Nothing is ever covered under warranty, they always try to squeeze as much money out of you as they can. My 2019 Honda Pilot that my wife uses for work and home has been hesitating and the RPM go up automatically on it own while you’re driving. They didn’t even check it, they told us that the models do that when the Transmission oils need to be changed and flushed out. They said that they can do that for 305.00, when asked if they guaranteed that it would take care of the problem, the girl couldn’t answer that. Shook my head all day on that one.

Scheduling the appointment online was easy and the oil replacement/tire rotation started on time and took less than an hour. One of the techs outside went over everything once it was done and I was out the door. A+++ service. Thanks!

Great dealership- very helpful. I was going to pull the trigger and sign on a new vehicle but they refused to remove a dealer added “paint protection” package and window tint. When asked why since I didn’t care for it, i was told it HAD to be added and it could not be removed as it was mandatory. Took my business elsewhere where it wasn’t “mandatory”.

Not interested in maintaining loyalty with customers. Service center is very helpful. Sales and finance people are not helpful. Prior customers should be treated with some sense of courtesy.

The first time I went by seemingly there was lack of customer service. But my most recent experience was a better. Associates were much more engaged and helpful.

The service department has very helpful staff. They make sure that the customer leaves happy. Unexpectedly, they will throw in a free car wash and, during this time, they make sure to sanitize the inside of your vehicle before you get on.

Went in for Quick oil change & tire rotation. While doing inspection, Technician took the time to secure a plastic piece from the front undercarriage that had come out of place at no charge & I didn’t even have to mention it. Great experience.

My family and I have been doing business with Clark Knapp Honda since I was a child. In ‘05 we had our first Honda Odyssey, then in ‘10 I received my first car! It was a Honda Civic. We loved are cars and the staff were nothing but kind and encouraging and helpful. Now we are back and I traded in my ‘16 Mercedes Benz GLE 350 for a ‘20 Acura RDX A-Spec package. Andres was the car sales associate and he was the gentlemen who gave us wonderful service previously when my parents bought their ‘18 Odyssey. So he treated us with so much respect and dignity. Gave Clark-knapp Honda a second chance but there will be no third. My car was checked on tires and they stated on the paper they were good on Green 7/32 or Greater on Tread Depth the next day i took off tire blows out. Came to a tire shop to see that my tires are 4/32 to 5/32. Taking my business elsewhere.

Absolutely avoid the parts department. 4 weeks to ship parts that are on hand. No explanation of why.Id assume this translates to similiar activity for the rest of the buisness.

I purchased a vehicle four years ago and that same day I drove my new car home, everything went great. Today the Managers have “my way only” atttitude. Unprofessional when you don’t close and bad energy. After three days of going I finally got a deal. Although the sales was friendly I won’t go back. Honda is convenient and affordable, good luck.

I did try and buy a used Honda CR-V the other day, with trade in and a nice down payment, but they refused me because of my zero credit score. Basically, I was asking them to sell me a vehicle, not finance one! They in turn offered me a 9 year old Honda CRV, which at the time was in the shop!, because they felt that was more in line with my budget, what an insult when they dont even know what kind of money I come from. Monica in the repair department is second to none in customer service. She could teach a masterclass in how to interact with customers and provide a positive customer experience even when the bill is not so positive.

I arrived before my appointment time. They were able to squeeze me in. Adriana was able to figure out it was my tire that was the issue for why my car said low tires pressure. Luckily I paid for warranty and was able to get it covered. Took a while, she did keep me informed at every stage which is greatly appreciated.

I bought my car in may 15, bought a new car, and I have no title to my vehicle yet.When you call Honda in pharr, the receptionist I have encountered transfers to wrong places.After you purchase a car here, it is very hard to speak to someone about an issue encountered in your new car purchase.Took me 1 1/2months to get to speak to a manager and hopefully they solve my issues.
