There were no hotdogs on the grill. The cashier did not ask if I wanted my gallon of milk in a big so I had yo juggle my items. =/

I travel often to this area for work and family. Its always clean. Great friendly service.

The worst 7-Eleven in the Northeast Austin Metro Area. Dirty, filthy, stinky and nasty. If I did not have convenience store management experience I dont think I would care as much. A motto I hated when I was a clerk, If you have time to lean you have time to clean. I eventually came to embrace the sentiment. The clerk in this store was leaning and on his phone (not hand held, so, it looked like he was just standing. My son and I usually get items from the grill, however the grill at this location was not appetizing at all. Will not be going back. What happened to owners/franchisees that actually cared about the care, maintenance and upkeep of their facilities?

The store air tanks were broken and stole my fathers money so when he went inside to get his money back they called the police on him and forced him off the property and yes it was racially charged

I asked the clerk can you toast this sandwich in the toaster? He said yes. Then I proceeded to pay for it. He almost toast the sandwich with wrapping and all.then the manager Jazmin got on his butt and told me if you want it toasted you need to go SUBWAY Really?ZERO stars pleaseDamn this subway its good...........

Bought a lighter at midnight. It broke after 2 uses. Went back at 8am and the guy working would not exchange it without a receipt. I would steer clear of this 7-11. A lot of food is out dated and the store is nasty. Food kept at improper temperature for sale. The food items that are cooked are not cycled out and are very old. The bathrooms are nasty and contain toxic black mold. The fountain drink stand is also retaining mold going into your cup.

Very rude and arrogant cashier! I had a coupon for free small coffee and I had reward points for a free donut and I was charged for the coffee! Only one size cup was in all three slots (small medium and large). When I asked for a copy of my receipt, the man said it was too late(which I called him out on) then reluctantly reprinted one.

Great people ( workers) and the owner is so humble....

Staff is always nice and friendly. My go to spot for snacks.

I stop by here when traveling through for work and have noticed much improvement since the new owners took over. fortunately for me I did not have the same experience as the last reviewer last week when I was here so maybe they learned from the negative review or I just went during a different shift?

This place has gone downhill fast. The debris and overflowing trash cans give it the look and feel of an abandoned desert gas station. When you go inside you will long for the cleanliness and order of the parking lot. The ambiance is accentuated by the off color rap playing from behind the register. Broken, unclean equipment and service area is uninspiring at best.

Great 7 Eleven! Awesome ownership. Its clean and convenient, what else do you want.
