MetroPCS & Metro Asurian Insurance have the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I would not recommend it to family & friends. I am appalled by their representatives inability to attend & resolve a simple claim. I was given the run around. I had not one, but three representatives hang up on me without any resolution to the problem. I wouldnt even give them a one star rating, but thats the only way to give your honest review. I am extremely dissatisfied with MertoPCS & Metro Asurion Insurance. #TheWorstCS

A few days ago I went to pay for my phone and asked if a change could be made, since MY son had it on a line of 4 with another person, and they told me that there was no problem, they asked for my key to my account. Say, they saw that it was in my husbands name, and then they asked me what number I wanted to change, say that of my son, locale put the computer and say oh this is in the name of Fulana, I ask you again no problem? They say no, well this person took the phone from my 11-year-old son, because he wants his line back, and that he went to ask and they said that I gave her name, that I gave sure n. Key, well thats a lie, because I gave my name and my husbands account, they even told him to go and take a record where I usurp his identity, which is a lie. Now I want them to fix that, and now I do not want to be in that company, which does not train its staff, correctly.
