Tried calling the store, but you cant get a store rep on the line. It goes to a call center. Michael was nice. Update: Im starting to wonder if I was either sold a used phone or got a lemon because this phone is not acting like a new phone. It drops battery charge, the alarm sound keeps reverting to the old setting, I ended up with duplicate galleries after the Smart Switch, the phone lags when scrolling, and it switches from 4G to 5G. Dont get the Otter Box; my fingers keep sliding off of it as I type. To the response below: Thanks, but Im sure you all know your customers arent able to reach the store.
You get what you give in these types of places. My sales associate was awesome. He showed me the things I could have but when I declined, he didnt keep trying. He was so kind as well. Ps, love my new phone.
They refuse to give me the price of a phone and monthly payments simply bc I dont have an account in my name currently. Not helpful in the least, and completely unprofessional.

Would not recommend if youre having issues with your phone . The tall slender Aftican American fella was being condescending with I really dont have time to figure out your phone issue attitude. Went t here twice in one e day with the same issue. Didnt seem to care. Customer service is poor there. Now I see why their rating is low. It sure was better years ago when Brianna and Johnny Taylor were there. Went to the Verizon on Veterans in Cols and a young man name Keirnan spelling may be wrong but he was very helpful and solved my problem . Very knowledgeable. He simply said maam the phone is too old and you have to upgrade. PROBLEM SOLVED !! Will definitely use another Verizon for future issues .

This was the best Verizon experience yet. They didnt try to upsell me or hassle me just for a sale. They had the device I wanted in stock. I was in and out in under 40 minutes. Walked out with a new phone, new line and protection for my device. Wasnt terribly busy and had plenty of employees on floor to assist. The store was super clean.
Theyre pretty cool.I just go in there to pay my bill. Im glad Theyre back open to the public.

Great service this last time...young man was very nice and polite and brought out my purchase within less than 5 min of me checking in. Time before, I waited in my car for 10 minutes. I finally went inside to get my purchase and the man told me I was supposed to wait in my car and he would bring it out...there were no customers in the store. The young woman asked me my name and got my purchase. It was the only one there. I dont know why he thought i needed to keep waiting for my purchase when there was no one else in the building.

This was my least productive visit to a Verizon store in many years. Wait outside, check-in, then get informed that to increase Verizon services you have to surrender your loyalty award. So much for being loyal to Verizon.
Verizon is an Awesome cell company just a little pricey! Once you get your item (with insurance) make sure have to enough spots with Asurion just incase something happens to your gadget! Customer service is great!

The worst customer service Ive ever received from Verizon. I was having a problem with my iPhone 11 and took it in and ordered a replacement. The store then calls me and says they need my phone for inventory purposes; I still dont have the replacement of my phone so I called customer service and told them. They made notes on my account and when I went to the store they refused to look at the notes that the customer service representative put on the account. Apparently it was going to be ok for me to be without a phone for a few days.
Wait time was very short. Customer service representative was knowledgeable and professional.

Normal Verizon store but this one has several employees so the wait is not near as bad as Macon Road in Columbus. Nice kiosks and a large assortment of goodies. Nice folks as well, works for me! This is where I go for my phone and I have been to several.

I called today about trading out an IPhone 11 Pro charger, one of the employee there was very rude! He got loud with me and even hung up in my face! When I called back Breanna answered and stated she didn’t know who it was! I asked to speak with the manager, he was nicer however he didn’t take action on speaking with the person who was rude to me! If you don’t have the attitude for customer service, you shouldn’t work there! I didn’t catch the guy name, but he needs to be wrote up!

Customer service is very slow. There was only two people waiting on people when we walked in, several people waiting. I was in there for about 10 minutes before anyone even logged us in. The girl that finally waited on us was nice and friendly but was in a rush to get us out and gone. No real time for explaining anything. Every time I have been in here it has been about the same way. Was in there for right at an hour.
VERY knowledgeable staff, my sister and I very satisfied with the courtesy of the sales rep that helped her find what she needed.

I went in to buy a new phone fully paid for because Im getting ready to swap over to a new account didnt want a 2 year contract but was talked into it (this was a month ago) I just found out today they have a type of 2 year plan called device payments and while in that 2 year plan smart phone line fees are $20 but because I was not made aware of that plan I was forced into the 2 year contract which means my smart phone line fee stays at $40 dollars a month for the next two years which means thanks to them Im losing 240 dollars. I will never go to this Verizon wireless store again and I will tell everyone I know, will know, and will ever see about how I have been screwed over even if I have to talk to people while Im waiting at a red light. This is an unbelievable way to treat someone whos entire family has been with them for almost a decade.

