Store manager is a Christian, trades with integrity. Product is well stocked, including atypical tint bases. Van is a great asset to this location as well.

Well first I was shocked to find that SW Max caulk was half the price than Lowes and Home Depot. The sales man was knowledgeable in helping me the DIYer make the right choices for a successful job. He also had answers about SW products to make me feel like I was in the right place at the right time. I thought the SW store was for contractors only but thank god I stopped to find I could shop there too. Who needs those other 2 competitors when you guys let me shop at Sherwin Williams.

Great products and great service, every single time. I’m not a pro, but I do a lot of painting, and the staff at Sherwin Williams is always helpful and willing to answer all my questions. Their paint is the best! Beautiful finish and very durable. Highly recommended.

We have always purchased paint from Sherwin Williams. The people that work there have a great knowledge base and are very helpful. I feel like I always get good advice and a good product. It may take a few minutes longer, but it is well worth it.

I received terrible, or rather, NO service. I called on a Monday and spoke at length about bringing my pressure washer in for repair and was assured that it would only take a couple of days to diagnose and get a callback with an estimate. Three people working there saw us bringing it in, and I was again assured that I would receive a call on Friday. Friday no call, so I called and was then told that the repair guy was on vacation all week! Why didnt they let me know when, or before I even brought it in? I called again on Monday, and was told that they dont even work on that model... I was told that they have a small staff so it escapes me how the right hand doesnt know what the left hand is doing. Their attitude was oh well.. They were not willing to refer me to anyone else to repair it either. I will never go back there for anything.

Staff knows their stuff and doesnt mind taking the time to explain the products to anyone even if the store is busy with professional painters etc. Definitely felt welcome and valued.

Sherwin Williams is my #1 paint supplier. As a contractor they are generous with discounts. They understand that when I make money so do they.

Worst customer service. We waited 20 minutes the guy said he would be with us shortly. Some one else walked in the door and he started helping them. There was only one person in when we entered. He left and the others came in. We told him he lost our busness and left the store.
