They answered any and all questions and never did I feel rushed.Jean got me through the frame and lens phase. They no longer carried my old frame, but she was able to provide one that I feel is a notch up.Very impressive service, yet again!

I went to the terrezza office downtown and they were all so friendly and helpful. It was Halloween and they were all dressed up like Alice in Wonderland! So cute. I highly recommend them as up tissues as well as just for glasses. They treat me with kindness, the utmost care, and got me in right away for the problem with my retina. I’ve been a patient of Dr Terrezza and team for a few years now. At both locations I’ve attended they always go above and beyond to make sure my needs are met and exceeded. Atmosphere is always great due to friendly and professional staff. They carry the higher end glasses I chose to wear like Oakley and Costa, for example, and always have a great selection compared to other competitors. I highly recommend them and I won’t go anywhere else!

This was my very first visit, and every single person in the office treated me like family. Dr. Ballard and Dana were so so friendly and helpful about all of my concerns, and they’re also extremely kid friendly (I had to bring my young son to my visit.) Ive been wearing glasses and contacts my entire adult life. Ive had many prescriptions good and bad. When I went to Dr Terrezza, I received an EXCELLENT diagnosis and prescription. He explained to me what was going on with my eyes, how to protect them and options for treatment. He and his staff are always pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and the offices are clean. They always disinfect the equipment prior to use right in front of me. During this time of Covid-19 thats really important to me.Ive never seen better and my eyes are getting the care they need!!!I encourage you to please go see Dr Terrezza for your eye care needs.

This office was so impressive. From the time I walked through the door everyone was so polite and professional. The doctor is an amazing man who tells it like it is and to me that is important.

When back from vacation, was having problems in one of my eyes. I thought it was just something in my eye that I just couldn’t see or remove. The pain and irritation and sensitivity to light in that eye worried me enough to call immediately and they were able to work me in for an appointment the same day.Dr Terreza took his time to explain and to take pictures and show me the infection in my eye. He prescribed an antibiotic and explained to me how to administer and had me book an appointment to come back in 2 days to see how my eye was healing, he even gave me his personal cell number in case my eye was feeling worse. He really cares and takes time with his patients as does all of his staff, everyone there was professional and friendly.

This team of professionals were very courteous. They were especially polite and here’s what I like the most, their staff was made up of a very diverse group of people. People often speak of diversity but it’s rare in Pensacola. This office definitely has a wonderful mix of diverse people. My experience with Dr. Ballard was a very good experience he went over and beyond getting my eye prescription correct, so finally I can see clearer without straining my eyes. When it came time for me to pick my frames the lady I had was all about looking for what she liked and not what I liked even after I told her what kind of glasses I had in mind, she didn’t even give me a chance to walk around and look at the glasses myself and When she found out how much my insurance covered on frames she when went to looking for the highest pair of glasses, all I wanted was some Ray bans, I ended up getting talked into some Versace glasses that I really didn’t want.If it wasn’t for Dr. Ballard being a great doctor I would rate them a 1star .

Terrezza Optical provides an excellent, customer-oriented service. I visited their downtown store on Tuesday, 3/16/2021, for an eye exam and new glasses. I have been to this location previously, and I received the same high-quality attention on this visit that I experienced the first time. Check-in was quick, with several forms to fill out. Please remember to bring a list of prescription medicines as several illnesses, in addition to eye problems, can be detected during the exam. A very capable technician ushered me back to the exam room where she checked my file, confirmed the reason for my appointment, performed several tests, and dialated my eyes. The optometrist (OD) then came in and performed the eye exam. He was very friendly and professional, clearly describing the findings of the eye exam. The lady who helped me select my glasses was very professional, showing options, but not pushing any particular add-on. The entire experience was very pleasant and informative. I came away from the exam with a very positive impression, just as I had on my previous visit.

We moved here a year ago and are still figuring out the best places to go. After being kept waiting for an appointment at Opti-Club for 1 1/2 hours I decided to look elsewhere. Happily, I ended up choosing Terrezza and Associates downtown. They were extremely professional and had a huge selection of glasses. I was surprised at how thorough the eye exam was. It was a much more detailed exam than I had experienced before. Plus the price of my Silhouette glasses was reasonable and arrived within a few weeks. They also event gave me a nice discount since I dont have insurance for eye glasses. I highly recommend Terrezza and Associates for all your optical needs.

