Great place for cosmetologists, nail techs, and estiticians to get supplies for a good price. They have a really good selection of brands. They also run a lot of good sales. The staff is always really nice and knowledgeable. Their website is great also!

Staff is super friendly!! Very helpful and the manager went out of her way to try to solve a problem I was having without me even having to ask! This is my favorite CosmoProf to go to!

Just left the Pewaukee location. It’s generally a great experience with customer help. NOT TODAY. It was one of the worst experiences in any cosmoprof location. The woman who “appeared” to be in charge was not up to date with shear knowledge. I asked if cosmoprof carried a specific texturizing shear and I am not sure if she didn’t want to look as if she didn’t know what I had asked infront of a younger employee, but she was extremely extremely rude. Kept interrupting me as I spoke. I actually tried to show her a picture of the shears I have been looking for and she wouldn’t even acknowledge it and continued to cut me off. “Yeah okay goodbye.” “Yeah we don’t sell those.” “Yeah I don’t see those.” Literally said back to back on repeat with no eye contact. I said I don’t need a bag and was also cut off and told to wait for my receipt (assuming I didn’t want it I suppose..) Anyway, the two I have never seen before so maybe they are new and maybe she was having a bad day or didn’t want to seem as if she didn’t know something. So I will be sticking to my usual location for now. Like I said, I’ve NEVER had a bad experience but the woman has ZERO customer service. If you don’t know, just acknowledge the fact you do not know or it’s beyond your knowledge. Or maybe even fake like you care or take the time to listen/ problem solve instead of creating a bigger issue and an UNBEARABLE environment.

I only keep coming back because of Brittni. She’s super nice and helpful!
