Very well knowlegeable staff, decent tire pricing

We had a problem with our RV tire. Joe Cantu came out with Southern Tire Mart. He problem solved our issue and everything is fine now. We feel safe to go back on the road. We would highly recommend the excellent service we received.

I was on my way to drop off the kids at school when all of a sudden my tire pops! So googled tire shops and Southern Tire Mart were the ONLY ones open at 7am! I spoke with a gentlemen named Madrid who helped me on the phone. Then road side assistance tech arrived and changed my tire we were on our way to school. The road side assistance tech was AMAZING! THANK YOU SOUTHERN TIRE MART! & THANK YOU MADRID!

Terrible service. The company I work for sent me there, with a warning not to go during meal hours, which I did. I went at 8 a.m., to be the first client, I organized my day to start my work late which I have to drive 3 hours a day, and only to be told: come on Monday, as if my time does not matter.If they ask us not to go at certain times, they should notify when they are unavailable, or if they miss an appointment to be treated, everyones time is very valuable.I went to T&W almost in front, there they treated me very well.
