Pool railing on top of pool all started crackingat the area its screwed to the metal brackets, they dont use stainless steel screws, and no washers were on it.. The cheap screws rhey used all rusted within a year and caused the plastic railings to crack and some broke we spoke to someone there and they were going to replace the railing that was cracked/ broke, but never followed thru.my friend has the same pool from them and hers did the same thing. I recommend if you are planning on purchasing a pool from them buy your own stainless steel screws and washers. Ih and they blamed it on using the wrong chemicals in the pool....

We love our new backyard! Thank you Showcase Pool and Spa. We recently had a gunite pool and pavers installed after years of putting it off. This is the company to use if you want great service with professional staff. Each contractor that worked this project was there when scheduled, easy to work with and did a great job. I am so glad that we decided to go with pavers around the pool. We still have to finish our outdoor kitchen/bar and pavilions but the pictures below show our beautiful backyard with an additional 2000 sq ft living space. We love it and highly recommend you visit this company if you decide to have a pool installed.

Bought a spa had no good advice from manager, no one came to see where spa should go all they want is a quick sale. Will take advantage of anyone. Go to a reputable local company If I could give this spa to someone I would. The spa isn’t that old and the filter setting doesn’t work correctly and guess what there is NO ONE to cover the so called manufacturers warranty.When the cover was attached to the easy open they put the screws in the wrong place so.....The company Marquis spa said they ordered a new lid of course we never saw it.We are certain they over charged for the spa and like I said I wish I could give it away!

We have been trying to get a replacement part from this company that we bought our above ground pool from in 2010, but no luck... ordered the replacement part in March 2020. Ive called and emailed so many times, never to hear back. When they answer the phone they say they will get back to me, but they never do. Wish we would have read the reviews about this company being done with you after they get your money cause its true.

Let me just preface this with I hate driving. Normally I’ll settle for whatever shop is closest to me, just so I don’t kick my anxiety into high gear.With that being said, I drive 25 minutes and pass about 3 different pool stores, one of them being 5 minutes away, to come here.Everyone I’ve dealt with is kind and helpful. My favorite, Wendy, has helped me every time I’ve come in. She’s gone out of her way to make sure I get whatever I need, and walked me through all the steps of pool maintenance. I genuinely look forward to seeing her any time I visit.Keep up the amazing work, you have my loyalty as a customer. ❤️

As someone else said, once they get your money, they are done with you. Pool isnt even 2 years old and leaks at the bonded seam. Their 5 year warranty is worthless. They told me that couldnt happen and I just needed to get a vinyl patch kit and find the hole. Not that they had patch kits in stock, they didnt, I certainly wouldnt buy it from them. Absolutely NO SERVICE after the sale. My advice is to steer clear of this pool dealer.

I drove from Holt to this company in search of an above ground pool. Not quite sure what I was getting into with going above ground, I was fortunate enough to have Zach as my salesman and the end result is stunning. Syan, the company who set up my pool was not as responsive nor did they clean up their mess and are disorganized but they are contractors and not employees of the company. Syan tried to charge me an extra $150 for PVC pipe that I did not approve and the owner was less than truthful on several facts but this should not reflect on Zachary remained very responsive during this process. I would recommend Zachary and this company to any buyer!

My wife needed a therapeutic spa for arthritis and they were the only dealer that had a good selection of both hot tubs and therapeutic spas. Purchased a Bullfrog Spa and Andrew was great before and after the sale. This business is definitely the place you want to go if you are in the market.

They are not friendly. I was looking for a seal kit for my pool pump and they didnt seem to want to assist. Ues it is an older model purchased from them. I dont think I will ne purchasing anything from there again.

I went to the store to buy a new pool. When I walked in no one acknowledge my existence in the store. There were 3 employees working, no one said anything to me. I stood there waiting trying to give them a chance to redeem themselves and earn my business but that never happened.

Kim and her team did an excellent job on helping us find the right size pool for our yard and also how to customized the design to fit our needs. They were completely professional and hit their timeliness perfectly. We were swimming in our pool 3 weeks later. Thank so much Showcase!

Worst customer service purchased a spa 1.5 years ago called for service Andrew said there is a 149.00 dollar service call even though I have a 5year labor and 5 years parts warranty then he tells me over the phone my warranty is voided and uses vulgar language saying I’m stupid spent 12,000 dollars with them on this spa for it not to work now hope nobody else will buy anything else from these lieing ingreat Calling lawerers to move forward this Company is a rip-off

Showcase pool and spa provided us with a beautiful pool for our backyard. The project began promptly after we sat down to have our pool custom drawn to our satisfaction. They were able to work with our budget to provide us a pool and a beautiful patio of pavers. The pool was dug and concrete poured within 2 weeks. I recommend using Showcase Pool and Spa for a quality job and the most bang for your buck.

