Door is locked and when the guy comes to the door he asks if I have account. I say no, he says well you need an account to purchase with us. I ask, how do I set up an account and he says that theyre not setting up accounts right now 🤦‍♂️

B2B sevice only. You need to have an account with them. You also have to wait outside to get what you need.

Had only one counter man and had like 5 people ahead of me. Took me 30 minutes to get 12 bolts.. 1st time there dont know if Ill be back. Maybe next time will be better....

Do not go there if you do not have a business account with them It’s posted on their locked front door. Even if you do you have to wait outside and they only help one customer at a time.

I had a unique fastener need. A 3/8 rivet failed and I needed a replacement. I was helped finding a 5/16 countersunk hex bolt and narrow bolt to replace the rivet. Thank you for the creative attention

I had forgotten why i dont come to this place. I feel like the Staff/owner/employees lack customer support or attention. You show them the screw, washer, your looking for and they limit them selfes to saying they dont carry it, period. I wish they had the polite action of at least showing you were you might be able to find what your looking for. Im glad other people have posted positive reviews and there experience here has been a positive one. I really hope they can better there customer service.
