Would not recommend. Store is dirty, there were boxes everywhere (so many you couldnt get through aisles), and Im pretty sure no one works there. Moldy produce. They had 2 check out lanes open with huge lines. They are always out of everything that I am looking for and everything is overpriced. Was looking for a specific product and in the app it said it was in a certain aisle, looked up and down the aisle and there was not even a spot for it. Would not recommend the click list either, waited 30 minutes past my scheduled pick up time last week and had to leave with no groceries. Better off going to Meijer.
Nicest workers in the world and always the best produce
Very nice staff and good service and parking.
Its a nice place to shop. When they mark down their food they put a WooHoo sticker on it. You can get a Starbucks coffee inside or get another Drink while you shop. They specialty offer a deli, sushi, meat and seafood counters, organic foods, flowers, kids toys, candy, Bakery, Pharmacy, online shopping to pick up curbside on back and side of store, and bulk style bag your own dried fruit, nuts, and some grains and rice.
Friendly people huge selection good prices
Horrendous when it comes to checking out.
I love this store! They have everything! You can shop online and they will bring it out to your car when you pull up.Inside, they have a deli sandwich shop, pizza bar, salad bar, sushi bar, and a counter of hot and ready American food. There is a wine bar in a Cheese Bar as well! This place is way too fancy to be a grocery store!Consider this as a lunch possibility!
My absolute favorite place to shop for groceries! Freshest fruits and vegetables and authentic meat!
It appears Covid has become the excuse for poor service here. I went online and scheduled my appointment for Covid shot. The site indicated I could not schedule my second shot. I thought ok they will schedule this why I am there. I show up wait in one line to be told wait in the other line. Waited there and the ask about my confirmation email. Never read this on the website. Then was told my appointment was never confirmed because they did not have available doses for second shot. When I asked where is this indicated on the website they indicated it wasnt, they needed to fix this. So I went on the call list for cancellation.I now go into the store figured I am here pick up what I needed. Stop a clerk to ask where something was. He said give me a minute and walk away. At least 5 minutes later he finds me shopping and asked what I needed. I laughed and said I found it. He apologize with I am sorry we are really busy d/t Covid. Then I got a call and returned it promptly and was immediately placed on hold. Then when they answered I tried to explain my situation and was told they are really busy d/t Covid and placed on hold again. When they answered again I explained my situation and they said you need the Pharmacist and was again put on hold. I waited patiently and every so often it would ring and someone would pick up and without saying a word slap it on hold, After 20 minutes I gave up and returned to work. I tried again later and received the same treatment and when I finally reached someone was told they have no more doses. When I explained what happened they said we are really busy d/t Covid. Has anyone thought about hiring more people. No, why should we when Covid provides the perfect excuse for poor service and treating customers poorly.SignedSorry I am really busy d/t Covid.
We shop Clicklist all the time, today and the last few weeks as well there have been long lines for pick up and only 2 people working the delivery. They work together, they don’t even split up to help 2 cars at a time. We are 8th in line and there are 6 behind us. 4 cars pulled out of line and left. The Clicklist is a great program to offer but you have to staff it to get the groceries delivered.
I want to know why the chicken tastes like chemicals? I marinate for a few days slow cook for hours in a sauce and it still has that chemical taste
Do not try the clicklist. Sat in line for our “pre order” for over an hour. Good concept in theory but must be understaffed. Big mistake.
Wait on line is ridiculous.
I waited over an hour for my pickup then they forgot a bag of my drinks. They should have more people working. This was my first time doing this and I’ll probably just go in next time
Hell it’s a Kroger. Why are you even reading this? Go! Go and find out!
Kroger grocery pick up at this location is very very very slow. I suggest just going inside to do your shopping, as it would take equal the amount of time.
I think this location is very organized and clean. There are always employers around, so if you need something, you can find someone rather quickly. It is a little busier than the Kroger stores near my house, but I really like this store!
Generally, we have had good experiences at this Kroger. But on August 4, my wife rushed to the store around 10:30 PM to buy a few items before they closed (at 11:00 PM). When she got to the front of the store to check out at 11:01 (time on her phone) they would not let her check out because they said the store closed at 11:00. I guess they wanted to teach her a lesson or something. I am sure it is annoying to have patrons in the store after close. But not giving a single minute of leeway is not very flexible. She was happy Meijer was still open and did not hassle her when she checked out near close.
Rotten, molded food with mildew. Not fresh, would avoid. Staff is not trained and store is dirty.
Great store! In and out FAST!
