These folks are just simply accommodating thats just all there is to it. They will do whatever it takes to fix your car and I have it done on time. Even when you have to hear bad news like I did it didnt make any difference I made another appointment to get the rest of the work done. These folks are diligent honest and do great work on cars and trucks

I strongly recommend no one take anything to them. Ive had my van in there several times over the same issue. They keep clearing the light and telling me they cant find anything wrong with it. I picked up my van today got it a half a mile from there shop and it did the same thing. So basically Ive paid them for nothing. I feel like Ive been robbed of my time and money thanks a lot

These people were excellent. I dropped my truck off on a Sunday evening and they had it in Monday morning. They worked very hard to figure out what was wrong. They could not pinpoint an exact source of the problem, but gave me a solid lead on what was going on. Since they couldnt completely figure out the problem, they offered without my asking to work with me on the price. Very honest, hardworking people. I will be returning here in the future.

I can’t say enough good things about Crowe Automotive. I live an hour from their dealership and was stranded one evening near their shop. They gave me a great recommendation for a towing company and followed up about my vehicle. Not only did they get me running again but they also fixed another issue I was having with the vehicle. When they called to tell me it was finished and quoted the price I was in shock (in a good way)! The honesty and integrity along with can’t beat prices has me considering driving an hour from home just to use them as my mechanic!

My family and I were traveling to Michigan for a wedding and my wifes Tahoe with close to 300,000 miles broke down. We had it towed to Crowe automotive for an estimate after seeing they had an excellent rating. The estimate was very fair however the parts needed to be ordered and we needed to get back on the road. We attempted to locate a rental vehicle big enough for everyone with no luck. We decided we were going to walk to one of the local dealerships and possibly get a hotel room. Rather than having to walk all over town Tony stayed late (we showed up at 4:30 with no intent to have them stay late) with my wife and kids while A.J. took me car shopping! After I purchased our new SUV they helped us transfer all our stuff from one vehicle to the other and let the Tahoe sit there until we were able to have it towed back home to Kentucky. I would absolutely recommend this shop! They went above and beyond for us even after we decided not to have our vehicle fixed! Great people! Thank you all again!!!

I greatly appreciate how they just did not go by the scan codes when fixing the vehicle. He took time to figure it out and did a great job fixing it! Crowe Automotive is amazing! I was driving through Indiana and broke down a couple of miles from their shop right before closing. They stayed late and fixed my car! They were very friendly and very passionate about their family run business. This is a place to support! Not only did they help fix my car at an extremely reasonable price.
