The vast majority of the negative reviews on here are because people are mad that they had to wear a mask. Mask wearing has saved many lives throughout this pandemic. Thank you good harvest for following public health guidelines.This is my favorite Grocery store. They offer so many wonderful healthy products and have a great Cafe/restaurant inside. This is truly a place that my family cherishes to have in our community. I come here weekly and always notice that the employees are so kind and courteous, and I am always discovering new local yummy foods. Truly a wonderful place.

I called in for lunch. Candy was rude, answered every question with a 30 second pause. Ross store manager does not understand long term customer service when they have daily competition. Karen and Ross do not understand kindness and professionalism. Terrible store and management. If you don’t want to work and are super rude, don’t choose customer service as a job. Duh.

Id like to thank everyone who complained about GH wanting people to be safe and wear masks. I wasnt going to shop there until I realized how hard theyre working to keep the public safe. Ill be making the trip from now on.

Good Harvest is an amazing store! They have a MASSIVE selection of organic produce with staff that are very knowledgeable about the every single product they carry! Every employee Ive ever met there always is very friendly, professional, and super helpful.Inside the store they also have the Good Harvest Cafe. If youre a health foodie, this is a place you must check out! They offer a ton of delicious options on their menu. When I say delicious, I really mean it! You can also grab a salad from the salad bar or sample the hot bar! You will not be disappointed!

Refused service as I was checking out, would not let me buy my item. I am an immune compromised person, who has asthma. Needing sinus medication. I have sensitivity towards other medications so I like to go the healthy route. I loved coming here but honestly will be not going anymore.No, I followed the guidelines. Which clearly state recommended. Not required! Do not respond falsely. I see several posts that you have been rude to your customers

I used to shop here exclusively for my grandmother, however, due to new dietary restrictions for myself, Ive started shopping here for myself as well. The selection is amazing, especially with the extremely specific diet I now have. The staff consistently exceeds my expectations with their kindness and helpfulness. Good Harvest Market has wonderful staff and great products. The staff members in the Wellness department are very knowledgeable.They support local businesses and farmers which is a HUGE plus.The Hop Harvest and Vine Public House connected to the store offers great meals, coffee and smoothies.Highly recommend you check them out.

Had our mask under our nose and was”corrected “ twice. Then came to grab a bite to eat. My wife had a face shield on but was told she needed a mask, even though we were just going to walk 30ft to sit down and eat. Yes I know you will say you are following “guidelines “ and a business has a right to enforce a mask mandate just as I have a right to take my money where I can actually breathe. Tired of the virtue signaling over a 99.75% survival rate virus.

Overpriced compared to all other health food stores. However, I don’t mind paying higher prices to support a local small business. Until they swarm me and kick me out of the store for not being able to wear a face mask. Must be nice to have so incredibly much income that my money doesn’t matter to your business! Thankfully there are many businesses that appreciate my patronage so I will shop elsewhere for my family from now on.

I will never shop at this store again and I have spent thousands over the years here. I was walking around the store with my mask slightly down and some thug kid called me out saying I need to actively be drinking it which I was. I told him he is a hypocrite. People take sips of water and pull their masks down and they aren’t called out there. There should be a sign that says then don’t even try and take your drink out of the cafe. I cannot protest against this place enough. I am forever against this evil place.

My wife and I enjoyed dinner at the new Hop Harvest & Vine restaurant at Good Harvest Market this evening. What an outstanding addition to one of our favorite stores!! The carmelized Brussel Sprouts appetizer will be a favorite of mine going forward, as will be the OUTSTANDING pecan cake with bourbon sauce. In-between we enjoyed the seafood pot pie and the chicken creole which were also great. Can not wait to try the rest of the menu. Good beer selection, and grocery shopping on a full stomach before leaving for home - hard to believe it is all healthy eating!

Im so disappointed as I write this. I was asked to leave the store today for not having a mask. I had both my inhaler and an exemption note and they said that they werent able to make an exception. A health food store couldnt make an exception for my health. I have a young daughter and this was her first day of school. I got there when the doors were unlocked so I didnt disturb anyone and wasnt in a crowd. I try very hard to keep my daughter out of the stores still because shes a kid and touches everything. I went to immediately check out and got a double whammy when the cashier said she wasnt allowed to check me out without a mask. Im just very saddened by this. I am a mom, trying my best, needing healthy food for myself and my daughter and was told I could not shop. They were respectful as possible and I appreciate that.I will stick to shopping at Pick N Save. They have never discriminated against my medical exception.