Ok, so weve been using ClickList at this Kroger since the beginning of the pandemic. Never really ran very well, but worth the extra safety. 4 pickup spots behind the store. They ran it with usually 3 employees which I never felt was enough. Well, I was there yesterday and theyve expanded it from 4 pickup spots to 14, but still run it with 3 employees. I sat there in my spot for at least 30 minutes while they kept trying to bring me other peoples groceries. I dont blame the 3 kids working. Theyre working understaffed and CLEARLY untrained. Management should be ashamed. Poor kids.
This is a fantastic Kroger with a very nice bakery, fish market, Boar’s Head deli with custom sandwiches and an salad bar. There is a very nice cheese department with the ability to taste the cheese and the produce department is very nice. It is an incredibly large store and even sell clothing, household items and much more. Open 24 hours.
This Kroger has a bar in it!!!! Walk in liquor store. Fresh bakery, deli of course, hot food bar serving whatever is on the menu for the day. On Wednesdays for instance pizza is made fresh and if you buy one slice you get one free! Philly cheese steak pizza was delicious! The lady at the front door advertising and selling Kroger credit cards with free give aways if you sign up for a card, was very nice. She cut up with my buddy and I. He signed up got a free flash light out of the deal. I actually love going to this Kroger! Its fun!
Great beer selection!
I usually find what I want but the bakery doesnt have alot of sugar free options when trying to grab and go.
Shiny new store... and thats the end of the highlights. I went to the new marketplace to give it a try and was so disappointed, I left before getting halfway through my list. First, the in-store Starbucks was awfully made, on a simple coffee with cream - no high maintenance special order. So much sweeter and cream it was undrinkable. Then on to the seafood counter. Some labels at the counter were missing so I had to ask for the price per pound, which was obviously annoying to the staff. Other labels were missing information about wild/ farm raised and country of origin - even on identical packages of fish that were next to each other. Other packages had unrelated Kroger sticker creatively placed so that you could see the label beneath it. Then on to the produce section where I lost all hope. Nasty, withered produce, and a very poor selection despite the appearance of a huge area and wide variety. And, while I was there I noticed throughout the store lots of employees with carts unloading product onto shelves with no concern for blocking the path of customers, or moving out of the way for them to reach specific items on the shelf. You can have your plus card back.
Clean store and friendly staff. Large selection of items and has a full liquor store inside. Definitely a Kroger I will visit again (there are a few that I wont go back to)
Was at Kroger Perrysburg today at 8am on a Tuesday. Everyone was very friendly. Produce area looked great! Went to the one open checkout but no one was there. Waited. Still no one. Had to go to self checkout just to pay for my purchases. Sorry but if there is only one regular checkout open, someone should be there, even if it is not a busy time.
Always had what I am looking for. Clean and very awesome workers.
I cannot say enough THANKS to The Little Clinic team!! Kristen Reilly and Amy at the Little Clinic have treated almost everyone in my family so far for one thing or another and have done an exceptional job. They have become our primary care people :) We are so happy to have them local and to be able to really feel comfortable going to the doctor. They are so friendly and go out of their way to spend time with you to take care of you! Everyone should go to the Little Clinic!!!
Krogers new format is great. This location is well staffed and they are usually very good at keeping line waiting times low. This location is always super clean and rarely runs into stocking problems. On the upside, as with all Krogers, their produce rocks and is super fresh most of the time. Under their new marketplace format their deli, cheese, and bakery departments are way ahead of typical mass market stores. Their in store brands seem to have popped up a grade as well.On the downside their meat quality and selection leaves something to be desired as is typical for Kroger. We will usually buy meat and fish elsewhere in town. Also on the downside their parking lot is so full of cart corrals that you will frequently spend a lot of time taking a bum run down a parking tow thinking there will be a parking place and find a cart corral. So better to park on outlying rows and walk quick if your in hurry. This is our go to store in town for produce and fine cheese. If you are a serious home cook who believes in high quality organic and regular produce and fruit this is probably you best option in Pburg. Meir has more produce selection, Churchills has the best meat and definitely the best fish, but good old Kroger always has the best produce period.
The store is very clean and well lit. They have a great selection of products. The sale items are usually in stock. The customer service reps are always very helpful. I used the scan and shop today which made my shopping experience a lot faster.
I only have good things to say about this Kroger. The store is always clean. Produce is good. Staff is refreshingly helpful.
Love the new store layout. Staff is super friendly and helpful. If you cant find something contact customer service and they will see about carrying it! Definitely geg the Kroger app for the great online options.
I love the new Marketplace. The Bistro has good food. They make your food to order with the ingredients you want. We love the Deli and the Meat departments. I pick up Murray Cheeses for our get togethers with friends. The clothes are very affordable and comfortable.
One of the cleanest grocery stores in the area, and newest . This place is the only liquor store around, and has a bar on the inside. You can even stroll over to the seasonal department where you can buy small grills in the summer and Christmas décor in the Winter.
