They were rearranging the store. It appears that they dont have very much inventory. I was still able to purchase what I needed. Staff was very helpful answered my questions.

The staff was very nice, greeted me when I walked in, offered assistance and was very helpful. Also the music was super chill and just a great vibe. New to town, will be back 🙌🏾

* I HAVE TO LEAVE A STAR IN ORDER TO GET THIS OUT. I HAVE TO SAY THOSE AT THE STORE ARE MUCH MORE BETTER WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE!I placed an order on May 4th. Got notification that the order was delayed. Then it arrives on May 12th, in a small and broken box via UPS. When I opened my box, I was more upset as to what I got! ORGANIC PEANUT BUTTER GLUTEN FREE & KIRKLAND PROBIOTIC GRANOLA!?!?!?Not what I ordered, definitely not sold on their site! I have attached photos. What should my reaction be? Im more than upset even more now since I have been calling their CUSTOMER SERVICE line since the 12th! I have called the stores and was redirected back to their website. I gave a negative feedback and emailed the website 2 times. It is now 5/27/20 and I have YET TO HEAR FROM ANYONE! 😡 I am completely DISSATISFIED WITH THIS COMPANY AND THEIR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Im so appreciative of their curbside pickup during quarantine. Ive always loved the customer service Sally stores provide in the store and love them even more now!!! They made the process very easy and so nice to not have to wait weeks for delivery. Thank you so much!!!

So I used to work for this company a couple of years ago. Wow has it changed! The manager that used to work here was amazing her name was Kristen. Now the manager there thats been with the company for 12 years is rude and has no idea what shes doing. Sallys associates are allowed to give out SUGGESTIONS they are not supposed to tell you what to buy. They need a refresher course for the color modules at this store I dont know what is going on. I called corporate this is unacceptable. The manager also hung up on me and I wasnt even yelling at her or anything. I was simply letting her know that she was incorrect and that I knew what I was talking about and she did not. My mothers hair was literally platinum blond.. She was doing her roots, manager proceeded to tell her that color does not lift color and that she needed a 20-volume. Yes color does not lift color but you need at least a 30 or 40 volume to lift when your roots are like 3. So there was no color to lift in that aspect. Do not listen to the people in the store they do not know what they are doing and the manager there is the one that is in charge so I can only imagine what the rest of their customer service representatives there are going to be advising other clients. May I suggest you watch out or go to a different Sallys it do your own research.

Both workers were totally not helpful at all...I understand it is 10 minutes until closing, but its just that....TEN MINUTES UNTIL YOU CLOSE. Ten minutes that whether I am there or not you still have to be out on the floor helping any customer who walks in. I tried to be nice and cheerful and that was quickly harder to keep up. I asked if there was a similar hair color close to the one I wanted (the 2 locations i tried, including this one were out of it) and she said there is violet colors in every brand. Instead of showing me a similar color with a freaking smile, fake smile I dont care....anything thats not a sour face and rude remark. But it so ever turns out.... if you would have showed me where I should look for a similar color.. maybe one or two that were basically the same (I now know) instead of having me up and down the entire row I may have been out before your last ten minutes was up, or your last one minute warning.I will definitely stick to the Sallys on 59th and the 101, they are always cheerful and always helpful without having me ask. Never have they shut me down when I ask for help, especially for their convenience. It sure wasnt for my convenience asking her to show me a similar color, because I can browse the store all night.So basically, they definitely need to work on their customer service.. no matter the time of day; otherwise the store is clean, organized and larger with more options than the location closer to me. ✌️

Went in to get a smaller round brush than the one I have. The lady was nice and very helpful, by helping me to find the exact one I needed! I love Sally Beauty!

Went in to ask if they were hiring and the employee at the register was so incredibly rude. Didnt even look at me and told me yeah but its all online so you wasted your time coming here. I asked for the website and she huffed and said just google it

I ordered curbside and they told me to honk when I got there I honked and sat for 22 minutes until an employee walked from the back to the front. I called 7 times and the phone beeped busy but she wasn’t even by the phone

Small store so its easy to know where everything is if you frequent the Arrowhead location. High turnover of employees here. Seems everytime I go in there are new people. But service was good.

Because of covid 19 under stand why they are closed and only taking orders online or by phone but not good calling line was always busy all the time. Never would get threw. Bad management.

This Sally s is having a massive Labor day weekend sale, so I stopped to see if the hair dye was on sale, but its not. Nonetheless, this is a primo location if youre going to Target or the shoe store or onebofv the million restaurants nearby.Other reviews are correct: the sheer number of products in the stores always make it a crapfest. But, its always worth the trip. Grocery store hair dye is ghastly.
