Jolene is unprofessional and needs to be fired today. She denied my grandma breathing equipment requested by doctors orders and hung up on us while we were on the phone with her. Absolutely unbelievable!!!

I am on vacation in Pensacola and left a seal in the water tank home. Called April to see if I could come by to get one... Jolene said she gave the only “one” she had to another person. I would have to call Denver and have one shipped. I won’t be in one place long enough to do that. Seems like Pensacola should be better supplied. I can’t use my CPAP for 2 weeks

This review is more for the comapny as a whole, not the pensacola office location.This company and all of their affiliates need to be investigated by the Feds, sued for damages, and then have the company closed for good. Double billing, mis-billing, misapplied payments, and at times out right frauds and/or total incompetence - I seem to have almost everything happen. Watch out for these low lies. Make sure to keep copies of all records and dealings with them.

They have the worst service I have seen. I submitted a prescription on April 25th for a wheelchair. I have yet to receive the chair yet I have made all calls concerning the status of the order. I was advised on May 10th a new prescription would need to be submitted as information was missing. Why is it no one called me to advise me of this? I received no help from customer service in even trying to help get this expedited as the chair is needed for me to return to work. I am worried that others in need of life saving equipment will not be able to get much needed service faster. DO NOT CALL THEM IF YOURE IN NEED OF ANYTHING IN A HURRY. IF YOURE LACKING ANYTHING NEEDED TO PROCESS YOUR ORDER YOU HAVE TO CALL THEM TO FIND OUT, THEY WONT CALL YOU!!