The girl who did my son’s exam was very nice, she was polite she offered us something to dink omg she was the best!! The doctor himself was awesome! He answer all of my questions.. Had an early morning (8:45 am) appointment. Both CSRs appeared to be on a call. It took a couple minutes for them to acknowledge my presence. Once they did both were very courteous. I was seen in a timely manner. The equipment they have to diagnose issues was very impressive. Both the Dr. and tech were extremely knowledgeable and courteous and friendly. Looking forward to getting my new glasses in and fitted.

Goodish experience. Both times I have been the ladies at the front desk are more worried about their conversations then greeting guest and asking them what they are here for. Both times I stood by the desk for a little bit, with people sitting at the desk before anyone said anything to me. However most of them were very nice and professional when they spoke to me.

Its been years since I saw Dr. Terrezza, but he is one of the only two eye doctors who have ever gotten my prescription right. He is patient, (I have a hard time taking eye exams), kind, and he is very professional and thrurogh! I do not know if he still gives glasses to the needy for free, but he was doing this back then. Ive heard of VERY few doctors who are dedicated and generous enuff to go so far above and beyond as he has. In my humble, (and experienced) opinion, he is the best.

Everyone was friendly, courteous and helpful. The Dr was very thorough and easy to talk to. (Very important in my opinion).

I had a referral appointment to this office from my primary care doctor. I was provided directions that were easy to follow. The only issue was the directions brought me to the back entrance. But it was no big deal. All of the staff were welcoming. I had forms to fill out & was called back within 10-15 after my arrival. The tech that performed all of my screening was very nice, friendly & professional. She explained every step & test as we completed them. After my screenings i then saw the dr who also was very friendly & welcoming. I didnt have any issues during this visit & would most definitely return to this office.

This place is amazing. The staff is polite and all seem very happy to be there. My doctor was fantastic and made me feel like I can ask the stupid questions. I would give 5 stars if they had a larger selection covered by medicaid.

Dr. Terrezza is amazing. I have anxiety so eye exams always stress me out. He is so kind and makes you feel so comfortable. I love that he lets you know up front he will show you the options as many times as you need so that he can give you an accurate prescription. Other doctors have made me feel rushed. Everyone in the office has been friendly during my visits. I really appreciate how they make sure to explain everything to you while picking out glasses and how they give you all the options of additional things but don’t make you feel forced into anything. They are absolutely my favorite place I’ve had exams and gotten glasses!

I was referred to Terrezza Clinc from my primary care Dr.’ office due to a shingles virus in my right eye. I can say only good things about my treatment. All staff were caring, compassionate and very through. I see the Dr again this Friday. I felt confident about the plan of care. Dr. Terresa was through and funny. Made the painful situation put me at ease. I am new the the area and also needs new prescription for my glasses. I will use this Dr to do just that. 👍🏼👍🏼

I mean I am totally astounded by their kindness and professionalism.Not to mention, after getting a referral to a retinal specialist.. I’ve since called the office twice to follow up with insurance/ surgery/ what to expect questions that I didn’t think to ask when I was still in the office and I have been reassured and totally informed with every step of the way.. I will never go to another eye Doctor so long as I live in Pensacola. I have NEVER in my 20years of eye exams and glasses, experienced the full package from staff and bedside manner. Totally recommend!!Plus their selection of glasses are great!! They truly set the bar high.. and I’m almost ashamed of every other place I’ve ever been before!

I had my first appointment with this office and with this eye doctor last week. The staff was exceptional. Incredibly friendly and outgoing, knowledgeable, and patient. I used two different insurances which tends to make things complicated when figuring out what works best. The staff not only suggested I do it, they took the time to make sure I got the best coverage and usage for my money. Dr. Terrezza was informative and kind. He told me several times to make sure and be completely honest about my feelings/ thoughts regarding each adjustment he made. He emphasized that even if its minor or if there is no noticeable change, to tell him. Although most eye doctors do this, there was something comforting about it. He also apologized for some delays he was experiencing with new technology.This office is big! Larger than I realized even. The section where to go to pick out frames and get fitted, etc has a really good selection. The staff there was incredibly helpful in choosing frames that worked for my wants and needs. I couldnt be happier with my experience. I havent received my glasses yet but if there is anything that needs updating to this review after I get them, Ill come back and do so.

They were really friendly and patient with my son. Hes only 4 so his attention span isnt very long but they were nice and didnt get frustrated even when I began too. I really appreciate that.