Clean and great selection. Friendly employees
Almost every person in the hot end of the deli stares at you more than they serve you. They act as if they cant hear very well, look confused most of the time when preparing your food. This has happened to us on multiple occasions and its not just one employee. Its every one weve encountered. And if they answer a question you ask, you can hardly hear what theyre even saying. Come on, this isnt rocket science.
I got Easter candy there
I love the new Kroger! The layout is a little funky, and different from the other Kroger Marketplaces. I usually find more than what I am looking for, and love that I can have either a Starbucks or beer while I shop.
Would rate zero stars if possible. Waited 30min in line (30min passed my original pickup time) to pick up my click list order on 1/17/2020. Once I secured a pickup spot, I called to let them know that I was there for pickup. The clerk who answered giggled and told me that my order was only 50% complete. I asked her why I didnt receive a phone call from them describing that. No excuses. Schedule more staff for clicklist. Service times have slowly gone to hell. Looks like walmart pickup for them win.
So much to choose from. At times, too much. I dont really feel like the layout makes sense. Frozen is next to cleaning supplies and then baby stuff. There are lots of cheeses, a fresh eatery section, a wine tasting bar.
I love the new Kroger in Perrysburg. Much more choice in fresh products. A very nice cheese selection and even and Wine and Beer bar. It also offer a service where you shop online and go pick-up your delivery. Very convenient and a big time server for people on the go.
I was looking for a certain battery.Scott was so much help. He took the battery I had, looked up on his phone what was comparable, and found it for me. He is personable and helpful, an asset to your store.Thank you Scott
Best Kroger. Very friendly staff. Fresh produce, great sales. Nice clothing selection for last minute items.
Very Clean and the associates are friendly. I used their new click list -order your groceries online and pick it up the next day- and it was amazing, everything the picked for me had dates that were far out, the produce was great and I had one item they were out of and they substituted it with a different similar item and gave it to me for free! Awesome!
My girlfriend and I absolutely love this Kroger. (They have the best sushi out of all the Krogers in the area by the way). Great selection of wines and cheeses, a wonderful deli and helpful staff.
Very helpful and friendly staff. Always seem to be well stocked and have a great variety of foods. The liquor store is my go-to. (They have Blanton’s at times too)
I love Kroger Marketplace for its convenience and selection. They have a new section where you can create your own entrees from a frozen food cooler, which is ingenious.
I am a visitor from India aged 72 years.Yesterday I happened to buy red grapes tagged as $0.88 per lb in your shop and paid as per bill raised by your staff. After arriving home I noticed the price as $ 1.79/lb and billed $2.43 more.If your staff would have asked for membership I could have informed phone no. of my daughter in law who is a member. If it is not acceptable for you I could have refrained from buying it higher price.Your staff should have consider me as a foreigner or at least consider me as a seniorcitizen.Any how you can be proud of him that he credited extra money on your accountdebiting Mankind. With regards
Not a Keto friendly place to shop. Much of the popular brands of keto cooking and baking items are non-existent. They are not the only chain to fall short. They do have customer friendly staff. Not the staffs fault. They tried to find substitutes. Back to Amazon I go. I prefer to support local businesses that commit to hiring in my community, but in this case, they make it tough.
Always clean and well organized, seldom out of stock. Lots of extras like wine tasting and meal kits!
Great set up. Offers a great variety of foods.
Ed at the customer service desk is arrogant and rude and should not be working in customer service. My husband cashes his check at other krogers all the time with no problem and ed refused to cash it even though he has a certified paper from our state for his license. He was told he cannot cash ANY out of state checks. This is actually our second encounter with him and he was just as rude about it the first time.
In my opinion this store is poorly ran.
Marketplace stores have a great selection while maintaining the great customer service Kroger is known for. Great place to shop.
Wow, good deals! And signs were wrong, items didnt have the right price, Kroger has a scan right guarantee, if it scans for the wrong price its free! Thank you Google!
I love Kroger! Grew up near one in lower Michigan and now my parents in law live here in perrysburg and the fact you can have a drink and shop! LOVE IT! I think its the best and only, good attribute of Ohio! Come here Everytime we visit. No joke
Found everything I needed. Employees very helpful. Young man even helped me out to the car with my groceries.
Best grocery store Ive ever been to. Great beer selection, drank while my gf shopped. Really nice bar guys.
Best Kroger I have ever been in. Has a wide variety of all options. Meat is delicious. All Krogers should be like this Kroger. Great customer service..
Nice store. Clinic, clothes, and awesome deli. However they shut the hot food down at 2 pm.
Well managed and friendly atmosphere. Clean, large isles and well stocked. Great place to shop.
