This loaction is pretty awesome. Great food. Really is a place of comfort.

So i went to publix today with my mom for just 2 foot long sandwich combos . I was in line for 35 minutes. And the employee had to be asked to wear gloves rolled her eyes at me then snapped the gloves on . Said ok now what would you want . I had to ask her twice to put on a hair net .She had waist length hair and was refusing to wear one for almost five minutes . and then my first order was made good second one was . Starting to be made and the employee didnt want to make the second sandwich. She started yelling about what kind of cheese do you want . I said pepper jack three times nicely .Then she asked me to remove my face mask while ordering .Because the hissing my portable oxygen machine makes . I said no and waited for her to get making my second sandwich. At this point I asked for light mayo she smeared at least 16 oz of mayo across the bread there was so much it was oozing out the side. So I said excuse me I asked for light mayo . She said your really starting to catch an attitude .Then threw the sandwich in the counter got another bread and then finally put light mayo and it seemed like all was calm. She then put a huge handful of onion on my sub it was so disgusting to watch.She then wanted to argue with my mom and said you need to shut up and not catch a attitude I got really mad and said you need to do your job . She then told my mom and I that there was more a them in the deli then her and i .I have never been so angry as this trip to the deli made me .

I ordered sub sandwiches from the deli. I met the nicest man Jay!! Your entire deli staff are truly an asset to your brand. As Jay and I discussed what sub I should try, the other staffers were chiming in on what sauces to add...SO MUCH FUN WITH YOUR DELI STAFF. Who had fun ordering subs...ME!Please acknowledge your deli team for their outstanding customer service. Another customer was standing next to me and agreed on the dedicated staff. I am from Mobile Al. It is worth the 1hr. drive to see your staff again, seriouslyK.Anthony

I went in to buy a giant cookie and although I did get it I ended up with the Raspberry Elegance Cake. That is perhaps the best cake Ive had. Id like to thank Neyssa for the recommendation for the cake. It was over the top. The cake got ate way before the cookie even thought about getting ate. Great job Publix and special thanks to Neyssa in the bakery for the recommendation you hit it out of the park. A++++

I love the sales, its clean, and its very convenient to were I live. Only complaint is they are out of stock a good amount of the time.

Great store most of the time. The deli needs help. I placed an online order 10 minutes before I arrived. I waited 30 minutes at the pickup, well past the time it was supposed to be ready. In this time I noted several deli employees going in and out of the deli, with only one person manning the sub station the majority of the time. Needless to say, the walk ups were taken care of first. I also noted 2 managers in the back talking and doing whatever instead of helping their crew. I finally decided to cancel because I was on my lunch break and already running behind. The gentleman I spoke with found my order receipt on the floor. Im usually not one to complain but this was something completely preventable.

I found what l wanted and the check out was quick. Its self check out that takes cards and money. Amazing

I lived in Starkville, MS about 12 years ago. That is when I met Publix. Thats also when I fell in love with a grocery store!! This one in Pensacola is heaven on earth!! Visit the Bellview Publix. You wont regret it!!!!

Talk about fresh food... Its like the budget friendly version of your wholly foods store. I love this Publix. Everything is stocked up and there is a huge selection of food including those who have some type of dietary restriction. Did I mention that their products are fresh?

I have stood in line at this Publix for 32 minutes while theres been I dont know eight or nine registers with nobody in it and the registers had one or two people in them several times they have one person working customer service and even though a manager came and told somebody to come check up front nobody came This public needs a better manager and better manager skills submit review

Family sick and only want 1 thing and that one thing is a large order of chicken and wild rice soup from the deli, however, there is only 1 size to be had and its a small. I ask the people behind the deli refrigerator if there is a way I can get 3 small for the price of 1 large and they shot me down with no interest in helping me out. I didnt feel like I was important to them and in customer service that is important. If the managers keep employees like this and no backup plan for issues the company will fail.

The only issue I had was that there was a coupon on something that didnt get used. Other than that I usually love Publix.

I love Publix. A lot of organic foods here. Fresh salmon that they will steam for you at no extra cost or you can take it home and cook. The staff is always friendly and offering to take your groceries out to your car.

I would like to follow up with the customer who said that the deli at this location has the worst customer service. This is something that is the norm at this store. I also received terrible customer service. Went there and tried to order a Boars Head Italian sub. This very unrefined (being as kind/respectful as possible) girl was as rude as she could be. She let me know that we aint got no Boars Head deli dressing in a rude tone whenever I asked for it. Yes, you do have the dressing. It is sitting on the shelf on your sales floor right in front of the counter. I used to work for Publix deli and there is NO WAY that I would treat a customer like that. She couldve grabbed the bottle from the sales floor. Not only that, the sub made me VERY sick. It doesnt help whenever I see all of the Italian sub kits sitting at room temperature stacked to the ceiling on the sub bar. As soon as the kits are cut you are supposed to stamp them with the date gun and then place them into the fridge below the station in the drawer. Couldve lived MUCH longer without the rude/condescending attitude.

