One star ⭐️ review for Vaccum Center Superstore at 6427 N 9th Ave Pensacola FL 32504.In June 2020 I purchased a used upright Dyson vacuum from a neighbor that was listed on our neighborhood FaceBook resale group. Unfortunately on the second use the roller ball fell completely apart. Frustrated but optimistic, I took the vaccum to Vaccuum Center Superstore to be repaired. The vaccum arrived and was checked in at the store on 1 July 2020. It has been there over one year as of the writing of this review, and the company has never once called me to follow up or apologize for the delay.I’ve called them and stopped by to check on the vacuum in person multiple times. The one person working the desk always says there is a supply chain issue on getting parts and has no update on when parts will be available. I’ve asked him multiple times to please check with corporate and give me an update on when to expect the repair to be complete. He typically gives me the “will do” obligatory response to get me out the door and then absolutely zilch. This very well may be the worst service I’ve ever had.Sure I could go buy a new vacuum or pick this one up and take it somewhere else… but I’ve left the vaccum there intentionally in complete disbelief on just how poor service can be. Waiting to see just how long this will take…

I am not sure what is the name of the guy who helped me, he was the only one in the store. My bissell Mop was going to cost me as much as its price if I wouldve gotten it fixed. he suggested he will contact the warranty center and see what he can do. I did take three weeks, but I got a brand new replacement for my bissell mop and with all parts and he didnt charge me anything not even 20 dollars for his services. absolutely recommend recommend recommend. I called to see if they had a Miehle vacuum in stock as I would come by the next day to purchase it. I was assured they had several in stock and when I came in the next day there were none available to purchase. I told the sales representative if he could find one soon to please call me because I was ready to purchase one asap and was told they would indeed call. 3 months later and i havent heard a word. I guess an $1100 cash sale doesnt mean much to them. I ended up going to purchase one in Destin and the store there was excellent to work with.
I have used the Vacuum Center for more than 30 years (under previous location & owners). Purchased many Simplicitys, had them serviced and repaired over the years. I took my upright in for service and cleaning on 4/28/20 (estimate to service was $118.23). I called every week to see if it was ready and was told it would be within the week...,putting it on the bench tomorrow ... a couple more days. I finally showed up on 5/29/20 and asked to pick it up. The gentleman rolled it out still dusty and had not been touched since it was dropped off. I politely left with my vacuum. Not a word was spoken to me. Looking for a new repair place. Noticed that their business license is also delinquent.
Visited 2x and Billie was not helpful both times!Looked like he was stoned and when asked for advice since he couldn’t help me, he just said “ I don’t know”!I would’ve thought being a Super Center they would be resourceful!
Just no. I dropped off a Bissell for warranty work, and after 12 days, he a. cant tell me whether or not theyve tried to work on it, b. although he thinks it should probably be replaced, he cannot tell me if he sent Bissell that request, c. and finally, he cannot give me an accurate assessment of where my vacuum is within their system of repair or replacement even though I give him an account number to look up. So, no. Just no.
Granted it was during Covid… It took three months and $100 to replace the cord on my Dyson… I will never go back there
Very Helpful, i called in advance & he knew exactly what size i needed to replace my central vacuum hose. I drove out there and he got everything i needed and the extras i asked for i was in & out. So fast, so helpful. They know their stuff. Thanks so much
I took my Dirt Devil Reach Max to this store today for service. It is less than 6 months old and they were recommended by Dirt Devil for service. Very nice gentlemen helped me immediately. Found the problem and was able to make quick fix. I would highly recommend to friends and family.
I cant say enough GOOD things about this place. Not only are they professional and knowledgeable they are very compassionate people. They made a huge impact in my five year old sons who is battling cancer life. My son loves vacuum cleaners very much and this store donated a brand new Mielle to him. They also donated 7 vacuums that we were able to use at his vacuum cleaner themed birthday party. My son adores the owners and loves to come into this store. Thank you so much for everything!!!! You have truly made a difference!

Storefront may be wonderful - the online ordering leaves a lot to be desired. Ordered 10 days ago - still hasnt shipped. They certainly have gotten their money. A little disappointed that their reputation was unsubstantiated

We bought a Miele vacuum from Billy and really appreciated the time he spent explaining the various features of each model. Really great custimer service here and we could not be more pleased with our purchase.

Always courteous and willing to educate on vaccuum and carpet maintenance. I highly recommend their SEBO dry carpet cleaning system. Our carpets look new, and they were pretty stained. The best part is no dumping and filling water. What a time saver!
Service was outstanding. My simplicity was in for service and repair. They were cheerful and took care of my problem. Since it would take a week or so to fix they even gave me a loaner.

Took my Dyson in because it keeps getting clogged and loses suction. I wish I never bought the dyson. I was happy that they showed me why my dyson was having issues and answered all my questions. I decided to trade it in after 2 years of problems with it and purchased a simplicity upright and a Miele canister... it’s been 8 months now and both are awesome!!! Thank you Tim for the awesome service and answering all my dumb questions... jim
If I knew how to give less stars to the store I would March 2016 I left a handheld Electrolux vacuum for them to replace the belt after a while several weeks I checked on it they said that the belts were backordered I said no hurry every two or three months for the next year I went in and checked and they continue to say same thing no calls at all to us. Now they say they have the disposed of the item because I have banded it. When talking to the owners wife and explaining that I thought they owed me a replacement or some kind of compensation she hung up on me. Dont ever shop here

Worst Customer Service. Took 2 weeks and several phone calls to get them to come out. Acts like its my responsibility to hound them to do what they promised. Poor communication. Company reputation was the last thing on Tims (service provider) mind!

Really bad service. Been three weeks since I dropped my air cordless off. Not only have I not received a call telling me what the progress is, but it hasnt even been looked at. Horrible. Cant even get ahold of anyone.

Horrible employees here. They lied about what was wrong with my vacuum and I had to call dyson to call them in order to force the truth out. Tries to charge me $90 for something my vacuum didnt need and tried to void my warranty so they could charge me MORE!! Rude and dishonest.
Worst customer service ever. Kept my vacuum cleaner for 6 weeks and when I called and told them I would just come and pick up not to work on it. It magically was fixed in an hour.
