My husband and I were stranded in Peru due to our car would not start. Through contacting road assistance we were directed to the service department at Paul Richard Chevrolet. The assistance we received from Marco and the Service Manager even though they were closing was excellent. Here we are traveling through after visiting family and being from Texas their heartfelt kindness shown through. Came in for an oil change and during the free inspection the service tech found that I had a broken suspension linkage that wasnt found from a prior accident. He even showed me so I could see it for myself. Thanks Dell, you probably saved my life. You are a true asset to Paul-Richard GM Center.

My husband and I were absolutely blown away by the manager and staff at this dealership. We were traveling on our way to Florida with our RV and experienced a problem with our truck. They greeted us warmly and quickly arranged for us to unhook the trailer and immediately began diagnosing the problem. They had a courtesy car available so we could get some breakfast. Luckily it wasnt too serous and we were on our way again on a few hours. The kindness shown to us was deeply appreciated.

Customer ServiceJust went there today to test drive vehicles to see what I wanted for my first vehicle with Casey Miller, really kind sales consultant she was doing really well until we came back from a test drive, she immediately got called into the building by her bosses and they told her, She needs us to either sign papers or buy a car today, and that they are not to test drive anymore. So with that much said we will no longer be purchasing or stopping by. So much for trying to keep your business local!

The sales guy Mason Ingram was very helpful on finding a vehicle. He described the truck to us in great detail and explained everything in terms we could understand. He always had a smile on his face and was very nice and had great enthusiasm. I would highly recommend people to come down to Paul Richards and talk to Mason Ingram about a new or used vehicle.

Well, we were ready to buy our first car and after several references from family that have been going through Paul Richards for 20 years and have a family member that has worked there who recently retired from 35+ years we chose to find something that was good for us through Paul Richards. We found a beautiful 2012 equinox. Perfect! Got the car fax and had our mechanic look it over before our purchase,2we were sure of longevity with this vehicle. Mind you, nothing was wrong with this vehicle at the time. Absolutely no leaks!!! 2 months after purchasing it our water pump went out. We got it replaced and had our oil changed also. After getting it back 3 weeks after I noticed the vehicle was a quart and a half low on oil. I started investigating and found oil leaking from our drain plug and the side case of the engine where the pump was replaced along with coolant in our oil. We took it back and they replaced the water pump gasket but not the case gasket they distributed during the water pump replacement. They would not back the replacement because it was a “big job” and now I’m stuck pulling from my pockets to try and save my important investment that our family desperately needs and my loan for years to come. I’m writing this to warn everybody to be careful who you go through to get a vehicle. There is no dealership that has your best interest in mind! Be careful purchasing from Paul Richards of Peru in!!!! They didn’t not back there word and what they advertise.

I have purchase many vehicles over the years. Just picked up a new 2020 Silverado 2500 truck on May 17th. They have excellent customer service, great salespeople and service department. Paul Richard GM Center is a Family own business. In all my experience, they make me feel like Im Family. My opinion good salespeople, and excellent Service Department is what makes a good dealer. It makes customers Happy and keeps us coming back!

$123 to diagnose a simple misfire in my truck, just needed new plugs and wires, were quoting me $600 to do it. No thanks, I’ll save $500 and do it myself. The diagnosis cost more than the deductible on my dealership warranty! I will not be giving them my business again.

Had my tools stolen after I quit Paul Richards for a better job. They have cameras everywhere. If the service manager Mark harshman didnt steal my tools. The owner is known for stealing tools Paul Richard himself. And they told me to stop cleaning out mice nest from costomers vehicles. Because they would come back with costly repairs. Just want my tools back.

Sales people are nice and good to work with, be careful dealing with people in the loan department. Bought a car with my daughter, was supposed to be a co-signer to help her establish credit. Imagine my surprise when the payment booklet showed in my name and bank has my daughter as just a co-signer and me as primary....Guess it was my fault trusting them...Wont be back. Just seem a little crooked to me.

Truck broke down hours away from home in middle of the night and this is where I decided to have it towed. Glad I did. Mark & his service team made sure that my unfortunate situation wasn’t going to get any worse. Provided loaner vehicle for me and completed major repair on my truck days before I had anticipated it would be finished. If I lived nearby I would make this place my go-to service center for routine maintenance and any other issues I had. Great people great service.

Worked in the service department as lube tech. I Left the 8 Dollar per hour job for more money. When I went to pick up my tools my 300 dollar drill was gone and some of my other tools. They have cameras everywhere so it had to be someone with pull. The owner that has vacation home in Florida and lots of money is know to steal tools. I wouldnt take my lawn mower there.

Dripped oil all over one side of motor other than that it was pretty good.

He spoke to me like I was the dirt under his feet. I have never been spoken to that way in my life. Honestly I almost didnt buy the car. I walked out. If it hadnt been for Kevin I wouldnt have purchased it. I give five stars because of Kevin and the other employees there.

I emailed and check with many dealers before I purchased. Some of them just treated me like a number and I was either a buyer or a waste of time.
