A few weeks ago these guys sold me a playstation 4 that says the disc reader wasnt working and the power button wouldnt work unless you turned it on with the remote. I understood that. However, the console would not turn on AT ALL. So I took it up to Mr. John and he had it squared away for me. I will continuously come up to the store from now on for AWESOME VIDEO GAMES AND AWESOME CONSOLES for CHEAP PRICES😁😁😁😁😁

I wish that I could give more than five stars. The kindness and patience and understanding is so welcome. Jamie has always been so helpful along with her co-workers. I will definitely return to this five plus star business.

I was beyond impressed with the level of care and attention Pawn HQ provided. I had a unique request & I wasnt sure they were going to be able to help. However, they promptly gave my concern their full attention. From my initial call to the completion of our transaction the staff at Pawn HQ was ready and willing to help. While I am no longer a local, I would highly recommend Pawn Headquarters to anyone reading this in the Phenix City area.

Rude staff, I explained to staff I was from out of town 4 hours away and I simply asked to make a quick 2 minute spin in the store while he brought in the tools. He stopped me and said No we are closed. He is currently helping another customer at the door. I guess it depends on who you are!!!!

We have bought three guns through Pawn headquarters and have had great experiences both times. They are very knowledgeable in their merchandise and always have what we need in stock. Everyone there is very friendly.

These folks are always super friendly, always willing to help you out when you need it....they have a customer for life. And if you have a problem the pawn queen is there to help!

Not very polite!! Closing before 5:00 and wouldn’t let us in but handling others transactions such as payments from outside the locked door.
