It is a great way to get all the family together

Disappointing visit. First, they are only open Monday-Thursday from 9am to 4:30pm. Don’t swing by on a Friday like I did. I called to see if a sales staff member would be available to show their options and discuss newer grill features. I was told they have one sales guy who is there every day except during lunch hours between 12 and 2. I visited at 11 that same morning and the sales guy was not there. Another staffer did their best to show me the floor models but they didn’t have as much knowledge as the sales rep. I asked for pricing and they didn’t have a catalog in store with pricing and I told it was available online. I’ve searched every page and it’s not there. The show room is nice enough and the staffer did offer to take my information to have the sales rep call me back but after two failed visits I am not going to take time and drive out there for a third.
