PDM did an awesome job repairing the mirror on my wifes vehicle. Saved me about $300 by repairing the plastic instead of replacing it. Looks brand new. Definitely recommend this place!

Took my vehicle in for an accident repair...repairs were done nicely, painting of the new parts were done nicely but when it came to blending the paint on to the existing parts (smh), they area was not prepped and they just sprayed over the imperfections. They didnt even give us a call to ask if we wanted them fixed properly. Also the mechanical issue we told them about was not addressed. Not a place I would recommend.

Best collision Paint and body shop in the valley. The owner is former Navy and meticulous about his business. These guys cut out rust on my old 1976 power wagon, welded in new panels, matched the body lines, painted it and blended it in, cleared, cut and buffed and tinted it around in five days. Their guys are craftsmen and Elias my estimator and assistant were responsive and timely. I cannot say enough good things.

My vehicle had a substantial amount of damage and they were able to repair it very fast, only 3 weeks. You cannot even tell there was damage to my vehicle. I highly recommend PDM, they frequently update you on your vehicle so you can be informed as to what is going on.

It’s such a hassle getting into a car accident and the things that you have to deal with after. But PDM Collision Center made the ordeal so much easier to bear. The staff is very professional and helpful, especially Kelsey who is friendly, easy to communicate with and answers all my questions regarding my car repair. The quality of the work done is also very good, and the time it took them to finish. The location is convenient and the office has a good ambiance. I would definitely recommend this place.

This place doesnt respect the time of others. Too much delay on work, doesnt deliver what they promise. Surely, the service isnt the value of the money they charge.

Had some concerns with vehicle but they were addressed by the owner. Mr. Roy is Very professional and he wants his customers to be happy. If you don’t feel the vehicle was repaired adequately he will hear your concerns. Go outside to look at vehicle, stand in the 105 degree heat with you for 20 mins if needed and listen to every little detail. All without making any faces or telling you “ok ok ok”. He will make sure every little thing is addressed before you get your vehicle back, he also told me again at pick up what ever parts were replaced or painted etc they have warranty. Please if anything is not to your liking bring vehicle back. IF YOU BRING YOUR CAR HERE AND SOMETHING IS NOT TO YOUR LIKING MAKE SURE YOU ASK TO SPEAK TO MANAGER........ They do excellent work, but in the event of a crash not only is paint and body damaged. So if you don’t mention concerns they wont be addressed, obviously.

My car got flood damage and they only clean the interior rather then replacing it. Also, They did not bother checking my concerns with the engine. Furthermore, they charge 1,500 just to wash the carpet and fix a window. They claim my batter was bad and also replaced that. I knew that my battery was new tho. The are a scam and I would not recommend them.

My car was taken care of in a speedy and professional manner! I was even provided with a loaner car! Extremely pleasant front office personnel as well. I will most definitely be back for any future work needed. You won’t be sorry! I truly recommend this place and will be sending all my friends and coworkers here from now on!

PDM took care of everything when I was in a car accident. They did great repairs on my vehicle and the staff was friendly and very helpful. They send you updates through text message which is convenient and are easy to reach by phone if needed. Overall a good experience.

I went in to have my headlights restored as they had a dark cloudy yellow color to them due to use over time. When they finished (only took 30-40min) they looked just as new. Definitely saved me over $300 from having to buy a new set and having them installed.

After the Horrible time I went thru with getting my car fixed, my car was finally fixed. I originally drop it off 09/28 and picking it up 10/10 and not being completely fixed. After receiving a call from the windshield guy cause the lady that answered the phone at PDM told him my car was not there, asking where my car was when i drop it off for the second time 10/19. I called myself and asked myself too. I called and the person answering didnt know where my car was telling me i hadnt taking it to PDMs. It took so long but thank you Keren Gonzalez the owner that help me after reading the bad review i entered. I really appreciate your help with the details that were not fixed since the beginning as promised my Ray the GM. I spoke with Ray because the first employee was questioning my windshield replacement, stating the broken windshield was not part of the accident like if she was present during my car accident. I was not there to take advantage. I was there to get my car fixed as it was before the car accident. I never was asking for freebiz. I know we are all human and we all make mistakes but i thought it was going to be a smooth process getting my car fixed and at PDM. I got my car back 10/22. Thank you keren.

After a rough start, I had to speak directly to the owner/manager, Tony. He found a solution that made me happy and made me a return customer for sure. In lieu of waiting time, he fixed my entire bumper for free!! His motto, as he explained it to me, is that they want customers to leave happy, so if its within his reach, and not absurd, he will get it done.I loved the way they treat customers and always keep us informed of the stage our vehicle is in. I have had TWO vehicles repaired with them and if the need arises, Ill go back! They truly know how to keep customers happy by going the extra mile. Thanks to all the staff for being courteous and helpful from beginning to end, especially poor Orly who had to deal with me!

