I love Costco. Always have great deals. Liquor deals there are amazing!! The bottles are huge and the prices are low. What more could you ask for.

I love Costco. If you need toilet paper 🧻, go at opening time. I have bought flowers and soda and a slice of pizza 🍕 then gas all in one trip. I am not going to 2 or 3 stores looking for everything.

What could be better than Costco? Employees are always helpful. Store and restrooms are always clean. Best gas prices. Quality merchandise.

As much as I love my Costos, this visit didnt turn out so good. As Ive moved and there is no Costco near I decided to make a major purchase for some tires. Being in town for a few days the sales guy continuously told me the tires would be ordered that evening and will be delivered to the shop sometime the next day. Stressing Im leaving back home in a couple days he said to not worry. Went on to explain how orders come in quickly and even showed a delivery for that day how it was ordered. So...with that I went to renew my Costco card to make the tire purchase and figured I will make the membership work since this is the closest location (over 2 hrs away) Made the tire purchase and off I went. Said wed get a call the next day when the tires have arrived to have them installed. Waited about half the day and no call so I called to check ETA. Upon the 3 call attempt I was told there was no way the tires would be there That soon. It normally takes 5-7 business days. Oh My! Not what I was told AT ALL. Requested a refund on the tires and the membership. Too bad bc I love Costco. Still do, but what a bad taste from this experience

As most locations, everything its perfect.Not sure if has something to do with the building or my cellular company but once you are inside the store theres a very bad reception.

Someone told me that Costco was the best place for high quality hearing aids at a great price. So I checked them out and love my hearing aids. Easy to use and yes their prices were the best. Also I purchase all my eye glasses here too.

This is probably the best place to shop. Great products great prices and they take care of their employees better than any other department store or Supercenter or supermarket.Always check with Costco first before you buy anywhere else.

Can be too crowded to feel comfortable, but has what you need. Affordable prices, and great deals on food including great pizza. I feel like they need more staff to help with the customer levels they have. Auto department was fantastic and fast.

San Antonios Costco allows 60 and over and those with disabilities and their families in at 9am. The Pharr Costco would only allow my husband in and not me or my daughter because we dont qualify??!! Once again... another reason why San Antonio is better. Im glad we left this place.

Kool store 😎... Bought 4 pairs of jeans, they were on special, and i Bought 1 pound of shrimp ceviche ... Good stuff ill come back for more ceviche .

Bought a 5 pack of beef tenderloins! Delicious and tender. Bought other items which were also great but the tenderloins were my favorite. Going for some crab legs or lobster tails next time! Cant wait!

Very confusing when youre checking out. They have the self checkout but there is no direction on where the lines are and people are passing other guests while trying to check out. Associates are standing around not attempting to clarify how the checkout process is on the self checkout. I do understand this is self checkout but when people are in line they criss cross other lines and pass other customers.

I love Costco water is affordable and always have great items on sale.

Love this location! Costco provides so much under one roof, there really is no need for me to shop anywhere else half the time. And it is ALWAYS full of quality products! Whether its kitchen gear, or produce and meat, theyve got you covered!

I went to Sams Tire Center and was told I needed to replace my tire because it had a nail in the side and it wasnt fixable. They didnt have the tire in stock. I went to Costco and bought the tire. The mechanic there looked at my tire and told me it looked fixable. He was able to fix it and refund me the money for the tire I bought. Greatly appreciated their honesty and service. Thank you! Left Costco feeling blessed 🙏🙌

Pretty standard Costco. Clean and uncrowded!

Love the deli and the staff is super friendly and helpful. The seafood selection is also very well stocked. They have slightly higher end electronics and furniture than Sams Club, but the selections for vending machines are limited. If you like high quality meats, fish and good deli items, youll love Costco.

Alot to choose from very good store

From the parking lot with the wide spaces and no wandering carts, to the great selection, amazing prices and excellent quality of the Kirkland brand Costco is always a pleasant experience. Even the gas station is organized and attended to by happy, helpful employees.

Great service, nice employees, unbeatable prices. Just make sure to check the expiration date on perishable items.

Bought a Samsung TV however, very disappointed that Costco does not accept Mastercard!

It was afternoon around 4, and there were still a lot of people shopping, but a lot shorter waiting time in cashier than last time. We got what we needed shortly because my wife was just here less than two weeks ago. On 01/05/2020 We just stopped by to get something we forgot last time after had lunch at the restaurant closed by.

I went to Costco to pick up some topochico. The price was $14.99 according to the display. At checkout time I was charged $20. When I inquired, I was informed that the display price was for sparkling water, however, it was topo chico that was being displayed. To me, this is a merchandising/display error, but not my problem. A store associate and Store manager both denied me the displayed price. I am very dissapointed as I have never had issues with Costcos service. Unfortunately one issues makes an unhappy customer.

Heard a lot about Costco, but Ive been a loyal Sams member for years. Costco employees were notably friendly. Like amazingly so. Store had a lot of the same or very similar products as Sams and prices seemed very close. The bakery had some tempting breakfast treats. Meats looked good. Nice selection of cheese. Superior furniture selection. Lines to get checked out were ridiculously long while I shopped, but by the time I got there the lines were gone. Bought a slice of pizza and a Pepsi. Definitely prefer Coke. Anyway, pizza was fresh and good. Pepsi was tolerable. Good trip. Ill probably start going to both for a while. Oh, the praline pecans are too die for! Can not tell you how great they are. And they sell whole pigs for roasting!

I shop there about once a month and gas up there regularly. It’s pretty standard like SAMS wholesale club.

Always very busy, but I do like that no one is off task people go in and come out within an hour or less. Also if you are looking to eat in here I would strongly recommend getting the amazing big sliced cheese pizza!!!!!

Check out self needs a lot of help 🆘 a scangun would be a great start and not to have to pick everything up and put it on a table and then you can put it back on the 🛒 I will be 73 this week and it is hard to get it in and out of the same 🛒 5times or by the time I get home with all of it

Hadnt been here in a few years. Great selection of items. Food court was open. Pretty similar to Sams but had some nice products I hadnt seen anywhere else. The check out service and exit service was spectacular. The time I spent in line to check out was pretty awesome. Alot better than the other wholesale store. Definitely be back sooner than later

Food court experience there is no sign to tell you to wait for your order by the soda machine and is kind of embarrassing to be told by the worker to wait there (they were not rude but they should put a sign and a screen showing the order numbers because from there i can listen to them)

My husband and I saw a great deal for veterans to apply for $60 and you receive a $30 store card back, so we registered and we waited 5 months for a card and never received it. In those 5 months we called, we went in person to go speak to customer service like 6 times and nothing was ever done for us. Horrible customer service and false advertisement, I finally called and got my refund of $60 and canceled my membership. Going to Sam’s club instead!

You pay them so you can spend your money there and employees treat you like they are doing you a favor. Prices are not that great and can be matched by wise shopping elsewhere.