Nice newer store well stocked. Enjoy a glass of wine or a beer while you shop at the on site bar.
Outstanding store. Customer service is amazing. Great 0lace to shop
Good spot to go if youre not looking for anything in particular, they have a small bar, clothing products, and obviously droves food, they have a cafe and Starbucks with available wifi.Even if youre into a certain off brand they should still have it, produce is typically in perfect condition and there are usually no shortages.Offers fine organic, gluten free, and vegetarian choices aswell.
Very friendly staff. Store well stocked. Great prices on sale items.
Love, Love, Love our Kroger Marketplace. Everyone should follow their great customer service! Thank-you, and keep up the great job!
We loved our experience at Krogers. Its a bigger Krogers than what we are used to. They literally have everything you need. Clothes, groceries, Starbucks, Pharmacy even a walk in clinic and we got in and out fast.
Everything is good except washroom maintainance. I’m going to Kroger since many years, but I have never seen washroom clean even single time. Everytime bad smell. Only two washrooms those also worst maintainance couldn’t even step into it. I hope they consider this review
Nice store, friendly staff. Seem to be stocking shelves during peak times way too often. Dodging all the click list carts is getting a little tedious. Seems like these things should be done during off times.
This Kroger has EVERYTHING. Product is always fresh and abundant and theyre always getting in exotic fruits to try. Prices are great.
Our go to grocery store always. FANTASTIC cakes, Great meat selection, the produce is always fresh and they have good food stores inside (a sandwich place, a bar, a pizza place, a sushi place, starbucks)
Always good service at Kroger pharmacy. Everyone is thoughtful and helpful.
A lot of space in the parking lot. Store is very clean and bright! Kroger has the best Sushi around.
Clean store, produce could be better!
Bigger is not always better. Too much walking for a grocery store. Stay with what works and what you do best
New store location and setup is beautiful, they offer a wider variety of products now and have vastly expanded non-grocery offerings. A little less ideal for quick grocery trips, but overall a more engaging shopping experience.
Wonderful, healthy food, great service. Best atmosphere.. Best Kroger I have ever been in.
1st time visit to this store. Its enormous, is well laid out and even has an adult beverage rest stop area. My kind of grocery store!
Took a while to get use to where everything is at since the layout is different from the old building. But after that I feel it is a great store with a great layout. Cant beat the meat specials either. Buy one get one free steaks....mmmmm
Awesome selection. Tonnes of different cheeses
Great store, staff is willing to go above and beyond to help you. Very good selection of products.
We went there last night at about 10 and both entrances were blocked with signs that said ‘this entrance closes at 9, use other entrance’. We could see there were about 5 employees all huddled around a register chitchatting while we tried to figure out how the hell you even get in. After walking back and forth through the freezing rain twice, we just left.
The new store is fantastic. Love the produce and clothes, purses and seafood.
Except for the rude people the store itself is great!! Its really busy on Saturday and Sundays and not easy to manuver around the clicklist carts. They have a great variety that smaller stores dont have which is why I shop here.
Great store with lots of specialty items and lots of gluten free items. Helpful staff too!
Customer service is as good as Walmarts
Thanks to the new building, this particular Kroger is able to join the ranks of grocery stores that are actually a pleasant experience, rather than a miserable weekly chore. Their previous building featured the typical bad lighting, damaged floors, narrow aisles, too few checkout lanes, etc., so this is a much needed refresh and all-around improvement. The existing categories have been expanded upon, and plenty of new ones have been added—all while maintaining low prices and being housed in a new building that has an oddly nice feel to it.Theres still a Starbucks right next to the entrance, and its still sub-par to the standalone location just down the road - but even so, its a nice option to have. Their wine section has been expanded on significantly, and this location now includes a liquor store with a halfway decent selection, along with a tasting bar to sample wines and beers. Theres also a Murrays cheese kiosk, appropriately located next to the wine selection. If youre accustomed to the previous building, it will certainly take you a few visits to become familiar with where everything is, but the new layout makes more sense. The left half of the store is all groceries, while the right half of the store is everything else (clothes, office supplies, toys, etc.). Consistent with pretty much every grocery store in the world, the milk is still way in the back.All-in-all, I used to dread the weekly shopping visit to Kroger, but now I can enjoy it. Their new location still cant top Andersons or Churchills, but theyve made a great effort.
Wahoo your way through this great place to get your shopping list done
Bright, clean store. We got everything we needed when we dropped in during a trip.
Great store and good prices. Nice selection of beer.
The new Kroger is awesome, and has an incredible selection of items. The only downside is that the store is huge and takes a while to walk through.
There are many markets to choose from Krogers is simply one of the best I highly recommend shopping theyre clean great staff very helpful and friendly customers