Very disappointed, went last Tuesday to get a quote and was told that I will be receiving an email with quote later that day but havent received anything yet. I called on 4-22 and asked to speak to a manager to get an answer but was busy and Luis told me that he will call me back. I havent heard from anyone to this day!..Im a past client and I guess they dont need my business.

I went to get a quote for a dent on my car on 01/30/2019 first thing in the morning. The guy did a quick assessment and told me that it was going to be over $1000. He asked if it was insurance or private pay and I responded that I was going to pay for it. He told me that he had a meeting, but after the meeting, like in about 30 min he was going to text me the quote. He did not bother to contact me or send me anything. I went to MAACO and they right away gave me a very professional quote and explained the work that they were going to do to my car and how long they were going to take. They are doing the work for $738.

I came to PDM about two years ago. They cleaned up my headlamps and removed all the stains. They looked like brand new! I was very impressed! I can back again today, August 29, 2019 & the people and the manager tested be with the best customer service possible! I highly recommend PDM if you need some work done to your vehicle - these are not just profesional, hard working people - it’s a team!

I had a great experience at PDM. Hector, John and Kelsey helped me out. They explained to me everything from beginning to the end. There were some delays and some minor issues with communication, but everything turned out well in the end. They gave me a ride from and to my house. My son had a good referral about this place that he brought his classic Z28 Iroc for custom change of hood n paint but his experience as well as mine was well beyond a good experience. First, they didnt paint areas correctly. Second, they had to redo it. My son had to call in late to work as I had to rearrange my schedule to take him. We go to pick it up and they cant find the keys. After 30 min. of searching for the keys they are found. A lady from the front area had them. After she asked my son if those we it, she asked did you pay already? ?? REALLY!!!!! If I had known of such bad customer service I would of walked out without paying..... I dont recommend it.

I paid for Ultimate Detailing package but there was poor attention to details. There was noticable dirt on edges throughout interior/exterior of my car and my seats couldnt have been shampooed because there was dirt on them. Make sure you do your research before committing to this place.

Had a ton of hail damage on my sports car. Miguel and his team got me taken care of and brought my car back to life. Iv never been the type to leave a review but these people deserve it 110%. On Thursday August 30, 2018 I took my vehicle into PDM Collision because I saw that they were rated 4+ Stars on Google. Well by experience recently I can assure you that I would NEVER recommend this place to anybody! This was the most horrible experience I have ever had with a collision repair center. DON’T EVER OR EVEN THINK ABOUT COMING HERE! You will be disappointed with body work, scammed by work they supposedly did, and ripped off by diagnostic checking that they should have done out of courtesy for inconvenience!! Do not believe their 4 star rating on google or Facebook. They even have some of their employees giving themselves 5 star ratings……that’s sad and wrong! So my vehicle was there for about almost a month but when I picked up my vehicle, I noticed my HID headlights were not functioning properly. One would turn off, then the other, and eventually the both. I was not having this problem before the collision. I explained to them that I was not blaming them for the lights, but that it was not doing this before the collision. They told me to bring it in as soon as I could, so I took the vehicle home. Well while the vehicle was at the house, I discover body paint to my bumper already peeling off!! Cheap paint! So I took my vehicle in for now body work that was not done correctly and for the headlights, but they stated that it was not due to the accident. So they told me “don’t worry, we will check it out for you” and “if it is due to something we did, we will gladly fix it”, but if it was something not related to their wrong doing I would have to pay for it to get fixed…..OBVIOUSLY. Well of course, do you think they want to take responsibility and pay out of pocket for something they did…..of course not! So they stated that it was not something they did. Well it was to my understanding that they were going to check the vehicle out of courtesy for the inconvenience without any charge. Nobody told me “sir we will check it but there is a charge….it’s going to be this much, do you want us to proceed”? Well I was wrong! They charged me $95. Their “TOP OF THE LINE” mechanics were not able to find the problem. They supposedly did all this extensive checks, such as battery…..which turned out to be “Dead” and I had to buy a new one, “checked” my ballast, wiring, cleaned connectors…..etc. I ended up with a bill of $95 for all their “CHECKS”. Exchange of words were made and I told them I was not going to pay for it. Management and OWNER were so rude……calling me as I left the building threatening me if I didn’t pay the bill they were going to keep my car if I didn’t pay. So the next day I get a text at 10:59 AM that my vehicle was ready. So I go after work and wait an hour until I get my vehicle back. It was dirty, they did not courtesy wash it or clean any sanding dust that was all over my car bumper, hood, and more sand dust in the engine bay area. To not go through anymore disappointment and time loss I ended up paying the $95, just to get the hell out of there! So with their “TOP OF THE LINE” mechanics and “$95 dollar” testing that they did I took it to my own mechanic and he found the problem. It was the simplest problem that even a monkey could have found…….it was the light bulbs due to the impact of the collision. My mechanic is a certified Master Mechanic and found the problem within five minutes. So hope this review helps anybody who wants to come to this place. I WARN YOU……DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!
