Tom is hands down the absolute best human I have encountered in the convenience store, let alone customer service, industry. He was incredibly friendly and helpful, he truly blew my mind to the point that I am making a Google review. I hope 7-Eleven knows that Tom is gold.

Get some people who allow you to pay at the pump. My goodness. After I had issues I went in and they said try a new pump. I did that-same result. I went back in they said well the card is getting declined. I said I just used it in this gas station two minutes ago to buy water. Nevertheless I went down the street and it worked fine. I supposed you must not get my critical thinkers in the gas station employee world. Good news for the job market tho if these menial minded mouth breathers can hold a job I suppose it’s possible for anyone!

Love this place, since they moved into brookfield and are all the closest ones to where I work, they make you prepay or pay at pump which i have estimated has saved me over 100.00 this year alone. Now that I dont go into the store no impulse buying or cigarette buying!! they save you tons.
