Recommendation: if you need to get your car fixed or looked at I HIGHLY recommend the pewaukee auto zone on Silvernail. I have alot of anxiety getting my car fixed because people will milk you for money, not all shops (even with the same name) are the same, and sometimes you leave with more problems than you came with. The Firestone in pewaukee was extremely professional, educational, and talked through all my options with me, and than let me know of things to watch for in the future that could be a problem. Honestly it was like a wet dream to leave confidently that my car and I were actually taken care of. 10/10

I had a tire break a bead Thursday night after work and wasn’t going to be able to bring my car in until mid afternoon the following day. Everyone I’d spoken to the next day at Firestone was courteous and didn’t jag me around like my local Firestone. I had to keep moving my appointment because i was waiting on roadside to come put my spare on for me so i could make it just a couple miles to this location (i waited two hours for roadside) and when i called Firestone around 5pm to make sure it was still okay to bring my car in, they squeezed me in and were able to replace two of my tires the same day. Will definitely utilize them as much as possible.

HORRIBLE place. My husband and I took our car in for an alignment and it came out worst than before.Called the manager, Emmanuel to inform him of the issue and he just argued back. Obviously, if it wasnt bad, we wouldnt have called. His excuse was that our tires were bad and blah blah blah (a whole bunch of other things that he claimed were wrong with our car....which were all b.s). Why performed an alignment if there were so much issues with the car to begin with? Funny thing is we took our car in twice this week (first time was to change out the rims) and they didnt mention any of those issues.Anyways, now our car is worse than before. Its not even aligned! Its pulling to the left as we drive. Horrible work, horrible customer service, and honestly...just careless and LAZY.

Manager Emanuel refused to service vehicle under warranty for Lifetime Alignment, Rotation, and Balance because of unrelated rust damage to the body. There is no lifting or suspension issues(Retired Mechanic).The manager Emanuel said they wouldnt even take the wheels off and yet still charged me for a complete vehicle inspection. (Its impossible to do a complete vehicle inspection including a proper brake inspection without removing the wheels)Later had the needed service performed by another location who had no problems and did not charge me due to the previous debacle with the Silvernail Firestone location.The other service writers have tried to be helpful, but have their hands were tied by him. Was told a separate time that he couldnt replace a door handle because it would be too difficult and would have to damage the door. (Also by Emanuel) Later replaced the door handle myself easily without any issues.Have had similar issue with him in the past regarding simple service such as an oil change. Unsure if this is a personal issue with him at this point or if hes just purely incompetent or lazily ignoring business.Once was able to get a radiator replaced there when he wasnt around but then the car died on the freeway because the tech didnt tighten the battery connections after having disconnected them for service.After services; the steering wheel has been very dirty, the tire was flat even though they supposedly just repaired it, the service sticker was missing, oil was over filled, and coolant not replenished properly(low level, air bubbles in system), greasy finger prints left on car, and maintenance light not reset.I have had to wait unnecessarily just to pick up my already finished vehicle because they had lost the key for a while. They have billed me incorrectly for services in the past, either for services they never rendered or double billing for the same service. (Didnt notice until I got home)A friendly face and attitude masking frightening business practice.Hopefully they will learn from their mistakes as we all must but these occurrences have been too frequent and recent to ignore.

Worked with Emmanuel and Alex. Straightshooters and didnt try to pressure me into buying or repairing things i didnt need. Had a bit of a small emergency with my car, they took me in real quick. Quoted me the price, I approved and thats what I was billed. Great follow through and exceeded my expectations. I would choose Firestone over any other shop or dealer. Spend your money elswhere. Manager Emanuel refused to listen to my complaint after the work performed on my suv. He claimed I didnt know what I was talking about and that he trusted his technician. If they wouldve test driven my car before and after the work done to it, they wouldve know exactly what I was complaining about. Now hope he keep his word cause I will be expecting a full refund after I take it to another shop to do it right the first time. I will never take my car back to a place that lie, cheat, and steal.

If I could give this location 0 stars, I would - Massively dishonest practice! Basically, I went in with a very loud screeching noise that appeared to be coming from my front left brake. It was inconsistent with anything Ive ever heard before (and I couldnt see anything) so I decided to take it in. $10 diagnosis fee - not a problem! They found a small rock that got caught in there and said the screech was gone.THEN they proceeded to tell me that upon further diagnosis BOTH rear pads were metal on metal and that I would need new pads and rotors (~$350). Oh, and if my calipers ended up needing to be replaced itd be ~$700. I told them to put my car back together and I would come pick it up. After calling a few places to find the pads and rotors I went to Autozone and picked em up. Went home, jacked my car up and took of the rear tires to further examine my rear pads and guess what!? They had pads, and PLENTY of pads left at that! Not only did Firestone BLATANTLY lie to my face to siphon money, but they also wasted my time of having to call around for pads, buy some, get car up, put it back together and then return the un-needed pads.I know Firestone is a big name and this review probably wont have a large impact on their continued business from the community, but I hope the business suffers. I will never take another vehicle back to Firestone.

