Be nice if your supposedly updated hours were the actual hours. 7 pm on 7/20/21 this place was closed.

I love Boost Mobile and I usually make my payments at the 4th Street location and I decided to make a payment on the 31st of August and I upgraded my phone and had to pay a lot of stuff the lady hustled me bad she had me use a pen I though was gonna be free but she charged me and all I wanted was my phone upgrade the plan, the screen protector and the phone case she charged me more then any other location dont go here they scam you for more money she changed me for 2 of the stylist pens and I only have 1 I recommend going to the location on 4th in the indoor and the one in Hemet

I agree with everybody else on here. This store has horrible customer service. I went in to ask about a screen protector for my phone. They tried to sell me a single one, that I knew came in a double pack. WTH. The workers swore up and down thats the way they came...lol.So I just went to another Boost store, got 2. Now I have a backup screen protector. What a joke over at this location. Anything to make an extra buck.

Please do yourself a favor! Do not walk into this store! Personnel is very poor, manager is worst, they do not achive the promotions and they are as rude and incapable of helping as it can get, I cannot give them a flat zero otherwise I would, they do not deserve the 1 start to rating.

Why does it say at the door that they close at 8:00 but i go at 7:20 and the lady tells me oh Im close already, 40min until closing time!! Ridiculous!
