Was told to bring the truck in on Monday and itld be done by Friday..friday came and they hadnt even started on it..when they did work on it and got it done..the mirror was scratched up ..they replaced it with a new one..but its the wrong mirror..for a car ..not the truck..said theyll fix it..still waiting..will not take another vehicke to them at all

Our vehicle looks better than it did when we bought it, and that was only 48 hours before it got damaged and towed here!I would recommend Olsens to anyone who needs quality body work done right the first time.Even encountering a snafu with finding a part for our vehicle, the turn around was fairly quick.We did have a small miscommunication about when our vehicle would be finished, but it was quickly sorted and resolved.

Where do I start? Fantastic customer service! Quick and quality all rolled into one. Ill travel the country, and I dont think Ive found nicer people anywhere. I had a right now issue, and I got right now service. Tommie went above and beyond. I dropped off my truck to have a bumper installed. He gave me ride to my room and personally delivered my truck when the work was completed. I knew I had an issue with a rear tire, but said nothing about it to Tommie. I figured I would get it fixed after they got done with the truck, but to my surprise they noticed the problem with the tire, as well. No questions, and no charge they fixed it out of courtesy. Where does that happen today? Nowhere but Olsons Paint & Body! I highly recommend these guys for any of your paint and body needs.God Bless, and thanks a ton, Tommie!
