First experience with Jensen- I called a sales rep at 7pm- told him I needed a masonry table brick saw, he simply asked when I wanted it, I said ASAP. Next morning I went to their warehouse (at 7am) and they had it ready AND assembled. Very impressed with their customer service. Pricing was great as well. My company will definitely be a repeat customer! Highly Recommend!

Mary not only misinformed me on the repair I was having done but dropped the ball on contacting me back for over a week. While on site I informed her of the communication error, I was met with a rude careless sorry about that. Ive been a customer for over 10 years, suggest finding another source if in need of equipment repair.

They are incredibly knowledgeable about the tools and equipment that they sell and they can get you anything that you’re looking for in a timely matter. Bob Yaeger was who helped me out the most with my orders and gave me the best deals he could. I would 100% recommend buying from this company for any future buys.

I cant say enough about this place. I am a drain cleaner and this place was instrumental for me getting started in this field. Eric is one of the owners and allowed me to talk to his service guys who directed me on what equipment to buy and how to properly use it. I would never allow anyone besides this place to work on my equipment and I would only buy my stuff from here.They were always cheaper than ebay and amazon. They go the extra distance to make sure all their customers are taken care of.

They checked inventory before I arrived to make sure they had the piece of equipment I wanted to purchase. Upon arrival they had it ready to go. Ive always had great service for 10 years at Jensen.

The staff at Jensen is extremely helpful and friendly. Eric was a huge help with disinfectants during this challenging time.

We had a terrible experience. They don’t have the customer in mind at all. Terrible communication. Not nice people.We brought in a pressure washer for repair. They told us the repair was going to be almost as much as a new pump. We had no problem with any of that. It’s when we went to pick it up after not getting it fixed when we found out that they wanted to charge us for the assessment. No one told us this at time of drop off, but instead referred to the fine print on the ticket. When my wife asked why we weren’t told about the charge she was met with rude comments. When my wife went to pay, she then was told that we’d be getting the pressure washer back in a box, as they couldn’t put it together for liability purposes. Again, another thing they didn’t mention on the front end. Simple principles could have taken care of this whole thing quickly, tell your customer how the process works, tell them when you’re going to charge them and then if you don’t happen to do the first two, at least be nice and apologetic, rather than make snide and condescending remarks.

They warrantied the battery on my Milwaukee jacket. Did a great job quickly working through the paperwork and getting me out the door with a brand new replacement battery. Great selection and friendly staff!

This company used to be my go to for many years,(15+) unfortunately they have lost my companies and my personal business. They are out of touch with treating the customer right and giving them what they need at a good price. The pricing on tools is better other places all day long regardless of if your a commercial account or not. I have talked with the owner who said things would be different and he was glad I contacted him, but nothing has changed. I stayed with them for another year. Sad to say I will be going down the street or using the internet for my purchases now instead of going to a store I used to look forward to going to in the past.

I recently purchased some plumbing equipment from Jensen. I was extremely pleased with the level of service I received from Eric. His knowledge and insight of the equipment that I was in need of was incredible. He helped me find the right equipment I needed for a excellent price!! I highly recommend this place!!

Horrible customer service by the ladies in the office. Their site says you’ll have your tool back 5-7 days to keep you on the job... it’s been 3 solid weeks and counting, still don’t have my saws back. After a week and a half, I called to get an update and they just transfer to someone’s voicemail who never calls back. When I ask why they don’t call with an update on my tool, their response is “we cannot possibly call everyone.” Really??? Last time I will ever use this company!!!