Process took much longer than it should have, nearly 4 hours to upgrade two phones. Neither verizon or the rep we had seemed to know how to properly handle our situation. After 4 hours we were still charged an incorrect price for our accessories and had to return later to have the difference refunded.
Dropped an iPad and Apple Watch from my contract. The bill went up afterwards. We had to return and exchange a brand new I phone twice,and two different SIM cards. (5 trips total to Verizon.) so we spoke with technical support this weekend because we moved and get no service period. She noted this on the account and we could return the phone and be done because we don’t have a contract. Attempted to return my wife’s phone today and was told by the employee the technician was incorrect after he read her notes on the account. He said we had to contact Verizon and they would need to either come to our house or make a series of failed calls to confirm we don’t get service. So we called and spoke with a second tech that said that’s total BS and the rep in the store didn’t want to deal with the issue and that we could indeed return the phone and be completely done with Verizon. So my wife turned around and is making 7th trip to Verizon. Hopefully this will end our future with Verizon and more so our visits to this horrible Verizon store. Sad part is it was actually a nice store a couple years ago when they had employees you could trust.

Worst store experience ever!! Went into store location because of recall for Note7. Rep name M. Burk kept telling me it was optional. Explained to him that Verizon sent text to have phone exchanged. He proceeded to tell me I was charging the phone incorrectly. I then told him I wanted to have the phone exchanged to be safe (since my IMEI is affected by recall). Now, he wants the original box and wrapping for phone. Told him I do not have the original box or wrapping. M. Burk told me I would need that to exchange. Chargers and manual not enough to exchange. Requested the manager. Explained to Andy (solution manager) that I didnt have the box or original wrapping. Andy goes on to say, I have all my boxes. Told him I would have kept my box also if I had known Samsung would recall their phone. Andy offered to charge me for the box. Needless to say, I am doing this review on a phone that could explode at anytime. Thanks Verizon Wireless for your Poor Customer Service and awful store experience. Rated 1 because 0 was not an option.Sincerely,Soon to be Sprint Customer!

They guy who put on my screen protector had no people skills. Seemed like he didnt care about the job or customers. Tried carrying on a conversation while he put my screen on and was very short and acted like he didnt care just because I wasnt buying anything. Didnt clean my screen and just threw it on. Worse experience with Verizon ever and Ive been with them for over 6 years never once had any issues in store or over the phone till I met this guy. And they put on every screen, either when I bought a new phone or had a warranty zagg screen put on. That guy deserves to get fired immediately, how you gonna real with customers and be such......... I will never go back to this Verizon store ever, idc if the closest one is an extra 10 minutes away imma make that drive just so I dont have to deal with him. My screen is already lifting up after ONE day after he put it on. If you live in Phenix City go to Columbus because if you have that guy I feel sorry for you because if he couldnt be friendly about putting a screen on who knows how he gonna be about anything else.

Was one of the most frustrating visits that I have had at any store! Customer service tells you one thing, then you go in to the store only to be told differently! No one cares about the customer any more! They admit that the problems were all created by Verizon people but YOU have to pay to make it all right! Such a pathetic company any more!!!!
I was the first person through the door for the iPhone X release. Was ensured they had X in Space Grey 256gb. When the lady went to ring it up the manager stated that 2 were slated for store pickup and I would have to get a silver. Ok, not a huge deal. Except for the person behind me received the exact phone I was looking for and when it was brought up the manager just shrugged it off. Corporate has been contacted. This is poor service from a “General Manager”. It’s one thing if the phones are reserved, but lying is not ok.

I have been twice with a problem with my phone and my daughters phone. Both times they sent me to Graphicom . Graphicom can not help you. I talked to the guy today there and he said yes you should inform Verizon that they have nothing to do with Apple. So im just tired of the run around.

I walked in to this location to do a device swap and I was approached by an employee by the name of Michael. He asked me for the box of the new device among a variety of other questions. Michael then told me that I could do it online myself or call the *611. After telling me this he then took the tablet he was holding and snapped a picture of me. WHY??????I HATED THIS EXPERIENCE!!!!!!Wrong location.... It was the 280 Bypass location in Phenix City across from Wal-Mart