Great selection of gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free foods. Most foods are organic and stay fresh in my refrigerator longer than other stores. Many prices competitive with mainstream grocery stores. Great butcher with gluten-free meat and fish dishes ready for baking. huge selection of pre-made meals as well as a restaurant within the store.Friendly helpful staff that follows covid guidelines. As the owner of a business, Ive experienced firsthand the difficulty of keeping your customers happy while staying afloat during a pandemic. Seeing so many 1-star reviews (related to policies they cant do much about) makes me feel awful for a business that has bent over backwards for their customers in the six years Ive been shopping there, like an incredibly generous rewards program, clean facilities, kind employees, and a wide selection of natural and organic products.Moreover, whenever I have had a less-than-perfect experience (which no business can prevent) and notified them, they have always done everything in their power to rectify the situation. From their product selection to customer service, I have not come across another health food store in Wisconsin that does as good of a job as Good Harvest Market.

We no longer shop here after witnessing very “unwelcoming” looks toward a Black friend we were shopping with, from both customers and employees. This was our main store, very disappointed to see this at a shop I would expect to be more ethical. My original review seems to have disappeared.

Great staff!

First and last time Ill ever shop here. Their produce section was beyond disappointing. The berries had mold on them, the broccoli was infested with bugs, and their tomatoes were shriveled. If youre looking for quality, look elsewhere. I personally prefer Fresh Thyme, better prices, better product. I would actually go as far to say Fresh Thyme has the best produce in southeastern Wisconsin!

One of my all time favorite Wisconsin markets. It is clean, has reasonable prices, beautiful produce and just an all-over wonderful shopping experience. The cafe is terrific with many selections of whole food plant based selections, labeled for any needed food eliminations. I have travelled 45 minutes to get there for years and it never stops delighting.

I am beyond disappointed while writing this, its days of being a great local organic store are over. Go to the many other health food stores nearby. These people do not deserve any money

This place is great. Staff is very friendly, they have many locally grown/made items, and atmosphere is very welcoming!

Walked in there as the only family of color, and they asked us to leave as I have a chronic health condition and did not wear my mask. Other white folks werent wearing the mask right. They discriminate against coloreds here. Woodmans has all the same brands and cheaper to anyone of color who likes to shop health stores and for those who have breathing issues woodmans welcomes the disabled and the colored and all humans.

The staff are extremely rude from the managers to cashiers!! The produce section has moldy food with bugs on it stg these people never check it or even attempt to maintain anything. Prices are so expensive for rotten food, Ill save my money and shop elsewhere tyvm

Worked with Jeremy on delivering catered trays during a family tragedy. Everyone was extremely accommodating and compassionate. Our out of town family commented many times how great the food was and how much they appreciated it during their time of need. Can’t thank them enough for their help with this and have recommended them to all of our Wisconsin friends and family.

Great selection in every department. The produce is SO fresh - it lasts much longer than you would expect. The cafe is my favorite restaurant in the Lake Country area. Everything I have ordered is amazing. They change the menu occasionally - but dont worry - youll love everything.

Hard to overstate the excellence of this natural/organic food store. Unlike any other competitor, including Outpost where I’m a member and shop every day (or Whole Foods which is a mockery of a health food store), Good Harvest stays true to what it’s all about. Amazing organic produce selection... simply the best. Not only is the selection good but so is the freshness and quality. Fantastic hot bar, cafe, juice bar, everything...It’s community-focused. The building, upstairs seating/lounge, landscaping, and parklike setting overlooking a marsh are amazing. It’s rated one of the top health stores in the country for good reason. If it was closer, I’d shop here every day instead of Outpost. I hope it continues to thrive!

I had Ruth as a cashier. Fitting name since she was so ruthless. Treated me like I was a waste of her time during the whole check out process. She asked if I had a card and I asked if I could look it up by phone number. And with a silent to none response and me looking at the pad waiting for something to show up, she said you do not enter it on the pad I will have to enter it. So I responded with okay let me know when you are ready since I could not see her side of the screen and she responses with well, yea. I have been ready.Towards the end of my check out I received no have a good day or thanks for shopping with us.Definitely not the response I was expecting. Good Harvest is high quality but also quite expensive so it broke my heart spending a large total amount only to get treated like the way I did.