I kept losing air on my VW GLI tire. It was an 18 low profile wheel that hit a pothole and cracked. Immauel recommended I replace all four wheels with a 17 rim. It was right around the same price of one VW brand wheel. 4 tires for the 17 rim were $200 cheaper. I walked away with way more because of his counsel. Thank you! I am thrilled with my new smoother ride and wheels that still look great.

Speedy service. Pewaukee team got me in and a new set of tires ordered next day (uncommon size). Ran into an issue with swollen chrome caps on the wheel studs (difficult to remove in shop with proper socket = difficult on the side of the road with tire iron), and a cracked rim. The store manager was on top of it every step of the way. Kept me updated, and got be back on the road ASAP (you rarly seen that kind of service anymore). Should I ever need to throw my spare on, I know I wont run into more issues and be stranded on the side of the road with my kids.Thanks Pewaukee team, you guys rock!

Tried to sell me a part for over $350 when it was available at retail price for only $150 or less. Refused to allow me to bring in my own part for the service. Im not a fan of being gouged, so I will not be returning.I only came by because I had a gift card. Left with only an oil change.

Went in for a tire change. Waited 3 hours in the lobby because firestone said they didnt have the patch.

These guys do good work. Been here several times. Very convenient they are open on weekends. I will say they are maybe a little more expensive than some places but have been honest and trustworthy. I send my wife here with confidence they won’t sell her anything extra.

Have purchased tires and had breaks done on my truck and wifes car. Good service at more than fair price. The service attendant is knowledgeable and courteous. Nice and refreshing to get good customer service that is unfortunately a lost art nowadays.

Had quality service here when I came here, was greeted by Emmanuel and was very helpful when i had asked him to mount my tires not bought there to my wheels, did not try and sell me on anything unnecessary and was very detail oriented on not to scratch my aftermarket wheels. Would recommend and get future services here again!

The best price for tires. The store manager was very helpful and patient with all my questions. I love the snow tires they recommended me. Will definitely go back all because the store manager is very nice.

Primarily, we visited Firestone for an oil change on two different cars. Service Representatives were courteous and professional. The work was properly completed within a reasonable length of time. Very satisfied with the experience.Dwight

I had a nail in a tire. They said it could not be repaired, but I was able to get it repaired at a different tire shop. This happened once before, and I ended up buying a set of tires from them. Be wary of this tactic!

They no longer do emission testing.

Very sad when a company like this cant even diagnose the difference between a ball joint problem and a tie rod problem after the customer was in the store for a good portion of the day. then comes to my shop and its a ball joint lower control arm assembly thats bad only. the customer was extremely happy that we showed him exactly what was going on and gave them a accurate estimate . He went with us and thanks Firestone we have a new customer!

Was in for an alignment and putting a set of winter wheels and tires on... Was told that my oem wheels would not fit my car and after telling the gentleman multiple times over the phone that they would fit just as they have 3 winters before, proceeded to tell me that its a safety issue and would not put on my winter tires so now Ive wasted my time there to get my winter tires out on and theyre out the sale for putting them on... Lets see if they can redeem themselves when I have my next scheduled appointment to put new wheels on my other vehicle because the original wheels are losing air, without telling us that they arent going to fit again....

The did a nice job on my truck and have good advice on some maintenance.

Called on Sunday 6/2/2019 to get an alignment. Dropped my car off only to be called and told that a master tech needed to be there in order to do the alignment and to come back the next day.Come back in the next day right after work. Guy comes out and asks me what I want done...well...and alignment...isnt that the whole point? Goes back into the shop, comes back out 10 minutes later to tell me that they couldnt adjust my inner tie rod, which isnt adjustable. Went directly to Tires Plus to have an alignment done and they were able to straighten everything within 45 minutes. Tires Plus wasnt able to get me in in the time frame I needed so I gave Firesstone a try. Never again.TL;DR: was told some BS just to get me out of the door. Seems like they just didnt want to do it. I wouldnt go here.

I thought the service was great it just took longer than I anticipated. I am happy with my new tires.

Made a 12pm appointment for a tire plug. Dropped the car off at 9 am in case they’d get to it sooner. Was told it would be ready by 3 even though I didn’t need it till 4 - arrived at 4 and my car hadn’t even been looked at. Thank goodness for the small family owned shop that got me in and out in 15 minutes due to Firestone’s lack of service.

This team simply excels at customer service. They consistently exceed my expectations and deliver superior service. I wont have my car serviced anywhere else.

