The store staff was very good at color and sheen matching the cabinet I need to repaint. I was very happy with the staff and their attitudes. Great experience shopping here.

Everyone was helpful, and the service was good even with the many customers there. Our paint was quickly mixed, and they carried out our paints for us. The paint is terrific, of course.

Great service at this store. I had old paint I was matching up and instead of just mixing up and sending me on the way, the associate was kinda enough to show me the difference in the two. Then, carried my 3 gallons of paint to the car in the rain. Great service, knowledge and glad I went there.

Anthony was incredible -- he was knowledgeable, anticipated questions that I didnt know to ask, went to another store when this store didnt have the paint I needed, and more. Ive used SW paint before, so I know its great, but its when service matches product that you return again and again. Give Anthony a raise!

I always have a great experience here. Their prices are good for the products they sell, but I love that you can call or go in person and talk to someone who can make the best recommendations for the projects that you are working on whether you are a professional with a business or a DIY customer. I also appreciate that since Ive been a long time customer, I can call ahead with my order and most of the time it will be ready before I get there. You just have to know that many businesses do that also so by the time you get there if it was soon after you called they may not have gotten a chance to get it going yet. The manager and assistant manager make themselves available if you have any questions or concerns and the rest of the staff is helpful and hard-working, too. Their good customer service is always appreciated!

Tried to swap 2 gallons of untinted paint with a receipt, they didn’t have the paint I needed and I had to wait 30 minutes plus for them to find my account. With a receipt. So frustrating!

For all of your painting needs, just make one stop instead of multiple. Sherwin-Williams carries a vast supply of your paint needs. From brushes and rollers to, wood stains and caulk. Stop by and give them a try. They are very knowledgeable and can paint- match guarantee anything. Also their duration line of paint, is the best in the market. One coat of paint, layers out extremely well and excellent longevity.

The paint is fantastic. Goes on easily, covers thoroughly, and I didnt need a primer.

The service is above average. They talked with me and let me know how to use the products I bought. They also answered questions about somethings we may use in the future. They were not in a hurry to push me out of the store even though there were other people waiting in the store.

The personnel are helpful and attentive. They listen and seem to care; they never make you feel you have asked a stupid question. On the paint side, my painter swears by them. He says it not only makes his job easier but the finished product is superior .

I am a 30 year painter and the lady her was VERY rude. Wouldnt even let me use the restroom and ZERO discount of Any kind. (Even though I have spent thousands of dollar with SW this year). I am going to try the other stores in the area. Maybe even try and talk them into a standard home owner discount. I will rate those as I visit and it will be soon. So homeowners...take heed with this location. And new painters to area...stop at McDonald down the road for a restroom break before you go here. This is honestly the very first time in 30 YEARS a paint store has declined both a price and-or a bathroom break.
