Love dollar tree, but there bathroom I would not suggest using. There was mold, a hole that was stuffed with toilet paper in the wall and a cigarette resting on the sink pipes. 😳

It may be a little out of date but they are my go to place, for items. I wouldnt never go to a huge retail store to buy tooth paste, tooth brushes, razors, mop and brooms. They have a lot of items that you purchase at these big retail stores for $3 to $7, when you can go to Dollar Tree and purchase for only a dollar. They even have canned foods, snacks and treats. They do have frozen foods as well but is limited. Which is understanding but if they ever get more I would be going their a lot more. The workers are great and doing a great job. This place deserves more recognition than it gets. Everyone loves to save money and this is the place to do that.

Theres an older gentleman that works the front who I really like. Hes very nice and fast with checkout. The store is organized, not too many empty spots, boxes are usually out of the way, and theres a large selection of goods.

Store is so hot its a terrible shopping experience. Also empty shelves and pegs all over the store. Store is Soo dirty with piles of products in the aisles. I think management has just given up.

This is my favorite Dollar Tree in Pensacola. Yes, they had what I was needing. Todays cashier was amazing! I wish I had her name.

The store was clean and no clutter in the aisles... I could find what I needed quickly and easily. Thats more than I can say for the other Dollar trees in this area.

Shop here to get my kids snacks and lunches. Great deal for snacks, hot pockets and burritos.

Be prepared to stand in line for 10 to 15 minutes. Decent stock and the staff is nice. The waiting in line stinks though.

It was okay, they used to have the glass cleaner bottles with the spray nozzle on them once a pon a time but not any more. I guess they are trying to save money, but its more of an inconvenience to the customers than anything. And when you purchase one of their plastic spray bottles you pray that it works,if not you are out of your hard earned money.......

Store is average, many empty shelves and holiday items ready for shelving. Looks disorganized, just few neat aisles. For dollar store still should look a little more welcoming.

The cashier was very respectful. With this pandemic and the seriousness of it all, some people dont care. They dont even teach their children to care about personal space. So when a little girl came around the corner as I was headed to the register, I stopped and tried to move back and to the side to give her six feet. The little girl saw me, stopped in her tracks, and proceeded to go past me anyway. The cashier witnessed the incident, got on the intercom and made an a general announcement to remind customers about rhe pandemic, wearing a mask and excercising social distancing. I am thankful for her and the management over the staff for thinking about us all! Thank you! 5 stars all the way! Oh! And did I mention patient! They are beyond patient with us customers. Yall have made a faithful customer!

$1...no-brainer

Always clean. Always stocked. The cashiers move fast. Lines get long during certain hours and the cashiers get us in and out. Only thing I would recommend is a few of the cashiers be a little welcoming/friendlier. More upbeat. But all in all a good store with lots of items compared to the other stores.

I like this Dollar store on 9th and Creighton. This store open early when you need it the most. Especially if I work nights and dont want to wait an hour or two for it to open. It is usually opens right on time at 7am sharp. We come here most of the time since it is the closest to us. This place is spacious and has a lot of things most dollar store doesnt carry. Not everyone is the same alike. I like this one since it is clean and it is mostly stocked! And always current to the season of what is being sold.

Always pleasant, but Easter things....gone! It pays to be an Early Bird. My neighbors grandchildren will love what I got. Still the best bargain for the money.

Its the Dollar Tree. Cheap items, some good quality some not so good. The employees are nice most the time. Its the customers that I cant stand. Just the quality of people the store attracts. I like going there for good deals on supplies n such but some of these people need to learn to control their kids and have some self respect. Smh.

Dollar tree is not exactly free but might as well be! No in all seriousness, simply its stress free to know you can afford all the necessities you need. You cant beat a one stop shop pretty much. Its great for things and items we use on the daily.

One star for the bad and unacceptable customer service from one of the cashiers.Me and my wife waited on the line and theres lady in front of me waiting. I waited for 3 minutes and when i reached her she immediately put a sign that this register is closed without informing me so i asked her is this line is closed now?? She said YES in rude way.I changed my lane and the guy is really nice with us and even he noticedwhat she did ...She removed the sign and start serving the customer again immediately... i called the manager over the phone and explained everything and asked her to see the camera.

Big store. Loads of stuff. Snacks, dishes and glass ware. Great place to get them. And school supplies.

It has gotten better. Store is much cleaner. The lines maybe long but they get get you out a lot faster than a few months ago. Inventory is much better than other locations.

Everythings a dollar! This Dollar tree has a huge variety. The store is always neat and organized, even during holiday shopping adventures. This is one of the larger Dollar tree stores in our area and is well worth visiting! Especially right now to stock up on stocking stuffers and last minute gifts.

Very nice I enjoyed my outing at the Dollar Tree I went there to pick up stockings Christmas stockings for all of my grandchildren all 9 of them Im going to put their names on them and pack it down with all kinds of goodies thats what grandmas are 4 spoiling them and giving them back to their parents best Christmas gift of all

This Dollar Tree has such a great variety on items. From food, drinks, snacks, dishes, glasses, cleaning stuff, party stuff, seasonal items, school & teaching items to personal items, etc. You name it.

Found a lot of good things for a 3yo birthday party

I stop here just about everyday. The line is my only issue. This is one of the better ideas dollar ??? Has to offer. The employees here are great, the store mgr is great but today 1starThis store is extremely busy. But today takes the prize. Im in the parking lot and noticed 2 employees on their break. They walk in the store ahead of me. There one cashier, the line is at least 12-15 people long and someone has spilled a drink. They walk right past it and go to the back. They Never came back. Then the mgr walks in, on her brk, walks right past and goes in her office right next to the long line of customers, the spilled drink, and closes the door. Someone had to knock on the door for help. She comes out a tad upset & proceeds to go to the back of the store, who knows, to see what the other two were doing. Well I can tell you that. NOTHINGIII. The store mgr is a real nice lady and if she was here, this situation wouldnt be happening. Dollar tree please do us all a favor. Yall have a great thing going here, please, dont ruin it by treating your customers this way.absolutly terrible service.ive had enough of the rude mgr who locks herself in the front office theres 25 people in one line. Terrible fire her now.

Expect to spend more than a dollar! Lol always good stuff, it may not be very organized but you will always find something to get.

Great deals on socks (believe it or not today- 3 pack of black low kind😄), gatorade, tissues, candy, party supplies, and kitchen supplies. Employees are kind. Ample parking. Right next to/across to Richeys Liquor Store, Firehouse Subs, & UPS Plaza. Good experience.

Descent store an employees are nice an helpful. But the area is absolutely horrible for getting out of the parking lot!

They hire a lot of mexicans there who dont speak English that well. Because of that you cannot get help from them and its hard to communicate any problems or questions you might have. Its not fair or good for your customers to have them work there.

I love the store as a whole but my last visit had me like wow is this the creighton store ive been telling every one to come to...the new management was a familiar face not a good thing because they try be by the book and dont even know how to administrate the book just overreacting really, the employees having to call for every little thing, the lines, the store was trashed so bad I found myself straightening and piling empty boxes inside themselves and moving hardware out of the way because I felt it was a hazard for the shoppers...I had a handicapped friend with me and she couldnt not maneuver through the aisles with her wheelchair. I love this location because other DT dont have the same stuff...the snack zone is always amazing but not this time...everything was gone, the shelves throughout were bare too.
