Great experience from Mike at ifixandrepair in Phenix City! They had to order a screen and the technician let me keep my phone and even offered to have the manager overnight the part! I got a call when my screen came in asking me to bring in my phone. Mike had it done in an hour!

Please, please, please listen to me!! This place is outstanding. My cell phone was cracked very bad but now my is like New again 😊. If you have a electronic device stop worrying about it bring it here. You can thank me later 😉

Called on a Tuesday and was told come in one day to pay and the back would be in the next day, I went the next morning and paid and was told to come early because he would have the phone 4 to 5 hours and they opened at 11:00. I went at 11:30 and was told the back didn’t come that day and all he said was sorry. I went the 2nd day around 11:45 and was told FedEx didn’t run until 2:30. I think he could tell I was irritated this time and he offered to call and said sorry again. At 5:15 ish when I didn’t hear from him (they close at 6) I went back and I told the guy I hadn’t heard from him and I just wanted my money back and he said ok.No apology, no I am sorry for your inconvenience,I’m thinking why didn’t you call and let your customer know the replacement back didn’t come in instead Of letting them make unnecessary trips. A phone call and a little kindness goes a long way instead of no phone call and being arrogant and only saying sorry. With a smirk on your face. Terrible communication and customer service skills.I would not recommend taking anything there to be repaired.

Ordered parts on a Thursday was supposed to get phone repaired on Friday, no call back had to call them part didnt come in, took the phone back up there Sunday to be repaired and they said I would have to leave it for a hour and they were closed but the website said they was open so hat to take it back Monday and the other guy tells me he dont know what happened and why he said they were closed .What got me was the sales pitch ( ill order it today and fix it tomorrow in 30 minutes. )I finally got my glass fixed on a Monday ..(poor communication)Shoulda just went to the mall

I needed my iPhone 11 Pro Max camera replaced. Every place I went to wasn’t willing to do so, and if so, it was above $250 (including Best Buy!), which was out of my price range.Tim was able to not only get me a good price within my budget, but was confident what the issue was. Even offered a partial refund in the event it wasn’t the issue.I was able to get my phone fixed in a matter of 2 business days. They come highly recommended.I will definitely be back with my other electronics.

Took a day to fix my iPhone 7 it worked perfectly fine and was good as new for a good price Which was 40$ and workers was very respectful and nice.

Good hearted,however I lost the and still havent gotten satisfied. I dont know what he is going through but I do know I havent gotten my moneys worth. I cant get back my time. I can make money, but never will I get back my time. I had to prepay for the parts and labor. I have to sacrifice more of my time tomorrow and dont know if I will get satisfied?Isacrifmore of my time,Tim got my phone fixed. I was really frustrated but I have to say Tim and hi staff always treated me with respect and professionalism. Heres the kicker he fixed it Sunday, at work Tuesday and broken again. I went back Tim was determined to get me taken care of and in a timely manner. He got me straight and satisfied and absorbed much of the cost. I thought this was great but then he asked me what could be done to change my feelings about the situation and keep my family as customers. Tim and his staff completely turned my experience into a successful and pleasant one.

Tim is a gem. Knowledgeable, thoughtful, and honest. He is an asset that doesnt come along often enough. He should own his own shop someday soon.

Trying to get a phone fixed and called about the price then when I got here the doors were locked and someone said he may be on lunch. I waited an hour and still nothing. Tried calling and it rang and rang so I waited and called again and he ignored it after it rang twice and still never opened the doors but they dont close until 7!

I didnt even know that you could fix a game system. Columbus store sent me here after they repaired my phone with a quickness. I couldnt be happier. I havent been able to use my PS3 in almost a whole year. This is great.

My son dropped my phone while out of town. We found this place at Walmart. They fixed my screen for less than 100$ which was cheaper than the insurance deductible on the phone!! They were quick and I’m thrilled it’s not cracked anymore!!

Unsatisfied with the work, didnt even fix my phone and paid 130. Took them over 30 days to order the correct screen. They had ordered one incorrectly and the second one they broke while repairing the phone. When i got my phone back the screen was replaced, but not set properly and currently tries to fall off alot. I would not recommend to any friends or family. My phones still broke, Im out of 130$ for nothing and they refused to refund me. They pretty much wasted my time And robbed me. The employee Tim was easy and friendly to deal with, but the rest were uneducated and rude. Im really sad it all was a huge failure. I Just wanted my phone to work well again 😭

Had my phone screen fixed here. They asked for my password and unfortunately I gave it to them. When I got it back there was a 5 star review written for them in my name and I received a security alert saying tht my email was almost hacked. Also when I got my phone fixed the 3D touched no longer worked. Apparently the screens they usually are cheaper. I asked for them to fix it again and had to pay an extra $40. I went to them bcuz I thought it was cheaper than Apple but it ended up costing just as much + my privacy.I returned to talk to the manager about the false review and he assured me he would have it taken down and would call me to further discuss it. It’s been months since then. Please don’t believe all the five star reviews, they’re not all true.

I was shopping at Walmart and to my surprise I saw this location. I had no idea this was coming to Walmart! And I saw the same young lady that helped me in Columbus. We chatted and I told her I would help spread the word about how awesome their customer service is. I am happy that the company is expanding, congrats to her and yalls company.

I love all the new accessories here! This location is so convenient too! I just found out that the manager Tim does work on game systems, he did an awesome job on my PS4 hdmi port .

Tried to get my 2 TB drive working again or at least all of my data extracted. Dropped it off on Friday early afternoon the guy said he would call me in a couple of hours. Later that night just before they closed I called and the lady said the manager left but it should be fixed in a couple days. Two weeks and multiple phone calls later the manager didnt know what was wrong with it. When I got the 2TB drive back the manager broke the case trying to get to the motherboard. There were multiple deep scratches on the sides of the device like he used a flat head to get it open. This manager doesnt know what he is doing. Go somewhere else.

Had repair done on my Galaxy 5 USB port cover which had broken off. I didnt of course want debtis, dust, dirt or lord-knows-what else to expose my smartphone to damage, so I shelled out $45 a few months ago to get my non human baby up and safely running again-minus the tape I used to temporarily cover the USB port!! So worth it. Not willing right now depart with Gal 5!! Upgrade Schmupgrade!!