For years, we have taken our vehicles to this store on Silvernail road. My wife and I liked the idea of putting the cost on the Firestone card. Pay it off in 6 months, no interest, plus discounts. Oil changes, tires, brakes, alignments and all other problems at the one store. December 2017, same vehicles, same store and we had 2 oil changes a week apart... Keep in mind they have been caring for these vehicles and doing the services for years. 2 oil changes on fairly new vehicles, almost $1400.00! I suppose if something is due or almost wore out, or blah, blah, if maybe... I just saying if a wheel bearing has to be replaced at a third of its life on a new vehicle, did they miss that Zert on the last lube job??? You see, you have to trust the honesty of the establishment. This trust just cost me $1400.00 for 2 oil changes. Ill never go to this store again, too expensive, for oil changes anyway😎 Ill stay with Firestone though, but in Oconomowoc.

The people I worked with here are so friendly and they were patient with my lack of car knowledge. I will DEFINITELY be back to have my car serviced.

They communicate well and often, the work quality seems excellent as far as we can tell, the waiting room is somewhat better than average but no palace, they seem more honest about their upselling than most mechanics (they say we dont need a realignment since we got one 3 months ago but we probably did need to replace the engine air filter which is legit of them, although I can do it cheaper by visiting autozone down the street...). The price on tires is truly excellent. The location is super convenient. They work quickly... you could almost leave the car for tires, go out to lunch in the strip mall and maybe do some light shopping and theyd be done if its not a busy day. The price for tires is excellent; price for oil change seems a bit high.I wouldnt say its perfect, but its close to perfect, and I cant find perfect in this market, so my wife and I go here, at least for tires.

Quick service, friendly staff, and good prices. They even complemented my 10 year old car which always helps.

Brake pads have lifetime warranty. Replaced in March 2016. Had brake inspection done December 2016. Same pads need to be replaced. Recommended service. Full charge. Theives.

Was told 2 hour wait. Arrived back in 1:45 mins. was then told it would be at least 1 more hour. Finally they finished fixing my flat tire and then remounting it back on the car........3 and 1/2 hours after drop off! price was reasonable BUT Customer Service was terrible....AND to add insult to injury, the service manager didnt offer an apology for the excessive time wait.

Everytime without fail that we have brought a van to get worked on here even when listening whats wrong and need to be fixed they cant seem to remember what we talked about and clearly dont do the courtesy check that they are spose to and say that they do... I should not drop a van off for tires, new whipers And other engine work and get it back with no new tires no new whipers and still have an engine light on beyond ludacris...

$1500 for brakes lol

Edited from a previous 5-star Review.I took my car in for 4 tires...This is Firestone after all, shouldnt be an issue right? IT TOOK 6 VISITS BEFORE THE JOB WAS COMPLETE!Heres a list of issues encountered: Improper installation causing a tire to go flat in less than 24 hours. A lug nut key (security lug nuts on vehicle) that was cracked by one employee, later a MANAGER put the socket on an impact gun and broke the socket off inside the rim. Removing the broken socket with a screwdriver resulted in damage to my after market rims. New lug nuts of the wrong thread pitch were installed on the two back rims causing the threads to be damaged and necessitated wheel stud replacement. Lug nuts were over torqued, causing one to break off inside the rim. This was removed with an oxy-acetelyne torch, also damaging another rim.To their credit, they fixed all the issues at no cost, but theres still damage caused by their incompetence to my vehicle.AVOID THIS FIRESTONE AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Just to change the tires it took over 4 and a half hours and 2 hours over when they said it would be done me and my family wasted our entire Sunday waiting for unprofessional children to change four tires. When we drop the car off they said it would be done around a specific time so we tooled around a bit then when that time came we literally sat in the parking lot for 2 hours watching our car and waiting and waiting I saw how the employees behaved and it was totally unproffessional when one tech was trying to bring a customers car into their garage another employee thought it would be funny to not let him in and took for ever to open the door for him; wasting time in someone elses car!. HUGE time wasters! Unprofessional child like behavior

My mom had her tires replaced a month back by these people. Yesterday her wheel had a knocking and we later on realized its because the wheel was about to fall off because apparently the technicians here do not care about risking someones LIFE and are too lazy to check the torque with a torque wrench afterwards. Im a welder and metal fabricator and I take great pride in my work. You guys dont. The fact that you guys told my dad to f____ off when he called to confront you after years off buisness is completely unprofessional. Own up to your mistakes and deal with them.If you need me to come by and teach you how to check torque settings on a lug nut let me know.

I called to change my appointment because of a last minute conflict. The guy on the phone was very rude and led to me canceling my appt altogether. I wish I asked his name so I could call back and complain. I am taking my business elsewhere.

Guy @ desk sent me away with a very leaky tire because it was nearing closing time.barely made it home.they lost me forever.

Took my car here to see what was up with my muffler. They said I had to replace my muffler among other things and the estimate was nearly $1300. And part of the estimate was replacing my catalytic converter, something I had done not even 8 months earlier at a different auto shop. Sorry Firestone but you arent jibbing me like that.