I came to your store this morning (a little after 8) researching items i wanted to buy and was greeted by Jessica.she guided me through my options while even walking me to the products.we talked and talked, sharing our stories of illnesses. Shes an angel put there for me when i needed it!we even gave a couple hugs and a hand shake.i walked out with my head held high feeling better then i have in awhile.thank you Jessica for the awesome customer service(although it felt more like a bond)!!!Good Harvest is very lucky to have her!!!💛

My family and I really enjoy shopping here. We have finally found the perfect sized organic grocery with a great staff. The Cafe is great too. The chai latte has a bit too much spice in it but otherwise everything is great!

Good Harvest is amazing! All of the produce is very fresh and comparable to organic prices at other stores. The best thing about the store is that every person to whom you ask a question will help you or find an informed employee to help. I had a question about eggs the other day and an employee was able to direct me to the farm in which the eggs come from so I could gather information about how their chickens are treated. The produce employee is also incredibly helpful with lots of information and even let me sample a vegetable that I had never tried. Cannot say enough about how positive the experience is shopping there!

They took time to understand what happened and used the experience as an opportunity to train staff so that this doesnt happen to another customer. I was impressed with their quick and respectful responses. I will try again when in the area.Initial review:We waited 45 minutes for one sandwich during a slow weekday afternoon. When I went down to check on the order they did nothing. It wasn’t until my husband went down that they checked on it and discovered that it had been forgotten. Very disappointing. Will not be back.

I go here when i need something oddly specific. Every time i go i have the same experience... it takes me forever to find what i need, everything is overpriced compared to other healthy grocery stores, and my checkout experience is terrible. I want to go here because they have some unique options and i live nearby, but every time I go i remember why i dont visit often.

This local grocery store has many unique choices especially for gluten-free. Every time I’m in town from Chicago, I stop by to see if they have any new unique food options. And usually they do.

This place is good except for the buffet in one big way. The spoons and tongs used to obtain food from the buffet routinely wind up landing in the bins of food. Meaning the entire spoon or tong lands in the food, contaminating the food by the tens or hundreds of people that handled those utensils. They need to come up with a better way to prevent this from happening. I have seen other solutions at buffets. When or if that should happen, I will gladly give 5 stars. Whole Foods is just as bad in all fairness. I like to eat healthy but not at the expense of getting sick.

Love this place. So much variety. They have things I cant find in Milwaukee at Outpost or Whole Foods. I just wish it wasnt so far from my house in Milwaukee, but thats not their fault 😊

I have been a fan of Good Harvest Market for years. They are really trying to stay true to their mission and provide the best in organic and healthy foods.I love the cafe but keep in mind that their hours are different than the stores hours.

Only thing. Wish I was trained better. And wearing aprons is something I think they should change to optional. Everyone is nice and cool. But the training needs work and how anal you guys are about little tiny things. I could not take it.

I have been shopping there for a year. After comparing their produce to other companies, I have yet to find anything better. Also, a young man who works in produce department has caught my eye, as a dedicated worker among other positive qualities.

