My first time entering in Things Remembered, I was a little shy. I was browsing around, looking for the perfect gift to give my best friend with her name on it! The ladies helped me find a gift and they told me some information about the sales and what to say. I will never forget this place and the fine ladies whom helped me out! I recommend going! Super helpful staff helped me get a special personalized engagement gift for my fiancé. They were knowledgable to advise me about the best kind of engraving on a latch Id bought elsewhere. Jill is crafty with that engraver and all were super helpful and gracious. Ill be back to this location bc of great service and enthusiastic creative team!
I ordered from this stores website but i could only imagine the store is just as horrible. I received a necklace for Christmas that was bought through this company. It was supposed to be personalized with love you always engraved on it, which it was not. Also the standard length for the necklace must only feel comfortable on a 12 year old. On the packing slip i received for the necklace it has its Satisfaction Guarantee on the back stating that if i have any problems as all i can call their 1-800 number or go into any of their store and they would do their best to make me happy, which is also on their website for anyone to see. Therefore, i went into the store thinking it would be a simple fix. The packing slip of course does not show where the engraving was even paid for so i was told to call the 1-800 number and to have a nice day. Already frustrated, I get a nice lady on the phone who is supposed to be able to help me. I then get told that my necklace is low on stock so they dont know if i will be able to get the same one how i ordered it or if ill have to choose a new one, instead of just fixing the one that i already have? She then proceeded to take my name and number and said her supervisor would call me back with more answers. I am beyond livid. I DO NOT recommend this store to anyone and will not be shopping there again myself. Their Satisfaction Guarantee is a load of crap.

This shop is awesome! They have so many great gift ideas. The products are of good quality and the prices are extremely reasonable. Most importantly, they can engrave almost anything. Theyll even engrave something that you buy from somewhere else! The manager is really sweet there at Cordova Mall, and is a wizard with their up-to-date engraving machines. I always have great experiences there whether buying or just browsing.

Ask for Jill. She is amazing! I needed several gifts monogrammed and I needed them that day. Jill made sure I got them all that afternoon and she was professional and helpful
An employee named Brandon was there when I went and after I decided on a gift and needed them engraved, he overcharged me for both by acting as though there were only premium fonts to choose from (which cost extra). Then he tells me that it will take an hour to have it done, which made no sense because they were slow and he was twiddling his thumbs when I walked in. I left the store and returned after about 25 min and my mugs were sitting on the counter finished and he was again, doing nothing. So I was glad that I returned when I did, as opposed to wasting my time waiting on mugs that were finished already. I inspected one and the engraved part had a pucker in it from where he over bent it with his hand applying it to the mug. I mentioned it to him and he pulls it off, like nothing, and sticks it back on. I asked if it would just pop off that easily and he looks at me irritated and says No. Well it shouldnt. If Im going to pay $55 for some little mugs (& be overcharged) I want them done correctly. After reapplying the engraving, it still had a huge gap, so I asked if he could fix it. He then sighs and says Its not coming off even though I just watched him pull it off effortlessly to bend it 5 seconds ago. After finally agreeing to redo it, he tells me it will be another 25 min. But I didnt leave the store like I did the first time so of course, it took about 5 min. Not 25. I was not amused and will not be returning. Especially because the back of the receipt says something about how they care if their customers are satisfied...Brandon didnt seem to at all.
