My husband and I were just starting to look at spas and actually weren’t even sure if we were ready to purchase right away. That was until we visited the Aqua living store in Pensacola. Drew made our experience very pleasurable, he was knowledgeable about the brands he sold, and the price was more affordable than we imagined it would be. Im pleased with my purchase. It did take approximately 6 weeks which is still rather fast during these times. Just not impressed with the showroom. Its rather dusty and dirty. Drew, was helpful answering all of my questions even on the weekends.

Wish there was an option for ZERO stars! My husband and I are off on Fridays and are wanting to purchase a spa. We have done our research and want a Doctor Wellness brand, which this place ALLEGEDLY sells. Last Friday, Google was showing the place as open so we drove over an hour only to find the door locked. There was another couple at the door trying to find someone that worked there as well. They said they have called hundreds of times and cant get anyone on the phone. I called while I was standing there and Drew answered, saying they were closed for Good Friday. No problem, I confirmed their hours for the following week and told him we would be back. Good thing we called this morning before driving over. Drew did answer the phone again but said he would not be there but his deliver person would?? He was suppose to confirm and call us back, which of course he hasnt. Now when we call an hour later, its a call center answering the phone. Where is Chris and the lady with the great reviews? Why is it so difficult to purchase something that you are advertising on TV and suppose to be selling? Is this place a scam or just a big joke? We are going to try and reach the manufacture to find a dealer that actually wants to sell a hot tub.

Drew went out of his way to get our tub to us quickly. He was patient as we asked many questions looking for the right tub for our family.

I would give them a 0 rating on customer service Eric the manager is a liar, Told us it would be 6 to 8 weeks for our hot tub, We paid cash Corporate then told us it was going to be more like 18 to 20 weeks. And now we cant even get a response on the phone! I would steer clear of this place if you are looking to buy a hot tub Theyll take your money and blow you off

Bad business practice Me and my wife have came to the store twice from Crestview Florida and both times the door has been locked during normal business hours and when we call we get the same spew up I’m normally there and nobody has been there the last two times how do you expect to sell hot tubs if you’re not there to sell hot tubs

I dont know how to get these peoples attention other than writing a scathing review. I placed a $2500 deposit for a swim spa back in October of 2020 and was originally told 3-4 months production. After 4 months, I contacted them several times for an update and they finally responded saying early June. I dont know about anyone else, but if Im spending this much money (over $30K) on something, I want to be kept in the loop but instead I am being ignored. Nobody is answering my messages for a status update or to confirm that it will still be ready in early June. I need to know this because the pool I ordered is inground, and I need to know when to have the excavators come to dig the hole and place a concrete pad. I dont want them to just show up one day and not be ready for delivery, that would only add to this nightmare. This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. At this point I almost feel like they took my $2500 and ran.

This was a very weird experience. The door is locked during open hours so you have to knock. The lady came to the door with an uncontrollable dog that lunged at my husband and his claws broke the skin on his arm. No offer to clean and band-aid it, not even an apology. Then it did the same thing to another customer. She locked the dog in the bathroom and was irritated when my husband wanted to wash the blood off his arm. When we asked if we should come back she finally got nicer. No way will we ever set foot in there again. I dont care what they offer.

Heaven was friendly and Drew was informative and efficient. I walked out happy after my purchase.

I recently purchased a spa for my daughter and family for Christmas. They have been super excited about the new hot tub. It is beautiful, well made and has all the bells and whistles of one costing many thousands of dollars more. My salesman were very helpful and made sure I was satisfied. The delivery man worked with me to deliver close to Christmas so she was very surprised. Very positive experience.

Chris and Angie were wonderful people to work with in finding the right hot tub for us. They are so professional, accommodating and not at all pushy. They were willing to give us a lot of information about Aqua Living Tubs and help us with our needs and knowledge of the upkeep of our hot tub.We are extremely happy with our hot tub!

Wonderful customer service.

We drove all the way from Al to Fl and they closed early after we called the day before. We called while in parking lot and they said they just left and would not return at 3pm. The store closes at 5pm. Poor customer service and we were ready to ourchase.

I was emailed by the sales rep asking me to leave a review. They are very nice when you go into buy the jacuzzi, but will not return your calls when it should have been delivered. Call over 14 times with no calls returned. Finally, when I asked American Express to refund my money and they did, I finally got a call back from the company saying they would deliver my jacuzzi.