I love this place for many reasons and healthy grocery shopping isnt even one of them... it should be for me, but there are many others reasons I fell in love with Good Harvest...FRIST:Their hot bar is beyond amazing and delicious. Not only are their ingredients healthier for you, its obvious the cooks love what they do compared to the other grocery stores - even most restaurants.SECOND:Their menu to order food is just as good. I love my greasy cheeseburgers like a typical Midwesterner, and yet, the healthy burger version they have is one of the only healthy burgers Ill eat ... even think about! I dont know how they do it, but its a good one.THIRD:Their staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and positive! The manager, Ross, blew me away when he remembered my name after not seeing me for almost a year - he himself is simply an amazing individual. When looking for something to drink, another staffer and I had a great conversation about all the Kombuchas and which ones are her favorite and why. There are many more instances I can write, but know this, everyone there genuinely cares about you!!FOURTH:The venue is amazing. After they moved from their original location, I didnt like the energy when comparing it to their old place which had a true mom n pop vibe - Im over that now! The second floor is great to relax, work, and have meetings, same with the first floor - I just personally love the 2nd floor for some reason.FIFTH:Community!! They put up a bookshelf for local wellness practitioners to promote themselves to make it easy for their customers to find a service provider. They have one big annual trade fair in the parking lot and also do numerous smaller ones throughout the year within the store itself. Most products on their shelf, from what I noticed, are all from local farmers and local businesses. Roundys, Sendiks, Health Hut, and Festival Foods cant beat that.ONLY DOWNSIDE:I live near Mitchel Airport and theyre off Highway T in Pewaukee making it a 40+ minute drive one way. But... I use to rent airplanes to fly 180-miles for a haircut, so, I have no issues driving 2-hours round trip for a Good Harvest fix.FEEDBACK:Open a location one block from my house please and thank you! I really like coming to Good Harvest, the store does a great job keeping a wide selection and the Vitamin store within is superb. I have been shopping at Good Harvest for over three years now and just recently learned that their saving card offers and extra 20% off on vitamins on certain days.

Bad service.

Clean and well stocked, staff is also very nice. Awesome options for anything you could imagine. Hot bar, salad bar, produce, supplements, gluten free, organic, water, alcohol, and even pet food & supplies.

I am breastfeeding a baby with a milk and soy intolerance and this place is heaven on earth for me. There are so many options of food I can actually eat it’s almost overwhelming. I actually teared up when I found a pie without any dairy in it.

I’m an employee of GHM and absolutely love it! We have amazing products from; organic foods in our grocery department, vitamins vegan-vegetarian and cbd oils in our wellness department, and fantastic food in our cafe/hot bar area. Did I mention organic BEER?!? Come check it out, cool vibes and scenery is always there! And last but not least we also have classes held monthly- about pressure point therapy, and dieting! No joke this place is amazingggg!!!

This rating based on a quick stop for bug spray; found a good selection of natural products. Didnt thoroughly check out entire store. Initially saw stawberries on sale, looked good. Saw house made guacamole, was about to buy the cheaper name brand when the gentleman in produce said, Mine is better. I just made it fresh. Bought his and he was right, probably the best guacamole ever! Two other reviews suggest Good Harvest Market is superior to Outpost which is a complete falsehood; each of these establishments is good intheir own right. Outpost has more than 40 years experience in organic foods and is a co-op. They have very high quality produce and products in general. Good Harvest Market has generally higher prices but is a very good source for organic fare in the desert of Waukesha County.

Before I moved to Pewaukee, I was driving to Good Harvest from New Berlin just for their excellent selection (granted this was years ago before they built the new store).2. My husband is diabetic which means we have more limited options and Good Harvest has a lot of items we look for.3. There are items I purchased in AZ when I lived there specifically at Sprouts and other stores that I can only find here- awesome!4. This should be my #1 reason but I am obsessed with the Cafe! The food is amazing but the drinks and desserts are even better. So many healthy desserts with gluten free options. Colectivo coffee and kombucha on tap. Yummmmmm. So delicious.5. Just moved here and found this store. Most amazing organic store I have seen. Im on a gluten free diet and the selection is awesome. They had a list of every GFitem they carry and where it is. Over 2000 items!!! They bake Gf items in their bakery and they told me they do GF dinners every month. Cant wait to try it. Excellent staff, they answered all of my questions. Great organic produce section too.

Terrible experiences. HUNDREDS of expired dairy products on their shelves at any given time. I went through yogurt after yogurt and some were over a month passed date. Of the 12 items I was looking for on my list, I found 3, and they were all expired. Their bulk food bins had bugs in them, as well as bug eggs. No thanks. And good luck trying to get help- it seemed like anyone I talked to was stoned and not quite sure where they were.Looking for organic produce? Look elsewhere. The produce here is NOT FDA certified organic, just certified by THEM as organic. Also, how sustainable is it to bundle every single individual piece of produce on a styrafoam tray?So afterwards, I went to the Pick N Save across the street. They had all but one item I was looking for, and the organic yogurt was cheaper by almost half.If you want overpriced petchuli oil sold by a hippy burnout or expired greek yogurt then this place is for you.
