First and foremost...I would DEFINITELY not go here again. Initially, I was out of options as far as car dealerships, and they agreed to finance me. I was happy, and pretty excited to have a newer vehicle. For a lot of different reasons (according to them), they werent able to finance me in the vehicle we had originally agreed upon (2013 Ford Escape). They ended up telling me they were able to finance me on a 2008 Ford F-150 and tried to get me to come in the same day. I came back a few days later, test drove it for all of about, I dont know, the FIVE MINUTES they allowed me to. They documented that the ABS sensor wasnt functioning and that it would be replaced. I didnt test out the heater, because it was in the summer, and didnt think too much about it. The tire pressure sensor was on, and they said the tires were fine, and it just had to be reset. Fast forward a few days, after I signed the contract, in which it stated the ABS repair and nothing else (lesson learned!), I noticed that my windshield washer fluid wasnt dispensing, and my dashboard center part wiggled so much I swear it was about to fall off. So, I have my job, dont we all? And after several months, after calling the dealership a few times, and in January, being told the mechanic is out for two weeks on New Years, Im finally able to make the 45 minute drive. I dropped off my truck TWO DAYS ago, and I called periodically to check on it. I got all different kinds of excuses, including the mechanic being out for lunch, the part not coming in (after they told me shortly after signing the contract that it WAS in), and when I mentioned that, they said they had ordered the wrong part and had to wait for a new one. According to them, even after I told them all of the problems I was having, suddenly everyone had amnesia and couldnt remember talking to me or me saying anything of the sort, even after numerous conversations and the call logs to prove it. However, they said they would still run diagnostics and check the heater (WHICH IS A SAFETY ISSUE SINCE I CANT DEFROST MY WINDSHIELD). I finally got fed up today, and went and picked up my truck. I talked to the people inside, who insisted that SERGIO was out with the mechanic and had just left, and then I called SERGIO who told me they had just gotten back. He said he would bring my truck out to me, but had the mechanic bring it instead. So the mechanic drives my truck up after about ANOTHER 10 minute wait, and when I asked him if he had run any kind of diagnostic, or looked at my vehicle at all, he bluntly stated that he hadnt done anything to it in the two days they had it, wasnt sure why they hadnt gotten the part from OReilleys (Who offers same day if not day after delivery), and wasnt sure what to tell me, so Id have to talk to the people inside. Throughout the whole thing, the manager didnt come out to talk to me ONCE, and had his employees feed me the lies and excuses. Ladies and gentlemen, these are the biggest scam artists in the car business, and again, not a place I would ever recommend. Ill be paying for these repairs myself, with a REPUTABLE business, and I suggest you take your money to a reputable business as well.

Never go here, you easily get the vibe that its a sketchy place. Save your money and dont get anything, theyll tell you one thing and let you take the car then theyll change their minds and be like oh never mind,you can only take this other car thats breaking down and no good

Good evening!! In regards to this google acct for Mc Autos, LLC . I believe this acct to be fake and will report this matter. Looking at the profile picture, there is no way a dealership would set a picture of wrecked vehicle as a profile. People will post incorrect information to sabotage others.

What a shame not being able to give them less than one star, very bad service, very few sincere, I bought a car and the next day it did not serve as a transmission, and in addition to that they put in the role of taxa for the plates that the car was sold to me very below what they had actually sold it to me to pay less and they charged me much more. I do not recommend this place, the car was sold to me for 3500 and they had sold it to me for 800

Worse place ever, dont believe anything they say, fucking thieves only cheat people and grab wasting time ... and lastly everyone washes their hands and nobody wants to answer ..

They give very bad service and even the owner hides says that he is not the owner and they say that they can not do anything to them because we signed a contract do not go there I recommend them for my bad experience that we spent there
