I really love dr colley and his amazing staff! Everyone is so nice here. We didnt feel rushed picking out our new frames at all. Everyone was super patient with us. We only had to wait about 10 days before receiving the call that our glasses were ready for pick up. Definitely the standard time frame to wait for glasses. I am very thankful for dr. Colley and his staff!!

Ill never go to another eye doctor. He was very personable and he explained what he was doing all the time and gave you any information you might need. He and the whole staff are great theyre cheerful and informative and helpful. This is the doctor you need to go to sleep,

When I went to my appointment, they got me back right away, checked my vision and overall eye health which was AWESOME!!!Before picking my 2 pair of glasses, I wa so impressed that Before the Dr. Left the room, I could see 20/20 with the prescription he wrote out for me!!!

New patient HORRIBLE experience on our first visit Dr. Colley was SUPER RUDE to my youngest daughter for leaning on a wall for 3 second and told me get her off my wall I just had it paint for $250 ha.. Which Im sure my daughters visit covered plus the glasses. It was the only nice wall in the whole place 😳 all the other walls have damage of all different types water damage/ hole in the wall!! && The BATHROOM was so NASTY! I definitely DONT recommend you taking your children to this office!!!

I am very disappointed! It took 6 months to get a contact lens fitting and I still havent been fitted!!! I ended up with an infection in my eye and he said nothing was wrong... I had to get a second opinion in which I went to BELL &TERREZZA ON FAIRFIELD. I am so glad I did. They found my issue and saved my eyes!! I asked Dr. COLLEY FOR AN EXAM REFUND BECAUSE HE DOESNT KNOW HOW TO DO A PROPER EXAM AND WAS DENIED!!! I AM LIVID!!!

I have not been to Dr Colleys office yet I just made an appointment . The receptionist was very nice and helpful. Iam looking forward to seeing the Dr. In a couple of weeks. Thank Dr. Colley for accepting new clients. Cant wait to get my eyes checked asn a new pair of glasses.

Loved this place! Took my children there and ended up making an appointment for myself. Dr. Colley is so nice and makes you feel that you are important. My children felt at ease and really liked his personality. The receptionists were super nice and very helpful in picking out glasses for my tween-age daughter. She looks so cute in her glasses. I highly recommend!

Dr. Colley is wonderful! I have been a patient for several years and he is by far the best eye Doctor I have ever been to. Dr. Colley and his staff are very friendly and professional. Their equipment seems modern and I love the way Dr. Colley goes over the results with me. Its very cool! I would recommend this Doctor to everyone. :)

I went to Dr. Colley a few years ago. The staff there is so nice! They really took the time to make sure my glasses fit properly! My kids enjoy going too. I had a not so good experience at a chain eyeglass place closer to home. And my glasses slid off my face. I plan on going back to Dr. Colley this year!

Great place to go. The staff is very friendly and courteous. Dr. Colley is wonderful, he takes his time and is very time friendly when with a patient. I would recommend this place to everyone.

I spoke to their office on the phone a week ago. I gave them my insurance information, and they said they would call me back to verify if they take my insurance. No one ever called me back. I would have liked a call back even if my insurance isnt accepted there.

Dr. Colley and his staff are wonderful! This doctor found a condition with my eyes that was unnoticed by my previous optometrist. Thanks to doctor Colley, my eyes are healthy again, and I can see great with my new prescription.

I felt that the Dr prejudged me when he assumed that I looked something up on Google. To me he seemed rude and possibly racist and didnt seem to care too much about my concerns about my child. He said his rude remarks and brushed me off. I wouldnt recommend this place for certain people, for others it may be great.

Dr. Colley and his staff are the absolute best. They all go above and beyond for my son and I. I have zero complaints at all. My son breaks his glasses often and they are always there to help any way they can. They never turn us way. I would never go anywhere else.

Just try to call the office, ALWAYS BUSY SIGNAL!Very unprofessional, my wife went to get glasses about two months ago (April 29th) today is June 5th, when they came in they were nothing close to what she ordered, they said they were sorry and would put a rush on it. They told her today that she would have to order a different frame. Looks as if I go by history, it may be another month before we get another story.ITS EITHER UNPROFESSIONAL OR INTENTIONAL?Im having my wife go back tomorrow and discontinue any business dealings with them. Other hard working optometrist deserve our business

They called me about my pick up and took my payment at 554 I arrived 558 they wouldn’t even give me my contacts and I watch them thru the window as they walked across the floor

Apparently a 24 hour notice is not enough apparently a week notice is not enough because I called in to rescedule & was informed it is considered a cancelation waited 2 weeks for glasses that were not ready its going into my 3rd week! Was told even a reschedule is a inconvenience......Wow really smh

Dr. Colley and his staff are very professional. Hes been my optometrist for many years.Dr. Colley appears to invest in the latest technology. He took the time to explain and demonstrate how some of his new equipment can detect upcoming helath problems from an eye exam.You can tell he enjoys his practice.

Me and my daughter has used Dr. Colley for about 3 yrs. Dr. Colley is a great eye doctor, As well as his staff is very professional, kind and very helpful if a promblem occurs with ur appt date or time to fix it to best meet ur schedule. The equipment they use is very well up to date speaking in all aspects of the few different procedures/test that I had done.VERY FAST AND GREAT SERVICE ON GETTING MY EYE WEAR BACK. I WAS SHOCKED WHEN I GOT THE CALL THAT MY LENS WAS IN AND READY TO BE PICKED UP IN NOMORE THAN A WEEK :)I for sure give this office a 5 star in all areas.I highly recommend Dr. Colley & his staff for all ur eye care needs.

Took my daughter for eye exam beginning of March due to headaches here it is 2 weeks into may and glasses still have not been received when I called to check on them staff was very rude

Its a very long wait, but does depend on what service you are getting and also what day you go on

Long waits but over all a good experience.
