I have been an occasional customer for many years, the reasons are numerous, so lets just say at times it was cost effective to make purchases at other stores. Save money- who doesnt want to? But quality...ah thats when you have to come home to Ethan Allen.My bed frame is the sixth piece in a growing collection of home items. My children all want to know; which piece am I leaving them in my will:-)Over the last four years our search for a once-in-a- lifetime bed frame took us to a lot of the local stores- many were really quiet nice, then the pandemic hit us all, a lot a good stores closed their doors forever leaving a lot of discount stores, shabby pretenders, On-Line look nice but...you know. I finally narrowed it down to a pretender, I wasnt too happy with the quality of the frame, but the cost was within range. The salesman was less than helpful (wanted to be somewhere else.) I decided to return to what I know...I know the quality of Ethan Allen. The first designer must have thought I wondered into the store by accident but once I made a selection she was on board ( maple sled bed from Vermont.) But my wife saw something nicer. Great show!

I cannot speak highly enough of Melissa Russo at the Perrysburg Ethan Allen. She was delightful to work with, I went in picked out my fabrics and gave her my room dimensions. The next week I went back in and she had my whole house picked out and a visual on the computer. I loved everything. She also is going to accompany my furniture when it arrives to to arrange furniture and help hang paintings, it does not get any better than this. If you want buying of furniture and decor made easy this is the only way to do it.

Because of the Pandemic I decided to make my first online furniture purchase. Melissa Russo was fantastic at helping me throughout this rather intimidating experience - buying w/o actually seeing or sitting on the chairs before purchasing. My new chairs are beautiful and as I expressed to Melissa in thanking her for her continued help - they speak of the quality of Ethan Allen. I will continue to look at Etan Allen for any future purchases and will feel totally comfortable with Melissas help.

Melissa Russo my Design Consultant was easy to communicate with and very helpful! She answered all my questions, she was patient and responded to my emails and phone calls. In the end, she helped me choose the right sofa for my home and for my family. Thank you Melissa!

Janet at the Levis Commons Ethan Allen in Perrysburg assisted me and my husband in ordering our furniture. She was helpful and patient and helped us find exactly what we wanted. Our sofa and chair arrived before the estimated delivery date. Theyre beautiful and we are so happy we chose Ethan Allen.

Custom ordered 2 chairs with the help of Sydney Roe. She helped me get the fabric on them I wanted which was a extra step to do and has helped me stay updated when they will be delivered. Fantastic service helping me thus far and so excited to see them soo!

Our designer/decorator, Janet, nailed my style and we are extremely happy with the furnishings and redesign of our family room! She took the time to visit our home and presented furniture options that were perfect for our comfort and style while including pieces we wanted to keep. We will definitely purchase Ethan Allan furniture with Janet’s assistance again!

We completely redecorated our downstairs with Ethan Allen and love how it came off. We also bought six black wood kitchen chairs which were only 16 high at the seat. We did not realize this and when we tried to return them they refused to take them back. Considering the amount of money we spent, the fact we had them only two or three days, that they were a black chair they have on the floor, and the height was non standard I think they were unreasonable and I would not go back to that store

I had searched everywhere for a store that could meet my deadline and get me the items I needed. Sydney and the team at Ethan Allen did an outstanding job. They assisted in selecting the furnishings based on my needs, making some great recommendations to pull it all together. I would highly recommend them for any home or business project. This was for an executive office and they won it hands down. Great people, great store! Go there first and you wont be disappointed.

There is no Ethan Allen store in my local area. However, I ordered some custom chairs and an ottoman through chat on the EA website. I connected with Karen Hallett in Ohio.( I am in Wisconsin.) She was very helpful and professional. Answered all of my questions. Got my order done and processed .. looking forward to delivery in March or early April. I highly recommend her. Only wish she was local!

We built a new house and ordered multiple items from Ethan Allen, Restoration Hardware, Arhaus, Bernhardt, and Frontgate. We understand COVID created unusual circumstances. However, our items from the other vendors have arrived as scheduled and without delay. Our Ethan Allen items we ordered in March are still not in and several are not anticipated for delivery until August. Our sofa actually did arrive in the local warehouse on June 25 but they wont deliver until July 9 when theyre in our area. All of the other vendors delivered as soon as the items came into the local warehouses. Also, the status on our order showed on time or improved all along until the due date so we feel very misled. We will definitely not be purchasing from Ethan Allen again, very disappointed in the customer service.

I am very happy with everything except the chandelier. It was far more rustic in person than in the image and I would not have ordered it had I known. I asked to return and replace it with something more suited to my decor and was told that was not permissable.My table and chairs are lovely and I am happy with the upholstered products as well.