I have always loved coming to this Publix. Everyone whom works here are extremely helpful and very professional.

What can I say? It was Publix, and everybody knows the Publix is very clean and the employees are very friendly. Ive never had a bad experience at a Publix, especially their deli... Yummmm

Y’all know Publix subs are the Lord’s work but today my sandwich was made by an Angel named Angel! She went out of her way to get the extra ingredients needed for my sandwich and took care of me.

Deli is run like a three ring circus. Thats not good. I waited and waited and waited. 6 employees were there. 2 were working. 4 were in the back laughing and carrying on. I had enough and left. Get it together Publix! I just went to Firehouse subs next door. I was not disappointed with their service or food.

Rude employee and just threw the food on there. Asked for it to be pushed in with a knife she was using on my food and she replied rude and said “nothing gonna fall out how I did it, it will be okay” how she made it was just slapped together even after I stopped her in the middle and let her know. She didn’t care and gave more attitude. Christina has poor customer service even let another worker look at it at check out and even she could tell it was thrown together. She squirted the mustard on the outside of the bread and just mashed it together with the paper.

My go-to first grocery store and pharmacy with nice liquor store attached. The pharmacy crew is actually no-bull amazing-best service ever and excellent savings for prescriptions. Also got my COVID vaccinations here, what a great store and what a great country that we share. Lucky to have Publix store like this close to my home.

They food I got from the deli was so good I almost didnt wait until it was payed for before I ate some wings. Hahaha

I dont know what it is but everytime I get chicken in large packs from here they always have that spoiled chicken smell. I got a pack of legs and they were smelling bad but had a sell by date of 09/07....smdh! Im not going to try this again!

Almost always a great experience. The main downside for me is when Im standing in the long line at the pharmacy and look over and see the front end cashiers standing at the end of their lanes looking for customers. Also a HUGE plus for those of us regulars at the pharmacy is having a repor with the pharmacy crew. I know people quit and positions need to be filled but leave the crew in place where possible. Going through your history or your personal issues every time its necessary is UNNECESSARY. I like knowing the crews name and them know mine when I walk up. The crew 3 months ago were much more personable than the ones now. I know theyre busy but excelling in the home town attention makes a difference. Also its close to impossible to get someone on the phone. I know they probably receive totally unnecessary calls but I dont call unless I really need them. Ive called for days before getting someone on the line. When you have no strength or are feeling so bad driving to the store to ask a question is not ideal. Ive quit using Walgreens and CVS due to poor service. I love my Publix pharmacy and hope some one in the company pays attention to these remarks.......they matter!

Placed order thru Instacart and they were out of several of the items I ordered. So I will end up going to the one on 9th Ave. They are way better.

Publix makes us feel like family and treats us with respect. They also always have the deals.

Publix ruin my bday. I ordered a $50 buttercream cake from them and it was clearly a whipped cake. I called them back and they were not receptive and questioned me on how did I know the cake was whipped. Well I responded that I have eyes and could clearly see that the cake was whipped. I told them that it needed to be corrected within the hour and they continued to give excuses and honestly I became frustrated and just say forget about it. I did not eat the cake because I do not like whipped cream cakes. However, I did serve it to my birthday guest and they said the cake tasted like cooking oil. I will never order a cake from Publix again. I wish I could give the Publixs bakery in the Bellview Plaza off of Mobile Highway and Michigan Ave no stars. I would not recommend a cake from their bakery.

Got sushi today and the man and woman behind the counter were very rude and yelled at me for picking up package of sushi. Was very uncalled for.

Dont go in the afternoon and ask them yo make you some mardigra chicken wings. 5 pm Thursday June 17th he told me he was not in the mood to make any cause theyre understaffed. There were 6 folks on duty. Anyone else would have done it for me. This dude was just being lazy. This was the white chubby cook about 511 didnt get his name. He is definitely not a team player.

The store seems good, the pharmacists are extremely nice!But with only one or two pharmacists working, and having to file the papers for each COVID vaccine. I had to wait in line for over 30 minutes with 20 people, to get one bottle of medication.The pharmacist was visually stressed, and frantic.

My husband and I believe in living life with love and laughter. Publix bakery has helped with out ventures. My husband got my cake in June and had the saying you see displayed on the picture. No way was this the end of it! I went in and gave them some ideas told them to be very creative and they stepped up to the task. This cake was awesome and thank you for making our days throughout the year.

Not sure if it because it is located on the west side but the store was not the same as East Hill or 9th Ave. Shame.
