I got a tip that this supermarket has really good prices on their meat. So I went to go check it out. They do BUT its not all the best cuts of meat. Like the packs of pork chops have quite a bit more fat than I would like. I did not like the ground beef at all. The chicken was reasonable. Overall I think Ill stick to HEB just because its closer to me and I trust them more.

Local store been in business 60+ years. Very people orientated. Not big like HEB, but nice to not wrestle with the crowd. Selection on some item limited and pricing higher than super duper HEB but it convenient.

Great prices and the boss always thinks of the customers first.

It is run down and old. The grandsons of the original owner are there everyday. Its like stepping back in to the 80s and 90s. . Prices are not comparative to big chains but they do have something big chains do not..You have to go there to understand..

Worst place ever the lady who thinks she is in charge just ignores you but she aint the manager really rude ...

Excellent service from when u walk in till u check out. Now the meat markert so clean very well spoken manager by the name of Falcon. He explains everything and he cuts everything and anything just how u like it..AWESOME!!

Its a good family owned and run store, Ive been going there since i was little. The manager is friendly and courteous every time i go.

Very nice workers, very calm store, not much foot traffic. They have a good variety of items but priced a little higher than HEB or Wal-Mart. Not really a big deal if youre in a hurry or not wanting to be around a lot of people.

Budget grocery shopping. Everything you would expect from a neighborhood non-chain grocery store. There is more no hame brands than the traditional higher priced store. Smaller so selections are limited.

This store is normal, but I really suggest that everyone check the expiration dates and the smell of the food there. I was disappointed when I bought a list of groceries there, and when I got home half of everything was expired and my tortillas had mold on them!

Bought campbell souo cans and found out they were expired after both me and my son ate one and got sick

I had always gone to buy fruit and vegetables at this store ... The employees are very friendly. But, my last visit will be a few days ago. They have a Mrs. I take money transfers via Western Union which is VERY RUDE AND PREPOTENT. I filled out a sheet for my mother to send money because she doesnt see well (she was going to send money to Mexico) ... and I was going to charge what my brother and this lady had sent me when seeing me with the two sheets he says that that was illegal ... without even letting me explain that my mother would make a separate transfer ... when I tell her to just take out my money she says ... I cant give her the money she was sent because thats what I have the box or do you want me to run out of money? ... I had verified that this transfer could be made in that location with Western Union (they told me that in M.Rivas they had a limit of 1,500 dollars which exceeded what I came to collect) ... so that it was very out of place that planting of this woman. not to make the story longer .... A SINGLE PERSON CAN RUIN THE REPUTATION OF A BUSINESS ....
