Went to get a fridge after spending more than an hour. They told me.I couldnt lease fridge because some nonsense. I will suggest that you guys make sure what you can lease and what you cant. Instead of wasting people time

Delivery has been canceled twice for my mom. The day of purchase the salesman said the stove was in stock. Call the store to follow up and won’t pickup the phone.

First time going into this store. I was getting a replacement washer through my extended warranty. Martha Rodriguez helped me and worked with me with all the paperwork that goes with this kind of transaction and I should have my new washer in a few weeks.

In 1972 we were in Caldwell, Idaho. My dad went to SEARS and bought our first color TV. We were all so happy knowing we wete the first in the hood to watch in living color. Today we went to SEARS and bought a washer. It seems we got the same friendly service down here so I feel we hot a great deal.

If i could give 0 stars, i would. Called on MULTIPLE instances looking for information. The only time i managed to get some one on the line, it was some lady that seemed to have a terrible accent and was incredibly difficult to understand. The only thing i did understand was her telling me to call back in 2 hours. Total waste of time. There are infinite retailers with far better customer service.

Jorge was a tremendous salesperson. Very caring and helpful in assisting us in deciding which mattresses to purchase. We purchased a queen size mattress for our son and a King size for us. Thank you Jorge at Sears!!!

I am so excited to have this store open in my area. There is a huge selection to chose from, great prices, virtual kitchen imaging, and friendly staff. This is definitely a move in the right direction for Sears and the future in home appliance retail.

Gentleman did not seem to know the prices of the air conditioner units. Not a lot of variety of units. Better variety at Kmart.

I have experienced the best customer service at this location. Our sales person is Matilda. She explains all of my options and not only matches competitor prices but shops around to make sure I am getting the best price. I am building some apartment units and bought all my appliances from Sears. The sales team at Sears is great with keeping the merchandise for a few months (or maybe it has been close to a year now) in their warehouse and when we are ready to have it delivered Marsha from the delivery team is wonderful in keeping us abreast with the delivery and when we want it delivered. When there was a miscommunication about the merchandise delivery I called this store and they took care of it. I always like dealing with Sears but this location in Pharr is exceptional.

Really nice sears and mattress store

Pretty sad place. My son works in the oil refinery business and makes $4,000 a week. Now he doesnt show off his money and when hes home he dresses very modest. Plain shirt, khakis shorts, etc. So he needed a washer and dryer and not those old traditional ones. He wanted somethin fancy so he decides to go to Sears here. Well, he tells me he never got greeted by ANYONE. He looked around the store at different pricey washers and dryers and never got asked if he needed anythin. He said he looked shabby that day but had $8,000 cash on him. So he left. I spent this weekend with him. So he went back here and gave yall a second chance but again no one acknowledged him. So, he took a pic of what he wanted. And then we went to Best Buy down the street. Your employees cost yall $3,000 in sales he spent at Best Buy. Teach your employees not to judge a book by the cover......

Went to pick up an order. Unfortunately, the Sears app doesnt not have in car pick up. I submit my zipcode in the app and then it gives me an error telling me there are not any Sears within 100 miles of my location. Not sure how this is possible since I parked in the zone where you can utilize the pick up in your car.

New location in Pharr, TX. The selection of appliances was as expected, but the staff was woefully under trained.He had to constantly ask a supervisor for information.Even creating a high dollar sale was a 30 minute task.

I bought a microwave online 3 weeks ago and I went to pick it up and they said that the microwave still did not arrive. After this experience I will not recommend anyone to buy anything here.