8 yrs Ive been a loyal customer, but Showcase will NOT fix my leak in spa. Was going to purchase a pool this year. NOT Now. Im disabled n need my Hottub for my in home physical therapy not for FUN. Been given the run around for going on a month now. Im so Disappointed in this company. Apparently the services tech is in TOTAL control of what he does not the owner or the manager. Wouldnt even want them to come out now, I dont trust them anymore. Goodbye

If the 5 hot tub dealers in Pensacola 3 didnt even say hi when we were shopping. Showcase grated is, showered is all the tubs and options, worked in price and delivery. They also had the Marquis line which is the only quality tub under $10k. Delivery went off with it a hitch. Enjoyed the time yesterday. Only small issue is 2 adjustable jet covers coming loose but Im sure showcase will fix it quickly. Dont bother going anywhere else.

Bought a Celebrity Spa about a year and a half ago and we absolutely love it and use it all the time; the staff was and is wonderful and would highly recommend to anyone wanting a hot tub or spa.

Couple of months ago my wife & I came into Showcase Pool & Spa in hopes of getting a quality pool for the right price. David assisted us at the time. We had many questions & David had all the answers! We purchased a 27 round above ground pool. His thorough knowledge of all the products were great! We have been very pleased with the purchase since. In front of the store you cant see the swimming pools for all the bushes and over growth. The open suitcase full of nasty rain water, the trash, and the abandoned broken hot tub in front of store is a nice touch too. This is definitely where I would buy a pool.

Amazing staff with a great amount of knowlege. Wasnt quite sure what type of spa i wanted, and they were able to point me in the right direction! They have a huge showroom with many different types of spas and they actually encouraged me to get in and sit in them to see how I liked each spa. When I finally decided on the one I wanted, they offetred to set up a wet test so I could truly get a feel for the spa. Im seriously considering coming back this summer and looking at their pools. Will never go anywhere else. So glad I stopped by...oh and they are open 7 days a week, how convenient!

Pensacola store- You need to fix your website if you DONT install inground pools! Would have saved me time!!

We bought our pool in July 2016 with in a month the pump broke down. Showcase told us that this sometimes happens they replaced it. That was great but, the more time we spent in and around our pool we noticed that the installation crew who is sub contracted did a lousy install on the pump. There was silicone everywhere the hoses are leaking which means my pump will not prime. I had brought to their attention that the seal or what ever is under the backwash was leaking they told me that was normal. Kim was super eager to sell us our pool however; has been rude and refuses to be helpful since. It has been 5 months now. We have a non working pump and a Store that will NOT stand behind the install of their product. Most all businesss have some kind of one year warranty NOT Showcase they want you to pay $99.00 even if you have done everything they tell you to do. We are a very un-satisfied, upset, confused, and down right feel taken family of nine.

Terrible customer service !! Brand new hot tub not working properly since I purchased it 2 months ago . Called and called to get service finally had to go to the store and raise a little heck . Suppose to come today. We’l See .. once they get your money you’re history!!

The most over priced pool supply store. I needed a couple jugs of chlorine filled. They gave me some already filled ones for $2 more per jug than any other pool store. When I got home to put the chlorine in the pool it was more water than chlorine. They are diluting the already over priced chlorine down with water. I could barely even smell a hint of chlorine when I put my nose to the jug. Rip offs.

Waited 2 months for anyone to show up. Called/ texted them on occasion to check on their eta. Took me finally being annoyed to get anyone over. They replaced a topside control panel on my hot tub, left and it still doesnt work. The service man was nice, Im not blaming him. The guy that schedules him though.... Hes a complete liar! And bad at that, he lied at every corner. At one point he even told me that Mary esther was soo far away from pensacola. Thats why they hadnt made it out. And that his worker was currently in Mariana. (2 hours farther away then Mary Esther). Avoid this shop at every cost. Im out 400$ and my hot tub still doesnt work!

First time there they sold my husband a filter when he went in asking for a auto chlorinator. (We are new to the pool game) The filter was missing parts. We went in told them and they gave us the parts. Now we have 2 filters. 2nd time there we spent over $200 for a automatic pool vacume. Got it home used it ONCE and its never worked. We tried returning it to the store because why spent $250 on something that does not and never worked but they wont allow us to return this. I am highly upset and will not be returning to family pool and spa ever again.

Do not use this place!!! I bought a hot tub about a year back - pumps stopped working. After 3 weeks of calls to get a repair person to take a look - the staff kept throwing each under the bus about taking the phone calls or (accountability). They put me on a waiting list with no call backs. I then spoke to Andrew and in his most condescending tone, told me to turn the rings for the pumps to flow (which didnt work). How about you just send someone over, and stand behind your products and fix them. I then called back and a women said she will find out whats going on, promised she would call me back - I never heard from her. So it has now been 5 weeks, so I called someone else yesterday, and they are there today. This place is awful!

Completely incompetent. Called with part brand part number and what it is. Guy said i would have to come in with part. I found it online in 1 click. Then after the lazy employee kept talking. After telling him its a very easy common part. He said i would have to look it up on computer. He acted like it was not his job to look up the part and it was too strenuous for him. THATS YOUR JOB! Obviously not a business I want to do business with. So I said thank you for your lousy service and hung up. Next place I called gave part number and two seconds later said yep I got it. I went and purchased the item. Tip to everyone stay away from this place.
