Make an Appointment.. for what?So they can do service on every other car except yours… i waited more than 3hrs.. saw many people come in and leave with their car serviced.. they all came after me!!
I tried to get some warranty work done and they made an appointment early the next day. I showed up to my appointment and they told me they wouldnt help me because I bought it from bert Ogden. This is a 2019 Toyota with 12k miles at the time.
Always great service, but always a long wait, even with an appointment. Theres an issue with setting the expectation of the amount of time youll be waiting. I was quoted about two hours, which I had no problem with. When we rolled up on hour four, I was perturbed. When I talked to my service advisor, she pretty much gave me a shoulder shrug and said I could take the vehicle as is, without having the service done. Thankfully, our Toyota Care is up and we can take the car elsewhere for small maintenance.

Went to get an oil change very good service did he was our service guy a hell of a guy show my 18 year old all the information he needed for him to come by to check on his car I never seen unemployed show so much information like Benny hes the best
Horrible service. Been on the line 1 hour, Ive called 6-7 times and the call gets disconnected or they hang up. Tried to do the call back and never called me back. And only want information on my Maintenance service contract.THE WORST
Called around 10 AM to see how much it would cost to get a tow hitch installed on our Highlande . Was told all 4 service advisors had customers in front of them, but was promised a phone call as soon as one became available. Approx 2 1/2 hours later i called again. Then told that they only had 2 service advisors but they would email me by the end of the day with a price quote. Four hours later i call to be told that the service dept closed at 3:30 pm. Our last 4 cars weve purchased have been from Toyota of Pharr. Ill remember this the next time were ready for another vehicle.

Register always alone. Few times i have been while waiting for service on vehicle i always have to stand around till someone goes to front.
After getting service on my 2019 Tundra I had a question left 5 messages havent received a call very simple problem .
With an appointment I was in and out with all work done in 50 minutes!

Attempted to get oil change Saturday first thing. Was told they cant take vehicle without appointment. Called to schedule appointment asked how long if made appointment said 1 and half hour to 2hrs. Service said without appointment is 2hrs to 2 and half hours. Asked what is the point of appointment if it takes that long. Service desk rep stayed quiet. Asked would I like to make appointment. Told her you didnt answer my question. Still said nothing. Horrible service.
Always very attentive and friendly from 7 am to 6 pm, his excellent waiting room, his cafeteria with a variety of coffees and chocolate, his snak coffee of everything, very attractive exhibition hall, very attentive and friendly salesmen all wanting to do business. I congratulate you, oh I forget the man who cleans shoes and boots 100% very attentive too. Thank you Toyota Pharr for looking after your customers.
